Setting up a trading plan(prior to receiving insider information) in accordance with Rule 10b5-1, which the company would then submit to the SEC is what they are likely referencing.
Quite common.. luckily, my dog's aren't stupid.
Anyone with real information on this or how the perpetual court-case has progressed in the recent meetings? It MUST be drawing to a close soon, and what the verdict/settlement is going to look like should be coming in to view. I'm too cheap to subscribe to the legit dockets.
It's becoming clear why we were unable to secure an investment bank relationship like they were hoping for back in Q1: They were unable to detail out a specific enough launch pattern and timeframe for the new technologies. (Reg-A disaster didn't help, either)
Hopefully they are presenting a much better case to the big money now'a days, even if we're still largely in the dark. As I've previously whined, I'm done with these letters...even though this was a great one. They've now become almost an insult since we've up listed to the QX. So many cheap/free options for investor presentation and communication now. Leo is never going to be taken seriously by the whales like this. Most of the current issues that have investors queasy could be solved with a well-executed QX event that would cost them nothing.
No excuse.
Well within the ToS here at iHub, and we appreciate everyone who makes the extra effort to continually follow The Handbook!
This site wouldn't be what it is without the communities that uphold the values!
Yep, red days/weeks/months shouldn't be scary unless you're all in with your last bit of lunch money from your second mortgage.
I'm enjoying the market-wide pullbacks this quarter because I had liquidated a large part of my portfolio last quarter. Now I'm out here popping tags on all of my favorite tickers!
Pure luck, of course.
Red days are just as good as green days for me, and that's why the usual antics fall on deaf ears.
Probably similar percentages to nearly every other OTC, small/mid cap, and high beta stock market wide.
How much is it up from the low of this year?
Haha, we all just decided to get up and get back to business this morning I see!
Oh, I'm certain they like it. But did they sign up for the installation to take this long? Hopefully they understand that we are just a very small team and are still out aggressively going after other opportunities.
Hopefully they don't feel like they've been put on the back burner or disrespected. Hopefully they don't feel like it would be easier just to try to have a team try to steal the IP at this point.
It's foolish to still have investors, and potential investors, in the dark on progress here since we saw no signs of it in the Q.
DO AN OTC INVESTORS CONFERENCE.
I can't stomach following ALYI, so that will have to remain your burden to carry. :)
Me, too. I hope they have not become too scatterbrained while having so many irons in the fire. Specifically while not having enough employees to dedicate the proper attention and resources to each one. Sure, we've gotten to a point where the company is finally in safe territory. Best Q we've ever had, with subsequently better ones from here on out I'd think.
I'm not sweating a bit of my position.
However, I'm used to seeing them shoot themselves in the foot and I do NOT want to see them blow this smart tank contract, or sell the technology to a huge player in the remote tank monitoring game, just because they spread themselves too thin.
This product has been the primary reason I've stayed and accumulated so much. The product itself;and it solidified (to me) their abilities as far as innovating BIG new revenue streams.
We got a picture of the first one installed. Can I at least get a picture of 30 more installed?
Poetic indeed! I love it!
The Q1 timeline of "We're gonna try to produce some EV batteries for ALYI's hopefully very real bikes" to "Wait, we have some real talent/vision for this type of technology" to "We've now teamed up with MODUS and already have exciting batteries developed" to claiming the project an exciting success and titling it an "EV Smart Solutions Suite"...and then just confidently(even defiantly) barging into the field with this new division when shareholders were already so bitter about the avalanche of overdue updates on the other technologies.
Leo has gotten me all excited now, too. He's moving extremely quickly on this so he must have inside knowledge of a locked-up market share. The rate at which they achieved such strides in developing the "Suite" lets me know that these products are just the beginning. They have some real talent, they undoubtedly have some hat-tricks up their sleeves, and the potential to get picked up by institutions and whales is much larger when you start talking about this sector.
It makes me a little less salty that it's taken us half a year to maybe install 2500 units of the SmartTank on the crucial stage of a Fortune 500 client. Can we hire some techs now? Instead of a "coming soon" landing page everywhere you look, it should be an "APPLY NOW!". Is Bunt having to install each one himself? This has killed my morale about this amazing endeavor, and our ability to appropriately market it and produce it to the scale it deserves.
Zero of my nine orders have hit even one share of the ask this week.
Yawn. This again?
Don't be humble now, I'm sure there's plenty left you have to offer this world! I'll consider myself overwhelmingly lucky to see 84 like yourself.
However, I'll hope that I haven't worked for the previous 40 years if I do! It's almost within my reach!
Grinding another 12 hour shift at work for more money to toss into the brokerage accounts.
Thankful for this opportunity and for the good folks I've met here along the way!
Nice find!
The Kid is a rising star! An inspiration! I'm honored to ride the coattails of greatness!
Seriously proud of you, though.

Well-written articles deserve the continual plugs!
Nearly 200k on the ask at .43 in the final 15 minutes. After it was dropped harrrd.
Lol, I feel like sometimes they are testing to see if some of us are still out here watching (and willing to load some more)
Yes we are.
I bought 102 today, while grippin' wood grain!
Lmao, seriously, tread lightly with any buying you do here. I'll keep on preaching it.
Gotta love 'em, lmao. This signals to me that the first few bikes will be hitting the market soon as well. They've entangled the two services so deeply now.
I would highly recommend an app and or browser extension simply called "Translator" on the Google Play Store for all of these sorts of needs. It's robust, intuitive, and potentially endless customizability. Truly a great app for people of all skills levels.
Lol, no idea. But my Spanish has gotten pretty good after all of the twitter/linked in stalking. There should be fairly easy resources available to run a translator on top of it as well.
On the ball! I run a search on the play store like every other day for this. Installed three times, (two emulators and my kinda real phone)...let's see how it's received in the coming months!
And it looks like the IoT Labs website is now listing an office in Madrid! That explains the Spain more! Did we pick up some more IoT genius at the conference?!
They seem (who knows, really, since they won't talk about it) to have pivoted the entire MAXMO/VIMO product to a concentrated spot within the new EVOSS ecosystem. At least for now that's my read. I hope they haven't given up the dream of really making a worldwide impact with this, because there are a lot of players in the field and every day that passes more market share is getting gobbled up.
Hopefully they know what they're doing here, and it will be worth the pivot. In the meantime, they really should redo the global money one website...it's still got that "coming soon" lander that's been there nearly a year. The e-mail under contact us doesn't work...and their entire thesis behind the product doesn't seem to be the same any longer..
The ticker doesn't "blow". No excuses for price action, and this was just in reply to a discussion to gain better understanding.
Was referring to dark pools in that part, of course. The largest market maker in the world has admitted to Congress these trades make up nearly half of all trades executed now'a days.
So yeah, we see what they want us to see.
OTC Link® ATS
Seems strange that such a system would need a high traffic built-in messaging system if no humans at all are involved. Also a " TIMEOUT - LET'S NEGOTIATE THIS TRADE BEFORE IT GOES THROUGH SO NEITHER OF US GET CAUGHT OUT EVER function.
Not to mention people are behind every variation of every algorithm for every day.
Buying can drag the price down nearly as easily as dumping into the bid.. it all depends on how trades are executed over the long term. These people are in full control, and even high quality, real time trading data, isn't enough to see what they are doing any longer.
Confused about the IoT categorization as well. The whole reason why the SmartGas tech won the award was because it can be fitted onto any tank, to monitor any liquid/gas, at any temperature...the implication is it could change the world by having even a rural propane user(just as an example) be outfitted with comparable tech that huge companies pay millions for as a part of their brand new tanks.
No idea about Spain, either. What's up fellas?
Uhhh...are we actually cleaning up the OTC?!
This is huge, and since it is retroactive, Alvaro needs to be on the horn making sure some of our toxic debt we carried (and paid) isn't going to be straight voided.
Getting these criminal loan sharks and rampant toxic convertibles out of micro cap companies is an incredible win for legit OTC companies trying to make it...and definitely for us small fish investors who routinely get a deluge of dilution losses by way of obvious usury.
Finally pulled the trigger here after watching for months. Got SO lucky picking up the majority of my leaps at nearly the bottom of the recent dip. Pretty excited for the future of this company, if this middling management team can navigate the capital markets with us in mind.
Sucks that it STILL only take a couple thousand shares sold in the final 5-15 minutes to knock us off the day's highs. There's someone always willing to step into this role.
Money starting to pour back into small caps at large! If we capitalize on the many initiatives as big money starts pouring back into the OTC then we'll be taking a big ride.
The main account sent me a generic reply just a bit ago saying that they will get back to me soon. Strange to catch them at such a weird downtime/backup last night. They probably saw me on here drawing attention to it, too lol.
Let's get this 10Q
It looks like B-rad has left the entire IR email account fill to capacity. So much so that you can't even send them an email currently. Surely some cloud gigs (10$) for extra emails can be spared in the budget. Can anyone try this themselves to make sure I'm not mistaken?
This is some real foolishness that I'm going to be outraged about if true. Some of the subsidiaries email addresses are already no longer active. Leandro never replies to the CEO email anymore, pretends not to read my linked in messages despite it shows him reading each one fairly quickly.
This is very sudden and outlandish. Currently, are Facebook volunteers really the full on gatekeepers to any and all semi-communication with any of the management team?
What the hell is going on?
Not to mention that ol' Ken admitted in the GME congressional hearing that we're approaching a level where the MAJORITY of exchanges are being made in dark pools now. Market-wide. By the looks of it YTD, we're already there and beyond. If they are flexing so hard as to bully every single OTC and small cap, while barely propping up the handful of companies holding up the major indexes...then we've already lost all control of the situation.
The shoe will drop eventually, but not until they've max-pained every option premium and forced all possible retail investors to panic-sell the bottom.
Thank goodness virtually all of that is cleaned up nice and pretty as of our much more current fillings!
