Well at least we have some action. Some of the low level hourly Crew employees are out but none of the heavy hitters still. They've been AWOL since the 6th. Rumors all over about Feds and interrogations? Anyone know if that's the case? Even Captain Jimmy came out for a minute but then went back to the deep grass.
I hope folks are letting your feelings be known to the Trustee, lawyers and Judge.
Krypton2008...Way to go on RB !!!!!

"Keep in mind that if this never came to bankruptcy, the false press releases, lies to investors and steeling their money would have continued."
Show me the proof. The court decided there wasn't any but you seem to know better JK? (Did you mean stealing?)
"If this never came to bankruptcy?" We suspect this term means something completely different and folks are letting the authorities know their opinions. Lets see how this develops. We'll all have an answer in the end.
You know this poster? Also...For folks researching the connection of internet posters and the Chapter 11 case here is another research possibility
Alias bankrupt007
This poster on Raging Bull is clearly an insider. A name linked is former CEO advisor XXXXX XXXXX. This is based on postings that suggest a face to face meeting with the CEO, coupled with the content of the messages posted. This poster is very critical of the CEO and currently very active on Raging Bull.
This poster either himself, or directed by another, makes personal threats, via email and via cell phone.
Good question. When he appeared with a large ask size the volume picked up significantly yesterday. Any thoughts?
Fugundus...L2's show pre-market today that SSGI is still sitting on the ASK with a size of 25,000 which is 5 times the size of the other MM's. I think you're right about volume today if he continues to sit on the ask.
If longs are referencing past posts in relationship to the filings in the Chapter 11 case then lets consider this poster and his/her history concerning PLNI over the past 2+ years including the latest action/post. You have to ask the question, "Is this his/her job description"?
This poster appears to be a low level copy and paste information distributor and attack dog. Apparently has the task of reading all posts (bearclaw51),(rrm_bcnu), (DTL) and others dissembling them, and pasting to Raging Bull and Atomic Bob's. Some references to this poster have suggested a female identity.

Longs...This might be the time to let your feelings about what's been going on the past 2+ years known to the proper authorities. In the filings are addresses and phone numbers of the Trustees and the Judge.
You have to ask yourself has this been a hostile takeover all along and has there been collusion with others? Read the filings closely and go back and browse the boards. Do you think the answers may be there? Do the early filings resemble posts on RB, SI and here? Who were those posts by and does that say anything about what may have happened?
If there was fraud by anyone at Plasticon we would have known by now. The Trustee and the Court would have taken action IMO.
So if there was fraud but not by Plasticon...then by who?

Trustee said he had a buyer...could already be a done deal...

You end up paying more fees for interpreter...eom

Pacers out tonight...if I read this right... then NO convert from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 for Promold...Looks like the releif of stay's been postponed for 45 days for both ProMold and PLNI. Will post pacers...courtesy of Scion...
Stock...the numbers were checked by dumb indian...they hjave to be correct.
SSGI jumped on the ask this afternoon with a large block size at 25,000...any thoughts?
Hearing still on today? eom
Actually...I know several...good folks...
OK...I'll split it with you...
Nope...It started when I said that consultants was another term for unemployed...at least get the order of events correct.
How about we not. Get yourself some help...That was the sickest exchange I've had in a long time...
highline...
This reminds me of an oldie Del Shannon song...lyrics go...
"Run run run run run away ah run run run run runaway..."
Thank you...that's quite a compliment coming from you...Did you clear that statement or was it all on your own?
Court of law counts too...eom
Self employed consultant is a term for unemployed...IMO
Ruff...funny stuff buddy...I can't do PM's but thanks for the good laugh...
DTL...I don't have that answer...but...I do know this. Attorney Daugherty went after Turek as hot and heavy as I've seen in a long time and found no fraud. It would make sense that now that the Murphy Crew is going toe to toe with him that they may be on the receiving end of his efforts.
I wonder what the full weight of the Department of Justice looking into Murphy and the Crews behavior might reveal?
Interesting Pacer Objection...Murphy is bordering on serious problems...The Committee has clearly identified, in the Objection, the real motives of Murphy and his Crew. This filing is a "Must Read" for all shareholders. Remember, this objection is by folks that are owed monies...How much more unbiased could this filing be? The truth be told !!!!
doggone...Let's see...Why hire a professional? Let me try to answer by this example...
If I had insects, critters and Worms invading my house I would probably hire the services of a professional to eliminate them before I had larva scum all over my home.
Is this helpful?
Funny...I see you ran over to RB. Why not discuss it here? I can't post on RB so it's either here or you don't get your questions answered. I also find it interesting that you are riding point. Where are all the heavy hitters?
Boy are you ever misled. The Trustee also says he is in negotiations with Murphy. Maybe we should nominate Murphy for Sainthood...ask the Pope to cannonize him on the floor of ProMold. Your Saint is willing to push this to a Chapter 7 screwing 12,000 shareholders rather than work with the Trustee he fought to have appointed and help this company come out of Chapter 11 thus giving shareholders opportunity to get back some of their investment. What a guy...hey? The Trustee also says that a 90 day time frame to do what he sees as the proper path to take here without harm to Murphy or Promold. So cut the Saint Murphy crap...no one's taking the bait.
What's going on here is Murphy alligned himself with crooks and now all the marbles are on the line and he and his cronies are in panic. They also know the investigative arm of the federal government is all over them like sheet on flypaper. And here's the truth...if the sheet hits the fan these crooks will hit the road and leave Murphy and his other supporters and former employees holding the bag...Ask banrupt007 the former employee that alligned himself with the same crooks. On second thought look in the mirror...They don't give a sheet about anyone but themselves...the scum of all scum...
Cut the crap with the poor John Murphy ...He wants ProMold on the cheap and keep the 2.5+ million he's already been paid. Any idiot can see that now based on today's filing... This Saint John is implying in the filing that the Trustee he fought to get on board is now incompetent. What a great guy hey?
There's plenty of blame to go around. Murphy has his share.
I wonder...If Murphy really wanted out then answer this...
The trustee said in his filing for an extension that he would have promold sold in 90 days in excess of the money owed to Murphy...Within 24 hours Murphy filed to block the extension that would have him paid off in 3 months in full...He also let the court know he wanted to buy the company in Chapter 7 if the court would agree to move it to a 7...What's the deal if the point you are making is true? Can you explain this?
Are you by any chance connected closely to the Murphy crowd? Are you a former employee of ProMold? Just wondering because you seem to be saying you know Murphy's inner motives?
What I find funny is that Murphy pushed for this Chapter 11 asssigning a Trustee and now he doesn't like what he pushed for...Now he impies the Trustee isn't competent...Looks to me like there's possible collusion here between Murphy and........??????? Guess who...????
Nope. I'm not going to subject myself to your examination. I got my answers. Do your own DD unless your afraid to call him or just too lazy...Let your fingers do the walking...
334-488-4001
Why don't you folks elect one person to call Mr. Lewis and make a list of questions to ask and quit cluttering the board with this BS...Here's the number again.
334-488-4001
All I can verify is one post on his profile TV25...and one post under WKNI back in May...In my telephone conversation today he explained this. If you want to know anything else then call him and quit bothering me with it...Do your own DD for crying out loud..
I called Mr. Lewis this morning on the phone number he posted yesterday. I got all my questions answered and am satisfied with his responses. He posted that number for anyone to call and I assume he is available today.
Call him and quit this BS. Here's the number again for folks who need it... 334-488-4001
