Surely it doesn't mean an increase per day of 4m capsules but buiding up to 4m capsules a day? There's a big difference!
Mets, sorry I can't pm you but I don't believe in paying to read drivel from 90% of the posters on message boards but thanks for your time. GLTY
Mets, I don't think anyone is demanding info from you just enquiring as to whether you have any info that you can share, if you visited Abuja and saw the facility. I have friends that work in Abuja on a security contract but they have been unable to get out of their location and visit the site and so I'm personally in the dark as to the status of construction and would appreciate your input.
Drift, ref the Socal/Making debacle:- IMO had the moderators jumped in on the first couple of posts and nipped it in the bud, the situation wouldn't have deteriorated into such a farce. I appreciate that due to no news posters get bored and look for other avenues of entertainment but as moderators you have a job to do and the moderating needs to improve IMHO.
I personally don't give a rats a$$ if Socal or anyone swears as I here it 24/7, in as many languages, but lets just stick to the job in hand (no pun intended socal)of trying to retire early, all 'wealthy' people.
XYZ wasn't there a link (little india.com ) or something which said blech bought a 70% majority stake in xkem which means pandey has a mximum of 30% at best.
Not sure on my memory though.
Good morning Gateway, I've followed POIG for 2 years and yesterday it moved up on 8 times normal volume. Would be interested in your thoughts?
Briboy, sorry I misinterpreted your words and assumed that you were subscribed to his website. GLTY
Briboy, has Leeds ever looked at XKEM?
Looks like a short term double bottom.
I don't understand your question? I would have thought the statement is self explanatory.
Look at any other drug with 'potential' blockbusting capabilities, big paharma is all over it like a rash, with predicted revenues like Pandey was putting out continued financing should have been a formality. End of chat!
Rob:- I don't believe that at all. If the finance was signed sealed and delivered that PR would be out in a heartbeat, there's also no pps/volume movement to suggest there's a done deal either and why would chassman be selling last week if she knew next week she could sell at '.06'.
This is the first one this year that I have 'fell' for, my DD was obviously flawed because had I looked at it in the cold light of day I would have seen the one glaring red flag that would have hit me in the face, after all this time why hasn't Pandey been able to bring this to market before now? Something is not right.
Someone asked a question as to why aren't private enterprises queing up to provide finance if it's such a sure fire winner and the answers must be
1) Pandey is too greedy and would prefer 100% of nothing rather than 50% of something (however idiots like us are still providing him with a salary every year)
2) The facts of Nicosan aren't what they seem
3) Pandey has pissed of some very influential people who are determined to undermine XKEM. (whether that be politicians or big pharma both wield considerably more power than xkem).
4)XKEM management are inept and incompetent.
There are several other answers that could be listed but at the end of the day I don't care WHAT the reasons are I only care that my money has been stagnant for 6 months and I'm really hacked off with myself for falling for the 'potential' of XKEM instead of sticking to facts.
Oh well luckily my wake up call has come early this year! GLTYA
OT
Opening up in pink
or opening up in grey
will someone please pray tell
whether we live or die today
The longs are on the prowl
giving everything in the 'pump'
whilst proclaiming all is good
they're getting ready to perform their dump
will we be in heaven
will we be in hell
for Jesus H almighty's sakes
should I buy hold or sell
There's only one thing to do
at the end of the day
That's get down on bended knees
and pray pray pray
Liquid, I assure you that should CKYS get itself back on its feet, nothing would please SQUM investors more than to have a multi million dollar order from CKYS. However it needs to be placed in context in that the new roll out of kwikset in summer will leave CKYS as being a minor player in the future of SQUM. GLTY
IMO even if we get a head fake uptick at the open, the pps is going to take a major dive over the next few days. I believe sub penny is a given no matter what the retail investor has in store for it?
In order for the company to survive, new revenue streams need to be delivered (confirmed by A/F's). Nothing is more important.
If CKYS opens on the OTCBB on tuesday, my name's Mahatma Ghundi!
Lochute, yes for presidents day.
Atotalbum: Good call on the bounce!
I expected a further decline and will watch keenly over the next 48 hours. GLTY
Sorry I can't PM (don't believe in paying for board talk) I hope for 5-10% short term but if I believe it's going to run I will hold longer (as in xkem).
I'm a Soros follower: 'buy late sell early' and this philosophy has kept me in the green for a good few years.
DTB, well I am impatient that's true. I usually have a 50% core holding in a company and then trade the other half around it but I've left money in xkem for longer than I would normally and I'm kicking myself for not sticking with a strategy that's stood me well over the past. GLTY
DTB, if you want to understand mass psychology you've come to the right board, because it's full of innuendo, rumour and dead money.
Depending on what your strategy is(ie what your take on 'short term'is)will depend on your ability to watch paint dry. Personally I've been waiting for XKEM to produce the 'goods' for 8 months, and over the last 4 months I've reduced my holding substantially in order to lock in profits.
FWIW my short term strategy is to wait until the end of the month when I will decide whether to get out for a while as there are better places for my money.
On that note may I enquire as to how xkem came to appear on your radar?
Ultimately if all is to be believed XKEM must succeed but the one nagging thought at the back of my mind is that if this drug is so freakin good why aren't financiers all over this like a rash, fighting to get a piece of the action!
At the end of the day I'm here to try to make money, pure and simple, and xkem has frustrated the hell out of me. Thank god SIFY has kept my sanity. GLTY
alpacopower, no problem. A link with the same info was posted on the xkem board a while back and yes good luck to us both for 2007.
Alpacapower, I'm sure your a nice person but I don't think I've ever read a post by you. Why would you think I got my info from you? Just curious?
It would not surprise me at all but I would urge caution IMO.
Unfortunately you have Marj Chassman holding 220m shares who is a business woman first and foremost and doesn't give a flying foxtrot for the pps.
If I remember rightly she is the wife of a guy called David Blech who was investigated and barred from dealing with a broker due to his activities in dealing biotechnology stocks in the mid 90's.
From now on I am going to tread very carefully here. IMO
I know the fundamentals seem to be coming together but the charts look great as well. 2 to 3 times normal volume for 6 out of 7 last trading days, RSI is positive, MACD is neutral but changing from the negative and CMF shows money coming into SQUM so shares are being accumulated.
I'm hoping for good things to come from SQUM. GLTYA
Everything about SCLL sounds right but look at the CMF. It doesn't show accumulation in my mind, just the opposite. If I had to pin my pants to the mast I'd have to say that I don't think this is bottomed yet. I want to see a consolidated reversal on good volume before piling in. IMO
Soros: 'Buy late - Sell early'
Suky, many thanks for the DD GLTY.
Good morning board, I've been following SQUM for a while now and believe that it's now time to move in. The B&D contract was the catalyst for me, as was obviously for others, and I believe that the revenues from the B&D contract will be a significant turning point for the company. Share structure is quite low so can only see positives there as long as the A/S or O/S doesn't increase, so looking forward to a steady PPS climb over the next few months up to the B&D launch and then ever increasing revenues from thereon in.
I had intended to invest in both SQUM and CKYS but I've been caught out with CKYS and so will leave my speculative 10 bucks worth in there for eternity (or a miracle occurs) but concentrate on SQUM to make me money.
Either way biometrics is the future!GLTYA
Mods, good IBOX.
Yes nice uptick on over 1m in the first hour seems to be positive momo, however I've been caught before like this and so I will remain on the sidelines for the time being. GLTY
George Soros: 'Buy late - Sell early'
After all the technicals were showing that a reversal was possible, I've been waiting and waiting for an entry point since .10/.09, and I'm still waiting. Obviously the selling of late and especially the heavy selling on friday is a red flag that something aint right behind the scenes and WTF that is I have no idea but I'm still hoping that they are the real deal. I just hope it isn't dilution! GLTYA
Backdoorbear, I hear you but I don't remember CKYS being associated with the vice president of the USA.
ALLMANCHASE: You make sense and a good case but IMO CKYS is going to be 'damaged goods' for a while and I'm not certain that under their current form they will be able to make it. I think a poster the other day commented on a change of ticker/name change and that may well be what's needed in future in order to succeed. GLTY
No I don't and neither do you!
The SEC must have given CKYS the chance to lay this to rest but for whatever reason they were unable to allay their suspicions. It seems perfectly reasonable that JP just had to show them his accounts, emails, contract proposal, communications (mobile/landline) PO's, contact details of procurement personnel and anything else remotely connected to the contract and all would have been cleared with a little diligence.
It didn't happen and the stock was suspended pending an investigation so don't sit there with a pumping hurrah and tell me I know better than that, because although I've already recouped the money I put into CKYS I don't trade/invest to lose money and when that happens I want to know why so that the situation doesn't repeat itself. GLTY
.
I'm sorry but I don't think it's as clear cut as that. Politicians are ruthless when it comes to the 'good name' of the government being bought into 'disrepute by association' they instantly distance themselves from any problem that could be unseen.
I think the big question is, will the government want to continue an association with a company that has been the subject of an SEC suspension/investigation, after all 99% of CKYS's revenues have been derived from their government contract.
Anyone any constructive thoughts?
Zenstinkfist:- Whether we pull back or not over the next few days I have no idea but I would expect a slow volume increase with the pps rising the closer we get to the 24th if the news is going to be good. I am however, concerned over the CMF currently as it has gotten increasingly worse lately. I am still holding a speculative amount of shares until I see positive news on loans etc. I am also looking forward to the 10KSB due before the end of March. GLTYA
RealTruth:- I have no intention of letting anyone get to me, I made more from SIFY yesterday than I had invested in CKYS anyway. I am here for the money nothing else.
RealTruth:- Well lets hope so.
As soon as the suspension in trading happened I'd already made a decision as to what I was going to do on the 19th, but I'm still open to news/ideas/constructive arguments.
Real Truth:- If she has been trawling the internet 12 hours a day for the last 2 years researching unethical companys, it would make her quite knowledgable I would expect. Instead of trying to silence her why not try to use her expertise to try and find out WTF is going on. As a shareholder I would appreciate to hear both sides of the story and to be perfectly frank the SEC just didn't decide on a whim to suspend trading.
I am not an expert in SEC investigations in any sense of the word but from past history the SEC conducts their own DD and then seems to give companys a chance to prove their legitamacy and only then when they are not satisfied do they suspend trading.
Lets hear all sides, no matter what!
Slorke/Gabeh, IMO you have it the wrong way round. I believe that it will start trading again but the pps will ultimately be depressed due to the heavily involved trying to salvage some of their investment by selling half or more of their holdings.
