In other news, Incyte Corp. INCY drops 10% after P3 trial on Graft-Versus-Host Disease (GVHD), which killed my friend in October, fails.
The FDA has granted CytoDyn orphan drug designation for Leronlimab for the prevention of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Phase 2 Human Clinical Trials are recruiting for CytonDyn's Leronlimab/Pro 140 treatment of GVHD.
Please, FallColors, forward this information to your vast network of folks so maybe you can be of service to someone that needs it to survive: https://www.cytodyn.com/pipeline/gvhd
Thank you sellers. Appreciate the 94c shares.
As I asked: "Why would warrant holder put more dough on the line w/o incentive or timing?" With SP movement lately a small profit is not an incentive for longs, e.g. the "qualified investors" that obtained warrants in the first place with minimum $25K-$50k investments.
I agree with your imagination- and would be interesting to see a current list of the 170,000,000 warrants broken down by their expiration dates. You can bet CFO Eastwood knows that list well!
Rant for the day: What is the incentive to cash in warrants? Kindness? Taxes? BO? Bullsh*t. Why would warrant holder put more dough on the line w/o incentive or timing? Warrant holders will be addressed by a company TO or more likely a courtesy cashless conversion option by CytoDyn's investment bankers. Or BO will be a tax agnostic stock swap.
BAM! Tip-o-the hat to NP: $1.00 on 12/31/19!! Getting closer to saving thousands of lives. Cannot wait to see full non-holiday trading days as broader medical community and markets wake up and start smelling the Pro 140 coffee. First deal for $87M + 50%. MC = $400M. Still undervalued. Next levels? BLA filing? BTD/TNBC results? EU/HIV deal? Asia/HIV? BP partnership? Who is this Nash guy they're talking about? I think we see $2 around the 01/15/20 roadshow and $3-$4 end of Q1 as TNBC results are fully flowing.
Welcome to all folks shorting. Be careful.
25-30 Cancer patients interested
Did NP just say 700mg feedback from FDA?
Catalysts abound.
Happy New Year!
Next PR, I think Mon. 700mg determination. 1, maybe 2 new TNBC pts injected.
Its a beautiful day in the neighborhood, oh won't you be my neighbor?
Last chance to get in under $1.
This is the correction- towards its rightful valuation.
Going... going....
Just having a great day, here.
Nice call on 78c resistance MrGuru. What's next?
And ChessMaster- again thanks for IMMU comparatives very interesting- esp the 78% institutional ownership. Once CYDY becomes "vetted" for institutions with up-listing... oh, ya.
My prediction day after deal announcement: $1 by EOY. Reiterated.
79c on close... I think its been another good day.
Nice find Chess~!
Progenics has strategic issues from what I see/read about with being acquired by Lantheus . Certainly they are hopeful and will benefit on Pro140 as a nice revenue stream. I would be astounded if they were not one of the companies CYDY in discussions with. There is certainly more going on here than we will ever know. Was Vyera a better deal- apparently the BOD thinks so. And right now Vyera is up $5M so betting they are not unhappy.
What do ya think- CYDY posting BLA news on Monday to pop in the New Year in?
What do ya think- CYDY posting BLA news on Monday to pop in the New Year in?
70 and running.
hmmm... I thought maybe the CYDY pop was the influence:
Progenics Pharmaceuticals Inc. (PGNX) shares were up 13%, to $5.83, premarket.
The company said earlier that the Phase 3 Condor trial evaluating PyL in men with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer achieved its primary endpoint.
PyL is the company's PSMA-targeted small molecule positron emission tomography imaging agent designed to visualize prostate cancer.
The Phase 3 CONDOR trial is a pivotal trial in which 208 patients with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer and uninformative baseline imaging based on conventional modalities were dosed and imaged with PyL at 14 sites in the U.S. and Canada. The trial achieved its primary endpoint, with a correct localization rate of 84.8% to 87.0% among the three blinded independent readers.
The company said it plans to submit a New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for PyL in the second half of 2020.
Nice. 2M shares in first hour. Next 30-60 days are going to be verrry interesting.
Hope for a lot of folks this holiday season:
https://www.cytodyn.com/newsroom/press-releases/detail/370/cytodyn-reports-early-but-strong-positive-clinical
Need some docs to comment: Once this drug is approved for anything, can't a doc prescribe off label? Pt signs a release and one writes a check for $60k to save a loved ones life? I'd do that in a heartbeat.
H8ster: Yup PGNX should pop soon. Looks like sellers are here 3.2M in first hour. Great news as its a place for more folks to buy in. Many LT holders are whole again...
More good news coming on R&D and regulatory fronts in less than 30 days! GLTA!
Not sure how to execute that. Is Cyto is doing cashless conversions?
Not sure how to execute that. Is Cyto is doing cashless conversions?
"Just for the F**k of it I'll buy a little more", I said to myself at 51c this morning. Dang.
Curious: PGNX down today. They get royalties on CYDY sales... thought they'd pop too!
I don't understand your warrants logic. Why would I put in more cash now when I can just let 'em rip?
PS. WOW. 64c and 5.2M shares traded so far.
Deal done. Big chunk of risk gone. Stoked for this drug to be on the market. Known more than a few folks with HIV. Lost one friend recently to GVHD. Lost several others to TNBC. Don't need to lose more.
What I am looking for next: Holding to my $1 forecast by year end.
1. NP recently said he had 4 people screening for TNBC trial and 20+ looking for compassionate use. Significant data coming soon.
2. BLA Dec/Jan. Weeks not months or years. Huge regulatory milestone this is.
3. 50c is going to look very cheap in next 30-60 days, if not tomorrow.
Vyera reps: Get ready to go kick A--
Nice day. Let's hope NP is holding back another Xmas present with the BLA submission.
$45-60k/yr/pt. 22pt @45 = $1M in sales.
$100M = 2220pt
25 sales reps. 100 pt per rep.
Per Emeril "Bam"
25k shares to take out 39c.
Love to see it hit my buy-in of 44.
A17: "I like your enthusiasm - yes we have a deal and NP met milestone. But does those hefty SP numbers now possible?"
BRAND NEW LOW TOXICITY HIV DRUG with a multiple indication flight path ahead? Ya I do think now possible. Plus: EU? Another $100M deal has gotta be in the works. Asia? Another $100M deal.
SP in non-revenue situation is about hope. Yesterday we did not have a deal. Now we have deal and sales team. 60+ people at 600 Third Avenue NYC that are totally stoked to make huge commissions. Vyera reps are not waiting around. They started selling last night. Friends, family, colleagues and more importantly, brainstorming sales strategy. If I were a rep there I'd be thinking d*mn hard about how to land $100M in sales and the $1M in bonus that'd come with that.
Closing in on 1.2M shares in first 60 minutes of today's trading. Let's hope the 15-20% pop grows and the Vyera notoriety turns some more heads in this direction. Stir up some FOMO.
Deal or no deal: D-E-A-L!!! I am thrilled. USA HIV Market. Bam. Well done Dr. P.
But this is with terrible people? Come on- have you read any history at all? Nearly every major pharma company in the world has major negative issues from fraud to pollution to fatalities. The Vyera folks sound like they could be the scrappy, hungry and aggressive team we need to beat down doors against entrenched BP HIV.
Leronlimab for HIV will be on market within next 12 months. 12 months.
That's production forecasting timetable. By then a ton of solid clinical cancer data will be out and off-label will climb through roof (I presume that is excluded under the Vyera deal). The TNBC indication may even beat HIV indication to market. CYDY will blow through that $30M-60M stockpile of inventory quickly.
I loved when caller today told NP his financial plan explanation was inadequate. NP response: "Thank you for you opinion. Next call." I burst out laughing.
Next call: I believe we will will see $1 this month, $2 very soon, and up-listing shortly after. Tell me: Are any of you NOT BUYING tomorrow? I bet your not selling. Will it be a 5-10M share day? I guess 8M.
Hoping for good news for patients in the morning. The discussion on pricing for multiple indications is a really interesting point in the difficulty of deal and deal valuation for a partner/investor. Again- deal or no deal?
Upset with abhorrent racism here. Moderators, please do your job.
While bored all this speculation, other bits in the portfolio are popping. Someone is gathering up LJPC shares on a bounce back from oversell in on management change.
I am sure there is legal insider investment guidance regarding this. My take is it is a minor relative investment for someone with what I now understand likely has $10M+ in cash in already. Gotta keep paying the bills. This also tells me he is unlikely to sell out for much less than $2/share.
I think it is very positive that a BOD member invested $250,000 this week. He's got $1.8M valuation in this thing right now. Likely he has at least $6-$7M invested.
