*licks chops*
she wants to pop
former company has a lawyer assigned to them in chapter 11
Interesting opinions as always
I know what “dead company” implies
So many fun opinions about a closed restructuring in Canada. A better understanding of their scope could have helped save face here. Dead companies don’t have lawyers assigned to them in ch 11 courts. Have a fantastic Tuesday leg
I’ll assume we’ll still be providing nothing from the closed proceedings about share cancellation.
I literally just answered your question. Of course, an understanding of CCAA helps comprehend things stated about CCAA
Documents specifically mentioned anything involving shares having to go back to the US. Remind me who just had a lawyer assigned to them? Remind me who will be heading back to Ch11 and not to Ch7? It’s very simple to follow. If you understand the scope of CCAA, of course...
You’re not seeking anything other than to spread your poorly formed opinions
Sorry CCAA's scope is too much for you to grasp.
good god, can't force people to educate themselves i guess. lolol
Nope, you’re just filling in blanks to fit your narrative even though you can’t actually prove literally a word of what you say when it comes to the future of the shares. Thanks again for all your speculation tho
And yet a lawyer has been assigned since. I’m not your teacher, friend. I suggest brushing up on CCAA vs BIA. A better understanding of both could help you tremendously. Well, could have :(
desperation spin sounds more like something a scorned investor who thinks his shares are worthless would say, despite being unable to provide anything that backs up his notion.
“Not worthless” is pretty telling. But thanks for sharing your opinions as always, amigo
Still waiting for literally anything suggesting cancellation is coming. We both know you won’t link anything tho
Tried to see if I could close out my TDA position. I could not. When I asked why I was told it’s not been declared worthless. Funny how that works. Let’s keep listening to opinions of the cancel fantasy tho hahaha
A better understanding of CCAA could have been beneficial. Also, it’s too* not to :)
I’ve been asking for a link to anything that suggests cancellation is coming for a long time, now you want me to answer your questions? lolol
Hahahahahahahahaha. Fun opinions as always
A better understanding of the purpose of CCAA could have helped you out here, Bruce
trade the dips they invoke
Bruce still can’t provide a cancel link BWAHAHAHAHAHA. Always fun speculation!
Doubled my position at .016, love these dips
You asked for an anecdote, RM. loving this circular talk about my dead stock.
With good reason. It’s always promising when old friends stop in to “discuss” our dead stock
In response to your anecdote. Yes. Way to connect those dots RM
Cars don’t talk
But people with opinions they can’t prove do. Which is why it’s nice to see you back
Why does my car have a lawyer???
“The delisted stock wasn’t delisted” - Classic stuff as always guys. Thanks for the laugh
Great! Good talk
Ever seen the entire state of Texas freeze? Answer was no until last month. Not sure what your anecdote is attempting to prove but I’m sure it sounded much more logical
considering nobody can provide a link to the cancellation, or even anything from the closed CCAA case suggesting it was coming, i'm not surprised that opinions of why BioAmber's delisting is referred to as a delisting in error are being offered.
we will, of course, be eternally waiting for the cancel fantasy to provide anything of material. but fear not, we'll get lots of conjecture between now and then
the late edit adding "no reason to cancel the stock" was a nice touch. a lawyer was assigned to bioamber earlier this year in a chapter 11 bankruptcy case...but bioamber is dead...you just can't link it.

"BioAmber (BIOAQ) was delisted. The stock is currently not trading."
lol @ it wasn't delisted. my goodness
its good to be informed
if you want to play the semantics game, that's fine with me. it was delisted and its not currently trading.
either way, its not cancelled, and any attempts to say that's what coming are nothing more than conjecture
suspended stocks don't trade, TenKay.
but they do have CUSIP numbers
unlike cancelled stocks
It will be interesting to see if you ever provide a link to the stocks cancellation. We both know the answer to that tho ;)
So no link? Got it. Have a good one
and the cancel fantasy has no rebuttal :)
