I agree they should have built on the run they had that hit .21. No excuse to let that slip away.
I was in Palm City a few years back as well. Great location but things changed so much from when I lived there in the 1990’s. Before I met Ronn at Liberty Medical, I worked for a small company on the Stuart side of the bridge. It had a dock right on the river. A few times I commuted on my boat but the best day with the boat was the day I sold it. It was never in my DNA.
Good luck to you. I appreciate you challenging folks here as it does result in better info. If we can get the numbers I asked about in my prior post, that too may help us determine more facts. Time will tell…
Robot, I doubt I’m all the special. I am active on LinkedIn and have followed the company and have added Pam, Richard and Paul to my network. I reached out to Pam (who only stuck around a few weeks) via LinkedIn in and she immediately secured the Twitter account. I contacted Rich over LinkedIn and he responded putting me directly in touch with the IR guy Steve. I called and left Steve a voicemail and within a day he called back and we chatted for 45 minutes. If your experience is different, it may be that your approach was different, who knows.
OTC is a cesspool of crooks, one cheap suit away from prison orange. I got burned by several many years ago including CTYX under the prior ownership (guys that I worked with professionally at big and small firms in Palm City years before CTYX). They owed my several thousand dollars for work I provided and all the could do was issue then worthless certs that sat in a file cabinet for years. Most of my investments are safe and conservative. I am here because I had certs from prior consulting work and because I believe if this company executes, it will help a lot of people in despair and will grow my investment.
I want to know:
How much money does it cost to reformulate a drug?
How much does it cost to make enough of the drug for trials?
How much does it cost to design the trials?
How much does it cost to run the trials?
How much does it cost to run analytics on the trial data?
That’s what I need to know and from there I need to see money raised to cover those costs. Once I see that, show me the financials where the balance sheet reflects spending to these budgeted expenses over the next 2-3 quarters. Show me that and I hold for the next couple of years. All the rest of the debate about shares, PRs, posts, etc. is just noise. The DD listed above will benefit everyone who thinks there is a long term play here. I have put my money where my mouth is and over the past 2 months have upped my holdings from 1.1M to 2.48M total shares. You can speculate all you want about why or how, I don’t care. Call me a fool or a liar, don’t care. I know I am positioned to set myself up if this gamble goes my way. If I lose, I am set back a bit but will manage and not cry over it.
I have contacted the company on 4 occasions. Each time they responded correctly and quickly. They have proven themselves to me. An example is: They have the @curativebiotech Twitter handle because I told them to claim before anyone else did. Now they need to prove to me they can execute on the visionary plan.
No volume. The word needs to spread to bring in new investors.
Raised a bit more money https://sec.report/otc/financial-report/291664
Imminent full reporting then uplist is foundational to bring in some serious money. Clearly the CEO is thinking big and taking steps to make that happen.
and yes. That was my purchase of 49,900 shares just now.
Let's keep in mind that the business is drug development in a regulated environment. This will take time. In major pharma, measured in years and years but luckily here measured in quarters for the Macular Degeneration Metformin treatment. I expect one or two big news events by the end of the year that announce the trial design and the lead investigator. Those will be material but anyone watching this company knows they will not waste time or money announcing trivial items.
It does feel like big things are close at hand.
So not gifted to management? Hahaha. People called scam pretty quickly with only half the story.
Maybe.

Curative mentioned with some big players
I talked with Steve C from IR yesterday. I was impressed and believe they are in execution mode. When trials get designed and assigned to investors news will flow. Till then they are heads down getting the leg work done. Value in the stock will grow as value in the drugs is established through the process. This takes years and years with traditional drug development, but with reformulated established drugs, the cycle time is dramatically reduced. If trials late this year into early 2022 are successful, Curative will begin working on deals with big pharma.
I don’t care about the level of dilution we have seen. This is how the bills get paid until there is other funding.
I have been here for years since Schuman and Prevzner were selling Medflash on usb sticks in Walgreens. I can wait 12-18 months from Metformin’s potential to be realized.
I bought today and plan to hold my 1.5M shares. This will be over a dollar this winter then who knows.
“Psst… I got a hot tip from my guy on the inside.” Did any movies ever end well when they started like that?
Twitter is waking up about CUBT.
How will the culling in non-compliant OTC stocks affect compliant companies? Would money flowing out of one group come into the other?
Strong Buy Signal? Seems more like Panicked Buy Signal. How bad will the signalman’s sky fall in on him if heaven forbid CUBT is successful. #BonusFlushed
Probably before the 2010 1:50 reverse split
Conix and Prudent Capitalist were two great contributors here 10-12 years ago in the earlier days of CTYX. If they are here now, that is an EXCELLENT sign.
Gettin fire up this morning on all sides. Oh yeah!!
What will happen this week for $CUBT?
Wrangler, I got the response I expected. “No office, blah blah blah.” Not a lot of depth there, but pretty much as expected.
Gonz, I don’t need to be convinced. I’be been here since CTYX was peddling Medflash with Daryl Strawberry and Dr Rob Arnot. Those were P&D days but this is not. New company, new biz plan, new leaders, new board, new advisors. My actual position dates back 10 years when the paper certificates issued were worthless. But this is different and unique for OTC. The next 1-2 years will be interesting. Who cares about the next 1-2 days weeks or months.
Pep: How do you account for the advisors and board that have solid credentials? Is that simply fraud and lies? Seems odd that accomplished professionals would put their reputations on the line for a “disaster”. Rather than just deleting my post, help me understand your position rather than you just repeating “stinky pinky”, “no office”, etc. If you can make a solid case, I am sure smart folks here would be interested in you actual rationale.
There it is. $CUBT
Strong run last week, Tweets, blog posts, buy signals, new logo on OTC Martket. Lining up to be a good week.
Fai: Can you share the Seeking Alpha link? Conix was active on this board years ago. Would be good to see his perspective/
Blog post today from Curative. Interesting quote included "We have already started working on our reformulation, and expect to file an IND with the FDA to begin human trials before the end of the year."

It's a worthy read.
Three, I setup Robinhood in 10 minutes. Was super easy but you cannot trade OTC there.
Every publicly traded respectable company I have seen has “Shareholder Value” statements in their core principles that they document and drive to adhere to. Till now, I have seen Curative providing shareholder value through their actions, hiring, press releases, not using P&D schemes, etc. This is a moment where they need to take an action to bolster the shareholders. It will be telling as we watch their leadership at what this forum clearly views as a critical time for the company.
I honestly don’t know what to expect from them. Will they step up or stay silent?
Exactly the point of my question.
Does anyone know how long it takes to move through the phases of the pipeline in Curative's site? It would be nice to know how long Preclinical, Phases 1-3 each take with these drugs that are already established for other uses.
I am long because I believe in Curative's long-term potential based on their portfolio pipeline and I find the business model is compelling. I see that this is one of the very few OTC companies that can make grow into a major company with products that could become globally recognized as life-changing medical treatments. Being in with a large position at the ground floor is a reasonable gamble and one I had wished I'd seen an acted upon year ago with Yahoo, Google, Amazon, Bitcoin and others.
If it turns into nothing then at least I went for it with no regrets. But if it does explode into something significant, I will be glad to have held my large position rather than cashed out when it went from .03 to .2
<insert sarcasm here>
I was wondering why a company needs an office? I am with a Fortune 50 and almost everyone in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, IT, Customer Care, etc. are work-from-home for a year already. An office is turning into a pre-Covid relic. Why would a start up waste their time and money on a facility when their current work is conducive to a remote working model?
A lot of drama here today but somehow we ended the day $0.001 below where we started the day. Imagine that. I thought Vader was supposed to unleash the Death Star on CTYX for the mortal sin of being held up in bureaucratic administrivia.
Fai, Great catch! I saw the shell risk there just yesterday. Nice progress.
... and every time the Buy Signal occurs, there is a curious price droop. Always pretty small and short lasting. Sounds like cause for divorce. Now please delete this post.
Go $CTYC / $CURB. To da moon. :)
