Well. . .that would be nonsense. Some serious DD needs to be done here. Question: does Nasrat get paid in shares or cash? Another question: what happened to the 10 million dollars owed to Nasrat as the result of Elite buying Mikah's portfolio of ANDA's.
Nah. . .just more bullshit. Anyway, there is another message that I got from the article (reading between the lines) and that is if a company is successful in executing its business plan, including being a responsible corporate citizen, then things should go well for them including the presence of a healthy share price.
When it comes to opinions from uninformed sources as opposed to information from corporate insiders, well. . .I would place more credence on the latter and dismiss the former.
And yet there are a large number of CEO's of major companies that would call this bullshit.
Well correctness did not always prevail though. I can remember reading about ELTP trading on the German Frankfurt exchange when in fact it has never traded there.
My opinions are misguided because I look for or ask for proof and it is rarely provided by those making the dire predictions? Hah. . .good one
Well. . .I disagree. But then, that's only my opinion LMAO
Well. . .I looked again but no such verbiage was used. And yes, all I have seen are unqualified opinions about this so called coming of the three cents a share. I will not be scared into selling my shares.
No proof. . .just conjectural nonsense about the coming of a three cent share price. LOL
Oh boy. . .there's that three cents a share is coming. . .again. LOL
As it should be. . .being a shareholder, I am looking forward to that day.
Ah, I see. . .so I am supposed to be in fear of an event that hasn't happened yet. . .more like conjectural nonsense. I am waiting to see what Q2 brings next month. Word is Elite is on track to having the best rev's ever in its history.
So. . .is this a guarantee this will happen? LOL
Absolute nonsense. . .that did not happen
Well I know I wasn't at the meetings held by the FDA/Elite people so for any comments to be made about those events would be presumptuous on my part.
I would say read my message again. A hint: The answer to your question is in the last sentence of my post. LOL
When I see comments about a so an so company is having trouble, I take the inference to mean BK is coming. So, to say Elite is in trouble or having troubles (i.e. financially), I would call that nonsense.
Nah. . .just conjectural nonsense unless there is proof to show otherwise.
What? I replied to a nonsensical opinion that it "was all over" for Elite (I.e. finished. . .will cease to exist. . .) and the next thing I know a reply was made quoting the latest ELTP share price. Why? Does this mean the price is predicting the end for Elite? LOL
So the share price means that it is all over for Elite?
This was nonsense three years ago and it's still nonsense today.
The "thinly traded" explanation is malarkey and provides no viable explanation for the price increase.
"Thinly traded securities are exchanged in low volumes and often have limited numbers of interested buyers and sellers"
Millions of shares traded a day is not low volume (or thinly traded) for Elite during that rise from the 20's to 97 cents.
More bullshit. The fact is there was no catalytic event to support a move from the 20's to 97 cents. This was an example of manipulation. . .pure and simple. "Thinly traded" does not fit the definition of what happened.
Thinly traded. . .hah, what a joke. That one month period had multi-million share days as high as 17 million. LMAO
BS. . .the share price is being manipulated. Here is one example that all of the long term shareholders know about. On February 5/2014 the share price closed at 26.49 cents and on March 5/2014 the share price peaked at
97 cents with a closing price 93.79 cents. There were no news events in that one month period to support such a meteoric rise in SP. So tell
me. . . if there is no manipulation, how did this happen?
What load of crapola!!! Anybody who has completed a modicum of DD on Elite knows that several employees and board members have elected to be paid in shares as all or part of their salaries. My wife used to work for a company that offered a share purchase program and I can tell you the shares she earned were not given to her!!!
Ah yes. . .I too have been reminiscing. I remember the bullshit about Elite trading on the Frankfurt German exchange. Despite numerous requests to prove this none was ever provided. And then Elite was to go BK. . .hasn't happened. . .Elite would not share in the Adderall profits. . .more bullshit. . .and on and on it goes.
No. . .I disagree. Nasrat knew of the Tmax being affected by a fatty food meal but was given guidance by the FDA that this could by remedied by a labeling warning. This is all detailed in the CC conducted after the CRL was issued in July/2016.
Ditto to that. . .good to see you back Couch!!!
Yep. . .that's it and during that time, as a shareholder since 2012, I have never threatened Elite with multiple lawsuits over the years nor have I ever demanded the resignation of the CEO. To do that would not be a good thing to do to my investment IMO.
Right on!!!
I have stated that on more than one occasion here. LMAO
Thanks. . .but I don't need any outside advice. I will stick with what works for me. I have done very well for myself over the years.
Well each to his own. My DD says the share price will go up and well beyond what my buy in price was. Time is irrelevant for me given I will be rewarded with a generous return on my investment.
Well. . .I am not a day trader (nor have I ever been) in pursuit of chump change. I buy low and hold for as long as it takes to sell higher. It is a MO that has worked very well for me over the years.
Well, I guess in time we'll see who has the last laugh. BTW. . .I bought the majority of my shares in 2012 so I am a little in the red but not by much. I am looking through the windshield (as opposed to the rear view mirror some to be focused on) at the positive fundamentals coming and resultant share price appreciation. Don't care how long I have to wait for this to happen. NOT my first rodeo doing this.
I could care less. . .don't have to prove anything. I know how many shares I own.
Yes. . .this is an opinion based on conjectural nonsense.
2.4 mil shares says bullshit
JJ, isn't that the truth. . .but I think you are being generous with
that 1%.
