Correct me if I am wrong, horst, but the top Form 4 here is the latest and shows the current holding of Plug Power:
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001697007
So, looks like they still own just over 1M shares of common stock.

We need underwater crypto mining data centers!
Just saw this article about Microsoft's underwater data centers:
https://edition.cnn.com/2020/09/14/tech/microsoft-underwater-data-center/index.html
Seems like a great solution to the heat problem from all these crypto miners. I wonder if Mr. P has considered this yet for CCTL? Sure, there is a lot of other issues to consider, and a full cost/benefit analysis to undergo... but what a cool concept to consider!
I guess you could either take the miners to the sea... or bring the sea (or river) to the miners. Isn't Plattsburgh, NY on the river? And a river with very cold water most of the year!
When you one day hear about underwater crypto mining, just remember you heard about it here first!!!

DDM
Yeah, I love the word "currently" in that tweet! :)
I wonder if he chose those words very carefully to send a [not so] subliminal message to us all!
I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve... Can't wait to open presents Monday morning at market open!!!

Am I doing the math right?
576 bitcoins at $10,600 is just north of $6M. Add to that the over $800k cash on hand and we're at nearly $7M in just liquid assets. If we then divide that $7M by even the 2.45B OS (and it gets better if it is 1.9B) that should set a PPS floor of 0.0027 just off of these two assets alone, right?
Then you add on top of that what you will for the forward looking potential: more crypto mined in 2020... potential rise in price of BTC and other cryptos... potential new revenue streams (gotta think 25 employees are doing something other than dusting off the miners)... potential merger... potential support of Mr. P's BTCNYC exchange... getting to pink current status, etc, etc, etc.
I gotta think we're at 0.0030 by noon Monday (if not the open) and then heading [much] farther north from there.
Do correct me if I have this wrong. I'm kinda new at this. :)

DDM
Great post with current DD on QUTR, horst!
As always, I am very grateful for your willingness to share your DD and help educate us all on the shell process. Good stuff!
I am long QUTR and several other Lazar shells.

I have noticed that E*trade shows a lower balance in my account after hours and until the next market open the following morning... but only on my mobile apps. It is correct when I check online via portal from my iMac.
They also suddenly showed me down over $2,000,000 yesterday... which made my heart stop... and was especially weird since my true balance is nowhere near 7 digits [yet]! I even grabbed a quick screenshot from my iPad showing this. I scrolled down through my portfolio and saw it was due to one ticker being way off. It self-corrected within 2 seconds.
I have never checked to see why the after-hours balance is always low... inaccurate shares versus inaccurate PPS vs whatever. Maybe I'll look more deeply tonight to try to solve the mystery.

Wow... this thread reads like a Hardy Boy's novel... "The Case of the Missing 8k"!
Great continued DD by horst with a missing puzzle piece ferreted out and supplied by Trichrome! You guys are demonstrating the true power of collaboration on these iHub boards... this is why we're all here. Many thanks for continuing to dig for info, sharing it and explaining how it affects our investments here!
Looking forward to seeing how this new data affects Friday trading!!!

Right! Like you don't take us all walking with you on your mobile iHub app! :)

I think horst was offering the SOL- 8-k timestamps as an example of a trading-hours filing.
QUTR 8-k still pending.

Yes, he just tweeted they shlod be ready "asap". Check my previous post.

Specifically, it says...
"Financials are posted every September to web site. They were hoped to be ready by end of August. They are expected to be done and released asap"
Sounds like somebody had a rough morning in the litter box!
Circa late 2017 or early 2018 Plattsburgh BTC posted this on their website:
"In 2017, we reached our electric capacity and it was necessary to either build out a new location find a bigger one. We were able to find one by partnering with Coin Citadel, and in the near future we plan to move into other cryptocurrencies, especially ETH. Over the summer of 2018 we plan on investing heavily on next-gen equipment as we settle into the new space."
Link: https://plattsburghbtc.com/myrig (scroll to bottom)
Does anyone follow Plattsburgh BTC close enough to know if they ever did this? Did they "invest heavily on next-gen equipment" and build out the new mining capapcity in CCTL's space? If so, any idea what the details of that partnership is?
I'm curious if CCTL's lack of posting news about they themselvse buying new miners might be because that's on Plattsburg's books? Knowing the details of their partnership would be helpful. That old interview talked about them in partnership to build portable miners in lorries to move them to where the cheap electricity is. They list the same data center locations on their websites with the same power specs. It is as if they are two halves of a whole at times.
Apologies if this is old and/or irrelevant news... I'm still catching up some.

DDM
Ask at 95... T-30 minutes to blast off? ??
Ahhhhh... now I see why your skills are so far beyond that of some of us "hobby investors"! That understanding of your background just adds further legitimacy to your posts; not that they needed any.
I look forward to continuing to learn from you and the several others I've found on iHub with similar skills, integrity and the willingness to share and teach by example.
Side note, I miss the days of having little ones in the house. My kids are all grown and out of the house and with families of their own. I have 4 baby & toddler grandsons. Enjoy them all you can, they grow fast and leave the nest way too soon!

DDM
Thanks again, horst, for all the great DD and your willingness to share with and educate the masses on these topics. I learn so much from each of your updates!
I truly appreciate that your updates are clear, concise, fact based and free from emotion (thought I know you are as excited as a toddler on Christmas Eve!).
Looking forward to the ride further up over the days, weeks and months to come!!!

Yeah, I too am on the big ride today on the other DL shell... all smiles here!
I have been quietly staking claims on shares in several other DL shells lately... SIPN being one of about five of them.
A couple of September rockets would be nice!

I hope you are both right... I am who bought Billy's shares today. :)
Oh, I'm gonna have to save that line and use it on a lot of other boards! So applicable on so many posts I see!!! LOL
>> Can't fix stupid but you can buy their shares..
Thanks, H, for all the DD on QUTR!!! I've been following along for several weeks and think all you're missing at this point is Lazar's blood type, shoe size and favorite ice cream flavor. But, I'm sure you'll post all that soon! :)
Seriously, and I assume I speak for many, I really appreciate the depth of knowledge you have here and your willingness to share with many of us who are learning how to track these shell plays and profit from runs like the S--- play had recently. I'm new here and learning!
Enjoy camping!!!

If we're starting an office pool then I'll take this Thursday... after the market closes. :)

Well, I have a flexible work schedule and am technically on vacation this week. We'll see how long I can burn the candle at both ends. Maybe I can quit my day job soon! :)

I listened to the nearly 30 minute podcast and took some notes for everybody...
First, note the date of this podcast is Feb 2020... 6 months old.
This podcast is mainly about the conflict over cheap electricity between miners and local residents in Plattsburgh, NY. But, if you listen closely to this interview, you hear a few interesting things...
At about 8:34 you hear that Ryan and Tom are "business partners". We know Tom is CEO of CCTL and Ryan is CEO of Zarfa Hosting:
https://coincitadel.net/press-and-releases
https://www.zafrahosting.com/about-us/
So, rather than competitors (CCTL vs Zafra) are they truly partners? To what degree? Both companies post the same specs about their facilities in NY and IL. Have they merged? Some sharing of facilities?
At about 9:12 you hear Tom say that if you peek in the window (of their rented space in Plattsburgh) you can see a $1M buildout. Then, at about 10:36 in... Tom talks about a couple guys at a hedge fund buying $2.5M worth of miners and spending $1M to build out a mining site. Those two excerpts both mention a "$1M buildout". Coincidence? Or does this mean there as been an infusion of at least $2.5M of miners at some point in time? If so, when? CCTL and/or Zafra?
At about 16:02 they talk about the larger miners moving their miners out of Plattsburgh and to a new location. Does this explain site #2 in IL?
At about 19:05 they mention that Ryan and Tom started building miners in lorries (trucks) to make them portable to move to where the cheap electricity is. Is this the SOP today for them?
Again, this podcast is 6 months old, but there was 'news' in here for me as a newbie to CCTL.
Can't wait to see what they've actually been up to when they drop fins later this month!

CJ, in a few weeks CCTL should be able to fund your dog his/her own personal staff to take them out to do their business! :)
G'nite!!!
>> Talk later buddy my dogs coming in now.. hopefully he did his business for crying loud!!!!
No worries, CJ... I see you are a busy woman... not spotting a few newbie posts seems like a legitimate oversight! :)
The only good thing about my 8:30pm to 3:00am trading hours is they don't overlap with my current day job... the job I hope to one day ditch when CCTL finishes filling my retirement plan buckets!!!
Thanks, Boston... I'd rather earn your respect than just beg for free info from everyone! Likely to net better long-term relationships, IMHO.
Over time I hope to be a worthy DD contributor for many of what I hope will be our future OTC collaborations. I'm already seeing who on these boards are here for teamwork (like you, CJ, WorkinGreen, musicman, and several others; sorry I didn't mention you all, I do have a longer running list).
I'll take the high road and not mention the names of those who stand out as being on these boards for nefarious purposes... though I will hint at one by saying he licks himself to bathe and his fur smells of citrus! :)
PM me if you want to guide me on where the team needs some additional DD efforts to help me dig in the right directions. I'll always share what I find with those that do the same. All for one and one for all, right?!?! Heh... maybe I should change my IHUB moniker to OTCmusketeer!
GLTA
Trying to add to DD here... but have questions!
Did we ever hear more about the 200 Bitcoin ATMs that were purchase from CCTL in April 2019? Are they generating revenue for CCTL? Were more sold since then? Prior to these 200?
https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/coin-citadel-receives-purchase-order-for-200-bitcoin-atm-machines-priced-at-6-800-1028135298#
Also, on Zafra... are they part of CCTL, a partner to CCTL or a competitor to CCTL? Looks like their facilities are a 1:1 map to CCTL's so hoping they are now one and the same, but looking for evidence to back up that theory.
https://www.zafrahosting.com/about-us/
Many TIAs for any meaningful info! New to the group and love watching the conversations well into my night (I am an expat living in Jakarta so market runs 8:30pm to 3:00am for me; many CCTL-related sleepless nights lately! :)
I will keep digging to try to answer my own questions from above in parallel to seeking answers from here.
Now THAT was fun!!! I picked up another milly at 35 and then to my surprise grabbed another milly at 30! Let her run now!!!
