you mean 'lose'? as opposed to 'loose'?
does anyone have a link to the interview? I would love to hear it.
ok... i see... so they can leverage a wholly owned subsidiary,,, the ones on their website. So if Seko Management makes a bunch of cash with Runbylove then they utilize their profit sharing agreement to leverage it, and then use that. ok.. thanks.
well how can they leverage something they don't own?
how did they acquire the bonds?
this gets better and better...
who was the interview with? is there a recording of it anywhere?
thats a joke right?
"We have begun negotiating with Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: CSHD) for the management of our assets to make the most of this opportunity. We would also like to hear from anyone else interested in joint ventures or partnerships. We would be especially interested in hearing from environmentally friendly organizations and/or advocates including but not limited to Bill Gates (MSFT), former President Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore and Leonardo Di Caprio to name a few. These individuals and their organizations have like minded goals with our management for the environment," says Alexander.
and I assume this is the Mr. Alexander of FHAL??
i found this interesting...

might want to take a look...
I am happy to explain what is going on here.. in my opinion... I think i have it figured out... but i want to do so in a 'chat forum'... so if you send me your yahoo IM id, i will add you, contact you and explain my view.
and a disclaimer.... I periodicaly have positions in this stock. anything i say is only my interpretation and please don't take it as trying to influence you to do anything. because i am not trying to influence anyone.
i will relate the entire story to anyone who asks... i have it.
anyone wants the real story on how this company is doing this... please contact me.
anyone want to know the real story on this ... i will tell you... and give you a website...
no, i figured that was just a typo. Not unusual for billion dollar companies to make a small mistake like that... its the 'Market Operations' that has me messed up.. what "market operations"? the offshore shareholders? he said they couldn't sell.
they are paying a 53 dollar dividend???? ahhhhhh i see, thats how they are going to reset the price. no wonder. THANK YOU... i am now enlightened.
ok... but who do the market makers sell to?
ok.. So when he completed the merger the SEC, and other agencies (which ones? [i'm not bashing, i just don't know].. actually DO the merger and file the audited 10k that shows that the bonds, ucc notes, stables, etc are in fact an asset of the new company?
AND i still don't understand how CSHD can acquire all of these billions of dollars in assets for nothing.
The sentence in the PR...
My original time frames were very aggressive, my thought process was to increase the pressure on the various agencies and organizations and push this merger through as soon as possible to prevent the organizes market operations from maneuvering your shares out of your possession.
when the audited financials were up on the cvsu site it included the venezualen bonds and the UCC security notes. I'm not sure why they took them off the website, but yes, they were listed as assets.
So what your saying is that a market maker can sell short, but no one else can, and that because they can they can increase supply, and then when they can force the pps down they buy it to go long thus forcing the price back up so they can short it again? I still don't get it. Isn't like the most fundamental axiom in trading to buy low and sell high?
i'm not bashing it at all... i'm just trying to get a reasonalble explanation of what THIS MEANS...
My original time frames were very aggressive, my thought process was to increase the pressure on the various agencies and organizations and push this merger through as soon as possible to prevent the organizes market operations from maneuvering your shares out of your possession.
ok... I see... so a market makers just automatically can buy on the bid side, and sell on the ask side as much as they want. but i still don't understand. How is that cheating if they buy it at their bid, or sell it at their offer? Can't I just enter a bid or an offer myself on ARCA? Or even with a brokerage firm?
I understand that. But since they have these assets why wouldn't the price already be at a multiple of book value?
I'm still confused.
A MM sets a pps, (i assume that means price per share), and either bids a 'pps' or offers a 'pps', right?
So this is my question...
Why would a MM buy a security at a price higher than what the public will sell, or sell a security at a price lower than what the public would buy?
is there some price market makers trade, that we as public don't see? and who would sell less than what someone would pay? certainly not me.
darned if know... i'm just trying to understand this high finance lingo... and i'm still not sure how they 'reset' a price without doing some kind of split.
can someone please explain this answer to me?
It's the underlined part I don't get.
He's simply stating that the Market Makers are manipulating the price trying to get people to sell, whole also selling short
How exactly does a market maker manipulate a price?
Someone please explain the press release to me.
"The coordination with the various agencies and organization for the merger closure has been an extended process, which I take full responsibility for. My original time frames were very aggressive, my thought process was to increase the pressure on the various agencies and organizations and push this merger through as soon as possible to prevent the organizes market operations from maneuvering your shares out of your possession. I hope that I was successful. Things will now start to move at a fast pace for all involved, so Thank You for hanging in there and for being a Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp shareholder," stated CEO Rufus Paul Harris.
it's the underlined part I don't get. Thanks in advance.

can someone explain to me what this means?
I didn't think a CEO could post public messages about his public company without disseminating that to the various wire services. perhaps i am mistaken. That must not be really him. If it is, I am amazed even more.
NOT SAYING GOOD OR BAD, JUST MY OPINION, NOT BASHING OR PROMOTING, just surprised.

can someone explain to me what this means?
actually ARCA is the archipelago ECN, not a market maker
http://www.archipelago.com/
is that really Rufus posting on this message board???
or is somebody making that up?
i don't care what y'all gonna y'all do... buy sell, short.. and be strong... good luck.
ok... well then i guess thats it then.
I hope everyone does well.
I really do.
if you have any real money in this company call the company and get them to explain it to you. even IBM will... and best of luck to all.
i don't lay down... someone wants to f*UC with me,,, i will do the same thing right back... i'm no saint.
besides the only reason i care about this whole thing anyway is that it entertains me... AND i hate to see people get screwed. I just want to tell people to wise up, invest in good companies, short bad ones, and be a part of the capitalistic system.
if they don't want to be, then move to venezaula.
(who by the way owns all the Citgo stations)
but if someone want to say that i say something that i didn't, i'm sure as heck not going to take it lying down. And besides that it makes me pretty $(%($&Y#)%& pi#(%ed.
um, serfie buddy... hey you here????
do you have any thoughts on where rufus said in the PR that it was an entire deposit of the issue, but in the 8k, it is clearly stated that the company can at its discretion buy bonds on the open market?
again... not trying to talk you into buying any of this stock... but just wondering your thoughts.
oh... yeah... publicly posted...
only my thoughts... again,,, not trying to get your mom to buy it or anything.
thanks for your thoughts.
go to PR newswire, sign up, and make a press release. i assure you it will be on the wire. just be careful you don't say something that isn't true.
NOW SERFDOM DUDE>>>... this doesn't mean you should buy it, ok????
i'm just saying that those newswires simply are conduits for information. if you say something that is untrue then you are liable as much if you were going to go post it on your local general store's bulliten board...
which by the way, i STILL question the ownership of the bonds.... hell maybe the company did go from zero to 1.5 billion dollars in book in one month... good, great for them.. but that sure as heck doesn't mean i can't question it.
post them... go right ahead... if i sent you some ulterior motive PM's because i have some screwed up reason that someone would listen to me anyway... then go right ahead. the only thing i have done is point out ownership of bonds, point out business practices, point out lack of 'safe harbor provisions' on news releases, and point out shares outstanding... oof, i havent even gotten to that yet...
AND I MOST CERTAINLY NEVER RECOMMENDED YOU BUY SHARES SERF.
OMG...
ok, dear sir... do you really think anyone here is NOT[b/] trying to make money...
yeah i said that...
what am i denying is that i ever[b/] tried to get you or anyone else to buy or sell this stock.
serf... you saying i tried to induce you to buy this stock because of this????????
i just looked at the last filings.. a drunk rufus doesn't do it for me. i need to see what is filed with the SEC.. and i still have the question about how someone adds .5 BILLION dollars in bonds to their assets with nothing but 9000 dollars in the bank, and 1600 dollars in 'bank service charges'.......oh, now about 1 billion dollars... gee these numbers are getting SO BIG. anyone want to see the holders of these bonds that CVSU has added? i dare ya. c'mon.. i will email it to you.
c'mon man...
