It doesn't matter when a decision is made. That was my point in answering your question. The fact is OneFi will not receive Broadband Stimulus funds directly from NTIA because it appears that OneFi did not file an application to receive funds. My posting accurate information is never intended to ”scare” anyone and will retract any part of my post proven incorrect. You writing "It looks like stimulus funds would be rewarded to OneFi Technology through EBITDA capital" is unsupported speculation. Speculation can provide interesting discussion however the board would be better served when readers can easily discern what is speculation and what is fact. Wouldn't you agree?
“...You shouldn't try to scare the board and make it out like OneFi isn't even trying to get funds which obviously isn't the case.”
I never said OneFi isn't trying to get funds, I don't know if they are or not, however I will assert its not “obvious” how OneFi is trying to get stimulus funding. OneFi, it appears, did not apply for stimulus funding and the company has been silent for months. A clear and unambiguous update from the company to explain their plan would be welcomed.
gte_gold
OneFi has not applied for Broadband Stimulus Funds. A OneFi search of the BroadBandUSA database returns zero information regarding OneFi Technology. Since it appears that OneFi did not apply, NTIA will not award any of these funds directly to OneFi.

Three trades were responsible for over 73% of Wednesday's volume. Interesting that the two 500,000 share trades (see table) equal the 1,000,000 share trade. These three trades occurred in about 1 minute.

11:09:44 AM 0.008 1000000
11:09:02 AM 0.0075 500000

September 30 is the end of OneFi Q3 and the close of the 3rd Quarter Revenue Projection Survey. You have all day Wednesday Sept 30 to post your survey response.

On June 26, 2009 ONFI traded almost 17X the float value provided by OneFi and posted on Pinksheets.com. The June 26 volume was 24,866,800. Volume has exceeded the published float several times since then. Most recent occurrence of the volume exceeding the published float value was Sept. 1, 2009. The volume that day was 4,140,100 or 2.8X the published float value. Based on the above information, you may be able to determine if the float value posted on Pinksheets by the company is reasonable or not.
OneFI is in Pinksheets "Limited Information" category. Companies in this category are either unable or unwilling to meet Pink Sheets' Guidelines for providing Adequate Current Information. I recommend exercising caution when making decisions using information posted by companies in this category.

Welcome back billyf,
Haven't seen you around since you were saying great things about OneFi when we were at .07. To bring you up to date, OnFi has not demonstrated revenue on any of the topics in the published press releases, and financial statements are almost 6 mo old. It also appears that OneFi did not apply for Broadband Stimulus Funding.
gte_gold
Should have read "...OneFi's "20 Million projected revenue"...
Not $20 Billion. Gotta stop posting so late in the evening :)
Has your string of connected dots pointed to any OneFi deployments that is creating revenue? What do the dots say about OneFi's $20 Billion projected revenue for the 3rd Quarter ending Sept 30? (18 days from now)
Your claim of "Big Money in the pipeline" and the EBITDA Capital theory is 100% speculation held together with zero facts or statements from the company.

No BTOP/BIP applications were filed by OneFi. A search of the BroadbandUSA database returns zero hits for OneFi.
What is found in the database is 5 EBITDA capital grant application requests totaling $98,535,380. In addition to being the CEO of OneFi, Chet Noblett also has a title of Managing General Partner of EBITDA capital.
One grant application is for the Hogback region of the Navajo Nation and 4 are for different counties of Mississippi.

First things first. Before crossing our fingers for miraculous OneFi BIP award announcement in November, we'll have an opportunity to see if OneFi truly submitted an application for BIP or BTOP (or both) funding. I'll be looking for that database in the coming weeks containing summaries of all applications received. Based on past OneFi behavior, I was looking for a fluff PR announcing the application submission, but hasn't happened yet. Maybe the necessary group of "Investor Relations Professionals" (stock promoters) has not been organized yet to create the needed level of excitement in advance of the PR :)

Link below is an BTOP update dated Aug 27, 2009. Some of the highlights are:
- Deadline for applications was 5 p.m. ET August 20, 2009.
- NTIA and RUS received almost 2,200 applications requesting nearly $28 billion (nearly seven times the amount of funding available).
- In the coming weeks, NTIA and RUS will post online a searchable database containing summaries of all applications received.

Interesting the domain name comdexinc.com was created in 2005, however the OneFi June 25 2009 press release clearly names Secure World International only two months ago. Could this be a mistake by OneFi?
"...He did say Comdex is ready to go as soon as OneFi establishes a signal and get its networks uplinked.:
I suppose that would be a good thing if OneFi had networks to uplink. Any results on finding any OneFi network producing revenue during your exhaustive DD?
gte_gold
We're all waiting for OneFi to finally have revenue and profit. Unfortunately, the company has not posted Q2 company financial results and no update to any of the vague press releases to give shareholders enough information to know or verify any of what was stated in those releases. Lets hope we get an update soon.
gte_gold
How large do you think OneFi can be with no reported income? Profit & Loss published by OneFi on pinksheets.com less than 5 months ago claim $0.00 in income. Do you have any information to share or are you just speculating about a OneFi/Comdex connection?
Have you stumbled upon any OneFi network receiving revenue within the past 5 months in your research? Thanks for sharing your DD with the board!
"...OneFi is much larger than I thought and may be a part of Comdex."

40 days left in this 3rd quarter. OneFi has not disclosed any revenue for this quarter or Q2. Where is the $3,000,000 license technology transfer revenue identified in the 12-31-08 period end date Interim Financial Report? Where is the update on the $20,000,000 projected Q3 revenue? How is that Jamaica TELCOM coming? What value has Dr. Fahad Al-Malik of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia provided for OneFi since his appointment? How much Navajo Nation hardware (if any) has been deployed as a result of the May 18, 2009 press release? How much of the Broad Band stimulus money has OneFi received related to the Apr 27, 2009 Press Release? What is the status of Deployment of OneFi's Wireless Internet Technology in the Island of Jamaica? Does OneFi actually have any hardware deployed that is receiving revenue? The list of questions goes on and on. Is there any truth in anything OneFi has published?
gte_gold
Over one month into the 3rd Quarter and OneFi continues to be silent after publishing incredible news without follow up to any of the company claims. For example, projecting $20,000,000 revenue, acquisition of a TELCO in Jamaica, a Letter of Intent with Secure World International and middle east contacts are just a few of the “incredible” activities at OneFi Technology without follow-up.
Does OneFi have ANYTHING that's been verified independently? Frustrating is the missing details to confirm the credibility of the claims published by OneFi. Several OneFi published news articles provide insufficient detail to allow independent verification. If you spend time reading these, you see how difficult is to independently confirm the information. You quickly discover the difficulty, and maybe impossible task of finding the people or company listed in the news release. Google search for some of these yield results that only point back to the original OneFi press release. In other words, some of the people and entities OneFi is doing business with never existed on the Internet prior to the press release. I find that unusual for a company that provides encryption for WiFi networks as described in OneFi's June 25th press release announcing “Secure World International” as their selection to provide encryption to OneFi's networks. This is only one example.
Although ONFI is not obligated to file financial statements, doing so might partly justify the $120,000 in compensation for CFO Mr White. Face it, those that have reviewed the filings on pinksheets can see that ONFI's financial statement are as complex as a bag of rocks. Where is the 2nd Quarter Financial Statements Mr White, Mr Noblett? Did OneFi receive any part of that projected $20,000,000 Q3 revenue yet? When will the Navajo Nation enjoy the IPTV feature of the OneFi network?

ONFI was removed from the Rule 3210 List after today's trading session (07-15). ONFI was on the list for the previous 7 consecutive trading days. Shares may have been purchased to close out the failure to deliver that placed ONFI on the threshold list. I believe covering the short position(s) caused the price spike today.

Shares are being sold (and bought) at a lower price to create a decline in share value. This is called selling pressure, It's really not dependent on who is providing the shares for this behavior to be labeled selling pressure. If "....Many are holding, waiting and buying...." include the majority of "buyers" that are losing value, then I agree that those people had to buy those shares before losing value due to selling pressure.
gte_gold
JCB5, your statement contradicts what has happened to ONFI share price for over a month. Unless OneFi is causing a significant amount of shares to be released into the market, more people are not holding, but selling since early June. Do you think "holding" and "buying" caused the price to drop over 80% since June?
"....Many are holding, waiting and buying...."

James, did you get an answer to any of the 5 questions?
James, I recommend giving OneFi a few days to respond. Until you post any company response, we'll assume you are still waiting for a reply.
Thanks

James, Thanks for posting your email address for others to piggyback questions onto your email to OneFi. I've created a sticky of your post so it will be easily located on this board until Monday or removed earlier if you wish.

Part of what revenue? Broadband Stimulus Package money is not an entitlement but is a competitive process. There isn't a "share" or "Part" that is set aside for OneFi use. OneFi would need to compete next to time proven companies providing service to real customers. sorry you misunderstood my post.
The 7.2 Billion covers a wide variety of broadband activities.
3rd Quarter Revenue Projection Survey is available.
Click on the "surveys" link from the OneFi board or the link below.
OneFi 2009 3rd Quarter Revenue Projection Survey
gte_gold
Today begins the third quarter and still no confirmation of a contract awarded to OneFi to start deployment. No company information confirming that they are in any part of the pre-deployment process (project layout) or actually installing hardware. OneFi has not communicated the beginning of any project yet to support the third quarter revenue projection of $20M they released June 10, 2009.
The June 4, 2009 PR provides a deployment time line for deployment:
-- OneFi would deploy its engineers to the client's area to lay out the
project and complete engineering working drawings, estimated to be
completed in 45-60 days.
-- After the engineering drawings are completed, the installation would
begin and is estimated to be completed within 60 - 90 days, depending on
the complexity of the project.
Layout, engineering drawings and installation consumes 105 - 150 days. Time is ticking for third quarter revenue.

Interesting that the run June 26 (last Friday) peaked at .06 for only minutes while trading more volume than the run up to 0.17. The price was back in the .02 range before lunch that same day. That weight of over 8X the reported float may keep this from seeing that 0.17 again....at least until the company receives all those millions that they say are coming LOL
gte_gold
Welcome to OneFi James Stone. Your guess is as good as anyone's regarding where this will go. I suspect a significant larger number of shares are in the market now and would require a matching increased amount of buying pressure to get back to that 0.17 price again. An announcement of actual revenue would be a big plus. To be bluntly honest, the chances are not good statistically.
gte_gold
slojab, you may be correct. Not only are investors frustrated while trying to verify who OneFi's customers are, they may find the same dead end path trying to verify Secure World International as well. PR would have served the shareholders by providing a brief bio for Secure World.
"We are pleased to move forward with Secure World so that OneFi can offer a communications environment where our customers are confident that their use of devices on our networks is safe and secure."
Does it seem unusual that OneFi has not mentioned in a PR how many households and businesses are benefiting from their technology?
gte_gold
The office picture in the IBOX is the best picture I have of their facility taken during business hours. Stopped by a few times and discovered nobody to answer the locked door, window blinds are typically closed and no cars parked in front or back. Not certain where those 10 full-time employees work or park, but it doesn't not appear to be at the OneFi office. It's possible they all carpool together :)
gte_gold
Another Fluff PR released without a commitment on the part of OneFi or “Secure World International”. I was interested in knowing more about Secure World International, I Google searched for “Secure World International” content while excluding the word “OneFi” (to eliminate the recent PR). The results displayed 16 hits, none of which involved network encryption or a company by that name, suggesting Secure World International was unknown to the Internet before the OneFi PR of June 27. Keep in mind that Press Release language using “letter of Intent” and “Agreement” are mostly non binding communications between companies. If anyone can find information on Secure World International, please post your information on the board.
We have 14 Announcements or statements by the company. None of the company announcements claim any received revenue. Company financial statements on pinksheets.com also show no revenue.
TELCO acquisitions
WIFI deployments
Saudi Arabia Marketing Appointment
10 claimed full time employees
Office Lease and utilities
Trip to Jamaica
License to deploy its systems in Jamaica
4G development
Press Releases
How exactly does a company do all the above without revenue and claim zero dollars spent on marketing as stated in the company filing? Why has the company been silent on deployments? Why aren't the deployments providing revenue for the company in the filings or in press releases? While I'm on the topic of transparency, why is the share structure reported by the company outdated? In one day the market traded 8X the float quantity provided by the company.
Why hasn't OneFi reported any of the $1,000,000+ anticipated revenue stated in the Jamaica PR almost a year ago? An August 04, 2008 Press Release quotes Mr. V. Pierson, VP for OneFi as saying "The initial startup revenues to OneFi should exceed $1,000,000 the first year, and as it expands throughout the Island, substantially more." when discussing the Jamaica TELCO acquisition. A Jun 22, 2009 Press Release again discusses Jamaica and claims a recent trip to Jamaica was a “complete success” without giving any detail what was achieved during that trip or the nature of the trip. Also, the new Jamaica PR did not comment on the TELCO acquisition announced in the first Jamaica PR. Lack of details is consistent in communications from OneFi . One example is the May 18, 2009 Navajo Nation PR that provided zero who, when or where details for investors to confirm with at the Navajo Nation. Another example is the Jul 22, 2008 Buena Park PR where the name “David Cassidy” is provided, without a location or recipient company to confirm deployment. Only the Jul 30, 2008 Villa Park PR provided all the who, what and where details of the City Hall building deployment in Villa Park, California. Pictures became available and City Counsel agenda minutes documented the installation and termination the license agreement by the City of Villa Park.
OneFi shold provide the amount of details to sufficient allow investors to reasonably evaluate the business it claims . Most of the Press releases reads as if it was written by a carnival pitchman trying to lure potential customers. The information provided by the company is vague and ambiguously worded.
