I am gonna blow my one best shot on this right here and I hope it sticks, when you have preferred stocks in an opportunity you thought was worth the gamble, you have restrictions, some are self imposed, such as having the sense to know you can only profit with your eye on volume and demand. Preferred shares bring responsibility but each holder thought this had a big top side or they wouldn't have ventured, I know. TMTG had an invitation only beta test, the usual purpose is to make the results private.. Invitation only would imply that, not conceding the pig reference at all.
