Can someone help me out. McCabe appears to be President-CEO of Maverick, Watson & AWSL. What’s the advantage to these mergers when he’s heading up all 3 companies! Bit confusing, at least to me.

The new direction your thinking is to merge or acquire Maverick? Sounds compelling with the personnel involved. Lot of opportunity here for shareholders. Finally.

Mike, you and others have mentioned a possible merger, ie with Watson Energy. Since the PR release, what are your thoughts about this possibility occurring?

Well going on a week since I was told “look for a press release this week” by company officer. I presumed she meant January 2020.

I thought about that as well. For me today felt like a Monday with the holiday this week. If they get something out early next week, I’ll still consider the source’s comment as being accurate,

Techno- I am correcting my last reply as I thought Catherine was MXXH's president. Her resume on LinkedIn shows that she was the Director of Finance, which would indicate somewhat of a lateral move to Talon by Ms. Thompson. Here is her LinkedIn listing where I'm confident she can receive messages.

Maybe she can answer some simple questions that many MXXH shareholders have been seeking.

Good job Techno. Wow a financial controller now? Big demotion from being MXXH's President. Maybe a bunch of us should start contacting her at her new employer to find out what happened to MXXH and where all of the $$$ went. Have you looked to see if she is on LinkedIn? That might be another way of communicating with her.

What’s is the relationship, if any, between Maverick and Watson? Is McCabe with Watson related to McCabe Sr. At Maverick? Also note that Christaine Lopez who was Maverick’s VP of Investor Relations now a ‘Managing Member’.

I exchanged some brief comments with one of their former people from 'investor relations' who is no longer with Maverick. She indicated that they still have a valid business model and to contact Bednar for an update. With you obvious wealth of knowledge on the company, have you spoke to him?

Yes. I would if she would respond to messages but she apparently does not have time to respond to shareholders.

Then why was he appointed to the MXXR board? Why would Catherine put someone on the board who' s word can't be trusted?

When was the last time Catherine was listed as even being art of this enterprise? Is she still with them? Is she still alive?

Techno, please comment whether this is serious or merely a minor administrative issue? Could explain why Catherine is not returning calls or issuing PR's.
