To be perfectly frank...you are asking an unanswerable question! This is truly a wait and see stock, since all the information available to us is on the table and beat into submission. We have nothing else to talk about.
The answer to your question is...this stock will react "dramatically", one way or the other. Period.
If you plan to sell for a profit on Wednesday, that's great, good luck. There are plenty of strategies and you just mentioned one. Some are playing this stock continually while others are holding onto their shares to see what happens.
Without a doubt, if RPH can't support the reset value with revenue, then this stock will tank in seconds. Then, your strategy worked and other strategies are at serious risk. On the other hand, RPH may release significant news, in the form of a 10k and PR's, to support the reset value, or something significantly higher than the current pps. Play the game your own way, that way the loss or gain is your's alone! JMHO GLTA
Thanks lady1242...that was a good read and I remember the incident, but never looked into it fully. A good read for all on this board. Definitely a "watch out", not conclusive for this situation, but it shows that a scam can be a assembled on a national level.
However, it does create some other questions. If Rufus is really a family man like many have described, do you really think he is willing to sacrifice them for this scam? He seems to have a genuine love for his hobby (horses) and a quality of life, do you think he is willing to sacrifice that?
Rufus has made himself so available and open to the public, something just doesn't add up when you try to compare this example with CSHD. Anyone with half a conscience knows this is a different setup and seems too good to be true, but something is different here and I will maintain a position. If nothing else, buy and sell, use the free shares to hold your position. I have too much curiosity to get out, but in the event of a scam, my investment loss will have zero effect on my family or it's future. No one, and I mean no one has nailed this one conclusively, it is a risk play that has intrigued the masses, why would anyone want to miss it? GLTA
No worries Bob...it's good when people admit they had an attitude! Now, if only a few of the others...naaa...that wouldn't happen! LOL
Don...we know nothing that deserves congratulations yet! Stop posting nonsense, there will be plenty of time to post if it "really" happens! Give it a rest and stop cluttering this board! If you think I'm calling you a pumper, then so be it...
mikie...you need to take a chill pill. Voz asked a civil question about what should happen, not what could be done illegally or in the "real" world. Everyone on this board wants to play this stock perfectly, or at least make a profit, no matter what the final outcome is! So, just because I answer a question directly, does not mean I am not part of the real world and need any "reality" pills to enhance my understanding. LOL
bbbmine....my broker (Scottrade) says that is the case...but there has been so much chatter on this board about certs I lost track of what was the last consensus, if there ever was one!
It's a valid point voz...your shares cannot be shorted if you are in possession of the certs, but you can't trade them either. Those certs need to be returned before you can trade. He is saying that others can be trading while you are protecting your shares, it's a give and take. JMHO
OT: Thirsty Tiger...do you happen to know the brand of hip you had installed, I work for one of the major suppliers of hips & knees? It's amazing technology and somewhat of a commodity now!
serf...it's like standing in the middle of a room and saying "all" of you are a**holes. Make sure you specifically address the poster, not the board. I know what you meant, but you failed to express it that way! Keep it real...
Com' on serf...I don't believe I or some of the "we" have bullied or call you names. I for one don't appreciate stereotyping, especially when I have treated you with respect.
liable...so you think CSHD should address every accusation? Didn't CSHD already PR their position and action to be taken when the attacks began by Our-Street and Stocklemon? Stocklemon has stopped the accusations, makes you wonder if the PR that CSHD sent to them had some meat to it! CSHD should answer the accusation with a 10k filing including the AISS funding, nothing more.
Thanks Sam...been waiting for some calm debate.
mikie...I don't think she does! She has always posted whatever she's thinking about or heard, without regard to the consequences. Every post is a record, so if you don't want it recorded, don't post it.
mikie...I think it's sarcasm. Right Blue?
I haven't received the auto-replies yet, so I can't check.
So...discredit it without checking for yourself? Come on', Cindyyoohoo claims the only DD being done is by the so-called bashers, is "Are they the same? i highly doubt it." the best DD being done? Let's put this thing to bed...as I get time, I will check into the emails.
Dem... rick indecisive? Ok. What's wrong with indecisive on this stock? It's the indecisive that finds the good or bad, not the blind investor that only focuses on the good side or the bad side? We need the questionable investors, not necessarily insane like havenot, but the ones who ask the good questions and provide good answers, whether they are positive or not. If Rick chooses to begin bashing, then he loses all credibility. If he jumps back in when some of his questions are answered, then good for him. We need indecisive investors a lot more than we need bashers and pumpers! JMHO
Agreed...but it's no different than you being convinced that HS&WF is a scam just a couple of posts ago. CSHD has been hit from all angles in the last couple of days, beginning with the letter that OS posted. Rookie posted a potential link between the emails, that I'm not yet convinced is a iron-clad link. IP addresses would be the best link, but that will be difficult to get. There is a tremendous amount of DD that needs to be done and no one should be jumping to conclusions.
To all, make no accusations that cannot be supported with real DD. "Rufus saying it" or an "auto-reply" does not constitute DD! JMHO
Serf...legitimacy is a relevant question at this point.
Now that we agree on something, what do you think of rookie's find? Difficult to dispute...I am going to run the same test myself and see if I can verify it. You should do the same. If it is being sent from the same location as Our-Street.com, then the legitimacy of Our-Street's documents and the auto-reply is in jeopardy, would you agree?
Jannie...there is a possibility that a company would put out an auto-reply for a significant event, which this would classify as a significant event. And, I am sure they are getting bombarded with emails, but most auto-replies put out general information about the company first, then address any specific issues or frequently asked questions. I am skeptical because of the blatant response to CSHD questions only, but not blind to the possibility of it's legitimacy. Still doing my own DD, and I wouldn't listen to anyone on this board right now...some are smelling blood, others are smelling money, and the longs are..well, I'm smelling lunch! LOL JMHO
It never matters which side of the fence you are on when somebody is in pain, you don't need to feel sorry for her and I'm sure she doesn't want that, just a little courtesy, that's all!
Bleah...I only have two marks, may be for the wrong reasons, but you sound a little jealous. I'm gonna mark you because you seem down. I hope this helps your DD efforts and let's you focus more on the stock and less on everyone else. GLTY
OK...avoiding the point is fine and only being accused of being "wet" is fair play.
Howzie...that's what we've come to with many of the posters here, good or evil, basher or pumper. The longer we are here, the more unbelievable all of us become. The self-proclaimed neutrals, myself included, don't have a lot of respect for the bashers or pumpers, but I try to keep my posts somewhat sane and keep the playground stuff out of the conversation.
Leave the bold statements to factual, proof beyond doubt, kind of posts! Speculation is great and totally acceptable, granted they post that it IS purely speculation! GLTY
Jig...now that you have to admit it's more than an analogy, what's your angle? Is it a typo? This is the same nonsense Our-Street has done all along and you just defended his bold statement, but under the premise it was an analogy. What say you?
Wow...posting info from a "confidential" SEC document!
Hahahahahahahahahaha...hahahahahahahaha....uuuuukkkkkuuuuukkkuuukkk
Then claiming impeccable credibility...hahahahahahahahahaha
Head of SEC...hahahahahahahahaha
Halt on a holiday...hahahahahahahahaha
tears are rollin'....
Ok, ok...hahaha...composure...haha...ok,ok
Man, Our-Street...hehe...you are something else! Post it dude, what have you got to lose now?!! OMG, that was great!
abby...great job. Honest opinion without make threats or calling names. That's a classy post.
Ladeytrader...it is too conincidental that the only piece of information that did not come with your cut and paste was the "Aug/31/2005 18:25 GMT". That was wrong. Keep it real. You are proving the bashers right by posting this nonsense and your credibility is gone. Keep LYAO...it will catch up to you.
I just confirmed that Lockheed got the deal, but I am still searching whether Georgia Aerospace was involved.
Yes the bashers will get ugly today, without a doubt. And, I guess you didn't take the time to read my post #61657, right after my first post to Lifegear. I guess we are all guilty of being reactive post writer's!
Refer to my later post and you'll see that I made it right!
Lifegear...I posted earlier that your mistake was worthy of banning, that was my mistake Dude! I didn't notice that you recognized the error within 10 minutes of posting, so that's good in my book. It would have been better if you edited the post since you were still in the edit window of time, but I believe it was a mistake. Sorry for the hair-trigger reaction!
The pumping on this board is unbelievable and I almost believe the bashers are doing less damage. The predictions are out of control and nobody goes after these people when they say "the 10k is done and it will be out this week"! What? How many "this week's" do we have to go through before the wizard is finally named? I am long on this stock, but not long on this board. GLTY
I must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning! Liable, I agree with you! That kind of deception is completely uncalled for and is grounds for banning! Ok, I'm going to go brush my teeth now...I can't believe I just said that to liable...LOL
Serfdom...I didn't get the chance to run with you, but I did enjoy the show! You are a good addition to any board, come visit us once in a while during your travels! Cheers...
First off liable...I like good debate, so I do read posts from those that seem to be less than optimistic about CSHD. But, you can't claim it as a question when you state it like this:
Is Georgia Aerospace and Thomas Mensah a fraud too?
Who and what is the fraud? When you use a "too", that means there is an assumption that fraud has already been proven elsewhere. Is that a direct accusation that either RPH or CSHD is a "proven" fraud. Is that what you meant? Then, you drag the good name of Dr.Mensah into that accusation. Words are powerful, if you meant it that way, then say it, don't word smith your posts to create an illusion of doubt for others if you are only asking a question...JMHO
That's bold...Thomas Mensah a fraud? Goin' low now, must be having trouble proving your basher points!
Can you tell me what plants are being built for Johnson & Johnson, a publicly traded company? Also, tell me what countries and what is their current status? Or Pfizer? Or Caterpillar? Very visible public companies, so you should have no problem telling me the answer (with links). By the way, I will be the judge of your answer, because the answer is not public.
Get real liable...anyone can twist and jab!
Jig...I would imagine the same would be said of the shorts, bashers, and whatever position you consider yourself. Both sides copy and paste the same information over and over, then put their own spin on it. Just a joy to watch...JMHO
Cindy...there has been a tremendous amount of DD posted on this board by many posters, good and evil! I think the largest portion of DD is done by those riding the fence, but have either a "half empty" or "half full" mentality. Those with the "half full" mentality will generally interpret data on the upside, while the "half empty" mentality will typically interpret the data on the downside. Nothing wrong with either, actually becomes a good debate. BUT, then you have the bashers who will naturally support the "half empties" and the pumpers who will naturally support the "half fulls", both blowing the debate out of the water and causing pure chaos.
I have not seen a single poster that falls directly in the middle with no bias and does great DD without calling names or trying to humiliate. Either they are extinct or never existed! LOL JMHO
Vitamin DD...still no list has been produced for the award Rufus claims to have received. However, it seems that other states have multiple award winners, just like Georgia. Hmmm...

Ron, I think you'll run out of stooge names before you run out of stooges on this board! LOL
