Thanks ole buddy, that cleared it up for me. I guess I couldn't see the forest for the trees. I was looking for one particular thing that CVSI failed to do, or a statement by the FDA that prevented NASDAQ from listing CBD manufacturers/sellers.
Appreciate it.
Mike
That Forbes article was extremely interesting. Had no idea so many sleazy operators were out there trying to market cannabis and failing. We are lucky to be with CVSI.
I also read this in that piece: "Be aware if the company is promoting its stock, as this is typically a sure sign that problems exist." Well, that's one thing we don't have to be worried about. CVSI never hypes its products, just ask lester. :)
Thanks,
Mike
The article clearly states why we've not been uplisted.
I do not think Kroger stock relies on CV Science products as a financial crutch, nor do I think people only go to Kroger for CBD oil.
You are basically cheering on the demise of this stock and poking fun at us investors. I don't know how the moderators let you keep doing this. It is NOT constructive, only ridicule and mocking us.
Let's all use our mental powers together today to push the SP over $4.30. That would sure give an optimistic boost.
We will have to sit tight in this $4-6 trading range for a couple years.
Dear Lady,
I'm gonna go with $19,877,273
Thanks!
Mike
Y'all good buddies have been do some serious "rockin' 'round the clock" here on this board with your fantastic references.

Wolf . . . I don't know how you do it, but it is amazing how you come up with all these old sound clips. I really enjoyed the one with Bill Bailey. It took me back to the old days. He would appear with my band when we played in Louisville. Back then, having a jock to come and sort of endorse you was a big deal. He came, made some wise-cracks, introduced us and then would mingle with the crowd. He wouldn't stay long. He left WAKY to go over to WKLO. It was a big deal because KLO was second in ratings behind WAKY. KLO scored big when they got him to abandon the WAKY ship. He certainly had a unique voice, and was brilliant with his ad libs. I always wanted to know where he was from because of his accent, but always forgot to ask! Sounds like New York perhaps. Anyway, I read every and all of your posts. Thanks for the hard work digging all this stuff up.
Mike
Wolfe . . . I just discovered Andrew Gold passed away a few years after his 2004 letter to Brian Wilson. I reckon my email to him will just stay out in the ether world somewhere.
Wolfie . . . you got my tail going to0, you understand?
I went to all those web sites. WNBC opened that clip with Kentucky's Everly Brothers, who grew up just down the road from here. Remember, "Bowling Green" . . . a boy from Kentucky sure is lucky to be from Bowling Green . . . the prettiest girls you've ever seen."
I went to The Time Machine and read all of that. I noticed at the bottom a letter written by Andrew Gold to Brian Wilson about "Smile". It was a very heartfelt letter. I didn't know it but his mother was Marnie Nixon, the voice behind many movie musicals, and his father arranged the theme from Exodus. Wow! That boy was destined to have a lot of musical genes. He has worked with some of the greatest, like Linda Ronstadt and wrote the theme for Golden Girls. I wrote to him tonight and have hopes of hearing back from him.
I grew up on the outskirts of Louisville and I like to believe we were almost ahead of the curve for good rock radio stations. In 1862 (I think), WAKY Radio come on the air. On their first day, they played the "Purple People Eater" song non-stop ALL DAY LONG! Nothing but station ID's at the top of the hour. Sing the jingle with me: "Seven Ninety, W A K Y" "Whacky Radio!!!" With Jumpin' Jack Sanders. And not to be outdone, along came WKLO Radio, just down the street and they had Bill Bailey, the Duke of Louisville. They were first class and GREAT jocks. I used to run around with Bill.
Those were the really, really good days!!! You understand?
Ahooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Well . . . here's our Kentucky answer:
"The Company has completed supply agreements with hemp farmers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky to meet growing retailer and consumer demand for PlusCBD™ Oil products"
Released from CVSI a few moments ago.
Mike
CVSI is getting their harvest from Kentucky too.
There will be two big Winners in 2020. Cvsi cbd products and our President Donald Trump who signed the 2018 Farm Bill..

I get on this board several times a day to check the price of our stock and to read all the witty and sometimes shitty comments. I have this dream, or fantasy, if you will . . . that one day I'll come on here to check the stock price and I'll look at that graph on the right side of the page and see our price per share clicking upwards in the green, RAPIDLY. Something great has just been posted and buyers can't lock in shares fast enough. The share price counter is like slot machine wheels spinning away. What joy that would be to see that someday!!!
But, sadly, I'm really like a pirate sailing ship that is parked in the doldrums of the Southern Hemisphere and my sails are totally still. I'm slightly bobbing up and down in an extremely calm sea, with not a hit of a breeze or wind to get me away from this suffocating staleness.
But, I'm STILL LONG on CVSI!!! In the meantime, while we sit here, pass me another grog o' that rum!
Mike
Our stock is treading water and we feel bad about it. At least I do at times. But looking back:
One year ago, $1.95 per share. Share price might not be exciting in recent weeks, but just think. Wouldn't you have been very happy to know this stock would be posting $4.06 today? I would. Of course, I would be much happier had it stayed at $147.07 as it was on Feb. 28, 2014!!! By August 8, it had dropped to $2.35. We've come a long way.
Yes,i read it and the poster had seen it on the yahoo boards and jumped the gun. People chimed in and she removed the posting.
Now, I can't find that post on the CVSI investor page that said we were uplisting Monday. I know I read it. Had a red background and in big letters. Anyone else see it? I guess it was a mistake or something and the took it off the page. Oh, well. . . . rich one day and then broke the next! :)
The FB page you are referring to is run by investors.
IS IT TRUE?!!!!!!!!!!!
I JUST READ ON THE OFFICIAL CVSI FACEBOOK PAGE THAT WE ARE LISTING ON NASDAQ MONDAY MORNING AND WITH A NEW SYMBOL!!!
Surely, this is not a hoax. I mean why would they put it on their Facebook page if it is not true?!
Man, I've got the jitters thinking about what will happen Monday morning to our share price.
You seem like someone I would enjoy hanging out with.
YES!! Same old story in GOV.
