I don't know, I'm hoping a lot of the big pumpers will try to run with that Culter Law and OTCQX info.
I know it has nothing to do with KRFG, but if enough start twisting that info and pumping it on twitter we could see another small run. At least if we hit 25 I can break even with the last 200k I'm bagholding.
"Who" are you that he would send you an official email stating information on the situation?
Do you really not comprehend what you're being told?
Oh god, welcome to the OTC.
I wouldn't be surprised if we got into the trips soon, but I stand by what I've discussed with you in the past.
BEES almost seems to confirm it.
Look, if you're not trying to get cheaper shares like many people here would accuse you of, just be honest in your response here.
Bk may be a scam artist, but his P&D's always go above a penny, usually well above.
You've agreed with me on this in the past.
BEES is a total P&D. 100%.
The Chinese chairman of WHFG became the CEO of BEES, they got their name change announced (not even approved) and the stock skyrocketed temporarily to .21 as a high, before dropping down fast and hard.
Can you name one stock that BK or WFHG has been involved in that HAS NOT gone into pennies?
I might be missing something, but I haven't found one.
You know the ask doesn't matter pre market on the OTC.
I think they may have abandoned it, which is why they didn't bother keeping it current.
Here's my theory.
This was a p&d from the start. RM was never real. It's already been pumped up a few times, but the big pump was going to be the symbol change. There was a ton of hype around this stock. Kistler knew if he got that symbol change in while the hype was still there, this would hit pennies. Wouldn't have surprised me to see it make a nickel.
In the last couple of weeks, for whatever reason, he learned FINRA wasn't going to approve that symbol change.
He had no other way to pump this to copper, he gave up on it.
I already know. I've seen him on twitter.
He's just another one of the bottom of the barrel pumpers. I guess he's gotta use all caps here because the site doesn't allow for rocketship and other emojis to get his point across.
Not a legitimate company.
They should be on the ball.
Nothing is going on, or you would have just posted the information instead of a pumping post with no sustenance.
We can all read without without caplocks on, boomer.
There was never good DD from the start.
Anyone with a moderate amount of research and critical thinking skills could see that.
I was here to ride the P&D to copper and get out based on Kistler's previous companies.
I'm not listening to anyone on ihub.
I'm here seeing that financials haven't been submitted, a yield sign is up, and this is a failed pump and dump.
You're another twitter pumper bullshiter.
The only reason I've held this long, and I've said this before, is despite knowing what Kistler has done in the past, his p&d's always do MUCH better than this.
Nearly every single one in the past hit copper to low/mid silver.
I feel as though he had to have run into some unexpected issue, or made some kind of mistake here.
I know he will. But if I'm going to lose money here I can at least be entertained by his BS response.
His excuses the past few months have included something about getting his ear drained, then surgery on this knee, then his daughter just had a baby.
Let's see what he makes up this time. An email from him will at least be more entertaining fiction than what Game of Thrones gave us this season.
Ok, now I'm definitely out today. Knew I should have done it Friday.
Has anyone emailed Kistler recently? I'm sure he'll just give a bullshit reply, but still.
I kept private information private. Even if you're not familiar with TD it should be obvious from the rest of the data available I'm not shorting.
You don't care about the truth though.
Please, for the sake of others, if you're going to pump, learn to do it right.
Learn to do it realistically and logically. Stop reading from a script.
I honestly wouldn't mind people pumping, if they just made their own pumping posts, rather than replies to other people being honest.
That's my issue.
You should also consider changing up the language you use. I could do better pumping stocks if I wanted. It's like someone handed all of you a single page of lines.
I replied to you with proof I wasn't shorting yesterday.
You ignored it.
I'm sure you will ignore this reply.
Honestly I'm stupid to reply to you. I should just let you and others pump. I need it.
Which part doesn't make sense logically?
I said I'd rather get out without a loss. RATHER.
My average is 3 My limit order is 31.
I'm not doing the opposite of anything.
I don't NEED the money invested here. I'd LIKE it back, along with a miniscule profit of a few dollars.
But if I can't get that, and this is going to just keep heading down, there's no reason to cut my losses.
Either I get out with basically breaking even (if there's some fluff pump), or the shell will get reused again in another p&d. Whether that be a year or five years from now.
Or there's always the third option of there still being a big pump. Maybe a symbol change actually happens. If that's the case, I'll cancel my current limit order and set it slightly higher.
Nothing really screws me over here at the end of the day.
Not impatient. Simply changed my mind.
I first saw this as a potentially legit RM at the best, a decent p&d at the worst.
I later saw it as just a p&d, but one that had good potential to go well into copper.
Now I see it didn't have that potential, and it will never get pumped to a penny at this point, let alone back to half.
So I'd rather just get out without a loss.
You think there's any chance this can hit .0031 again before it tanks completely?
That's what my limit order is set at.
Wouldn't surprise me if things keep going lower this week, but I feel like there's a decent chance there's still going to be some fluff PR so the front loaders can dump the last of the shares they're holding at a decent profit.
Kind of a risk here though....I mean I can afford losing everything I've got here, but I don't really want to.
But I also don't want to sell in the low 2's. Might as well just baghold at that point until someone else grabs the shell in a few years for another pump and dump.
Not a short position here pal:

If I actually were shorting this stock and trying to drive prices lower, I'd at the very least be doing a good job at it.
Some pumpers though, who will remain unnamed, do a terrible job trying to drive the price up.
It's like they all read from the same script. Every day, every OTC stock, the same lines after the same lines.
We both fucked it up here.
It's a tough call right now.
I'm really not looking to sell at 19 right now.
It's Wednesday...I'm thinking maybe hold on until Friday.
I've got a limit on for 3, but I don't see that happening.
Could I at least get something better than 19 on Friday afternoon though....it's hard to say right now, but I think it's plausible.
Might as well risk it.
Well, unfortunately I did get greedy here.
Like I said though, the prior p&d's by Kistler did show a lot more potential than this. I think a lot of people who knew what this was ended up being let down here. I should have seen it though, especially when it started going down from that second run up a couple weeks ago.
I'd still like to get out a little higher than were things are now though.
Tough decision. I think there are still some front loaders with a good amount of shares that will push for another pump.
L*EAS did it last Friday after weeks at ~.0015. Got it to around ~.003 for one single day.
Would like to at least see something like that here, since my average is in the high 2's.
Hard to say if we'll get another small pump though, or if we will just keep going straight down.
They absolutely are.
And anyone who does 30 minutes of research into the otc should know not to fall in love with any company.
So if there are people who can't take that half an hour of research and cash out their 401k for an otc play....I'm not going to cry for them.
I just want to use these plays for my own advantage to build up enough equity to feel confident to start trading options so I can lose all my money in a single day haha.
I'm not really sure if you're being sarcastic or not haha.
The only "victims he leaves in his wake" are dumbasses though who don't know how to trade.
Now I will absolutely admit, I got a little to overzealous here. I should have sold back when it was around .007 or so.
But to be fair, Kistler managed to pump nearly all his previous shell involvements up into several pennies. So I was expecting that here.
Look...I don't a problem admitting I'm a hypocrite. You've seen me call out the blatant pumping here, haven't you?
It honestly pisses me off.
But if I'm being honest, I also have made most of my money off playing pump and dumps. I'm just trying to use these sub penny plays to build up enough equity for more legitimate investments and so far it's worked in my favor, despite a few mistakes (like here with KRFG).
I don't lack empathy, I feel bad for some people (saw one person admit having to file for bankruptcy and another who said they invested the last of their money to help pay for chemo treatments with S*MP). At the same time though, business is business. If I make a few grand on a p&d I'm not going to lose sleep over some nameless/faceless people who bought into hype and lost it all.
As far as fundamentals go, I've always considered this to most likely be a p&d. I just thought it would be pumped better than this.
Give me a break.
Show me a symbol change that pushed up a company 500% the day after.
If there is one, which I don't think there is, I'm sure it dropped close to twice as hard the next day.
I'm getting out of here too.
I told you last week (or maybe the week before) I was out if things started closing in the 2's.
Here we are. Hitting the low 2's. I'll wait until EOD to sell though, or maybe even later this week.
The bid might...hopefully...at least get pushed back towards .003.
Whether I sell today, tomorrow, or Friday depends on what I see for pps action, but I'm out this week no matter what.
No problem with calling out scams.
I just hate the term "stinky pinky".
It rubs me the wrong way. I'm sure you have words or phrases that do the same.
I really hate the term "stinky pinky".
It's juvenile.
Do you think that's how modern companies work? They mail packets of documents back and forth to each other?
It is also a fact that finra wants physical documents. That means that a person has to physically unwrap a large packet of documents , check them for errors, and fix errors by physically mailing those documents back. This isn't a check in the box form you fill out online. The physical act of processing this form takes time that is irrespective of the content of the files.
So what you're saying is that you disagree with honest assessments of stocks, based on factual company information, regardless of it being positive or negative? And that you only want people to hear what YOU want them to hear?
I wish more people only cared about legitimate information, regardless of what side of the table it comes from.
I've got such a long list of pumpers from various positions that have me blocked on twitter for responding to their tweets with factually correct info. Including 4 or 5 KRFG pumpers that post here.
I want my investments based on informed decisions.
I might only give it today too.
Depends on another (potentially) risky position I'm interested, so my final call might be based on what that does today, and where things are tomorrow morning. Just booked a big vacation so I'm not very liquid and I don't want to sell any of my more long term positions.
What I've got in KRFG might be my only "risk" money for the next month, and I just have too many doubts now about this being legit.
Oh God damnit I just saw on twitter this "news" comes from that fake Facebook profile...
Is it going to hit otcmarkets tonight (well technically tomorrow) when they do the 1am update?
What news?
I'm going to give it a little more time. If we start hitting the 2's and just barely closing at 3 or above, I'll be out.
My confidence in this being a legit RM is pretty much out the window. But this is the OTC, and there are enough gullible people that some type of catalyst could still push this way up.
I mean honestly this is pretty bad for Kistler. In this past he's at least been able to push nearly all his p&d's to over a penny. And he's also done a couple legit RM's (despite them eventually reverse splitting, but I had planned to be out before that).
Maybe he's still got something up his sleeve though, so I'll wait it out until the pps hits where I mentioned.
