What are the odds of a GZFX HD-DVD pr today? The HD-DVD's hit stores today.
I have had an xbox since they came out, but renting from BB or other local video rental stores sucked (due dates, late fees). So, I have not played much these past few years, but now with a new 50" plasma, the xbox is dusted off and working overtime, both movies and games .Have not been billed yet. Usually gey billed on the 24th of the month. I will let you know asap. When GZFX gets a TX DC, about 160 miles from me, do you think the 2 days from CO will turn into an amazing 1-2 day shipment. I can't wait.
Went to the 6 out paid in full plan a few weeks ago. Nearest DC is 900 miles in CO. I receive most movies and games in 2 days now, a few 3 days, but nothing longer. Bye, Bye to premium movie channels for me. This company shocks me more and more with their great customer service and shipping times, not to mention they have games too.
You are right. CC does not care about detail. I am going to email them and ask them to kindly remove the updated image and description. Thank you for the heads up.
Well, yesterday the link said GZFX had over 30,000 titles and games. Now , why don't you take a look at the link and see if you can see any difference.
Looks like CC is paying even better attention to it's little partner GZFX.

it's gone now, but I saw them advertise for HD-DVD. They are a coming.
Do a search on Google for "video game rental". GZFX's ad comes up claiming they have HD-DVD among other formats.
Looks like GZFX has HD-DVD's

That's Best Buy (BB)
Looks like Gzfx has a better price on games for purchase than BB. However, CC just beats Gzfx's price because they have free shipping over $25.
it's back on
Yes, "service unavailable"
Interesting article listing the top 25 worse tech products of all time. Look who made (dis)honorable mention list. It looks like they learned their lesson $120 mm times over.

Did you hear him say NDA, when speaking of Target?
Sorry if this has been posted, but did anybody else hear JF say NDA when refering to the Target question?
I live in Abilene, TX. It used to take 3-5 days until the past month. I now receive most movies in 2 days, mainly shipped from CO (750 miles away). However, I did get one from KY in 2 days as well. Service has definately improved leaps and bounds this past month.
I stuck "The Interpreter" in the mail yesterday and it has already been removed from my queue. This company is moving in the right direction and fast.
Games arrived today. They were shipped on the 12th. One from CO and one from KY. I live in Abilene, TX and NFLX has never been that fast. I am on the 3 out plan and cannot believe my movies were in the mail today. Shipped on Fri, received on Mon, with no DC within 900-1000 miles. This company is for real, thank you GZFX.
for about ten minutes the news stories had been removed from the gzfx investors page. it is now on.
Video game rental article dated today.
Anybody know if GZFX and WaxWorks Video do business? They are located in Owenboro KY.

Man, I am suprised. When I started my online business, Overture (now Yahoo), was very strict about their listing guidelines. I think maybe contacting GZFX would be a better choice, then we can see how they handle it.
they are, its under gamerentalzonline.com. there are hundreds of thousand searches done every month via yahoo that would now show gzfx. ie- video game rental, xbox game rental, ps2 game rental, online video game rental........
Blockbuster got BUSTED!
I just check the term "online video game rental" via Yahoo. To my suprise, Blockbuster came up first on a the search. Well, I check this daily and this was a first to me. I did not know BBI had online video game rentals. I checked their site through and through and I could not find anywhere stating they had online video game rentals. A call was put in to Yahoo marketing and they agreed it was violating their guidelines. They said they would remove it. BUSTED! You don't believe, check the search now and again later and you will see.

Last night around 11 pm CDT I decided to sign up again for a 2 out membership. I canceled my account in early Jan. after receiving a damaged copy of "Cinderella Man". Anyway, I tried to use my old username and password. It worked!, still had my info on file and, after clicking on the legal agreement, I was a member again. That is a great addition to the website. It was not there before the new website came out.I checked my account at 9 am and two new releases had already been shipped. I live in west TX.
Could someone tell me why GZFX now is advertising using the www.gamerentalzonline.com and Netflix is using www.dvdrentalzonline.com
This all started,as far as I know, last night. I have been keeping up with the online ad campaign since Jan. of this year, so I may just be repeating old info.
It seems strange they would be advertising with a address other than their own company name, especially since they own the domain name.
www.gamerentalzonline.com there's something fishy going on, maybe

Looks like gzfx is working on their ad campaign as we speak. Do some searches for (xbox games, video game rental, online movie rental, etc) GZFX is nowhere to be found on Yahoo, while the past week they have been towards the top of all important key word searches.
How much do you think it costs GZFX every time someone clicks on their listing done under the term "video game rental" on Yahoo?
Yes, but banners and pop-ups are costly. There are already plenty of people searching for video game rentals amd movie rentals online. Do you think these million or so searches done every month are NFLX or Gamefly members? If they are then great, they are unhappy with their service and are searching for a new company to rent from. If they are not already NFLX/Gamefly customers, then maybe there is a chance they will choose GZFX, since it is listed in a top position on the search and has movies and games. I think, unless we get more DC's (4 now) and employees (12 now), to fill those envelopes with games and dvd's, over advertising will backfire and cause unhappy customers.
Nada, baners and popups are, imo, not as important as the number of people searching for video games, xbox games, playstation games, online movie rentals, etc.
Question: when you are looking for something specifically on the web, do you click around until you find a banner or popup,or do you type in a search term (ie-xbox games)?
Not only that, but I my popup blocker is on 99% of the time.
Do a search on Yahoo for "video game rental". GZFX is now #2. They have been raising their position these past few days on yahoo and google. Over 320,000 searches were done on the search term "video game rental" in the month of Feb. The search engines include, Yahoo, Alta Vista, MSN, infospace, and cnn.com. Over 320,000 searches done in Feb. alone. Add google searches and you can probably double that #. CC is a good deal, but online search/advertising(imo), is just as important.
