Tony tweeted at him before but I think he deleted it when Elon didn't respond.
Elon Musk is in Texas too and the product makes sense for him to support, but I'm sure we're just dreaming.
He's obviously doing things, so hopefully, he will be able to report back a new deal at some point.
Right... UMIG is at least stable if not growing. They've been surviving on only Apple Rush products so far, so it's a good sign.
Yeah, I agree that there would have been MUCH better options including doing nothing at all, but I don't know the full story. It's worth a call to ask him and get the full story.
So why does he even bother with making drinks? You think it's just a cover for an OTC scam? See... I don't. I've bought the products from a local chain store, Amazon, and directly from APRU. I have some in my fridge right now. They're great products and no one denies that. If the right distribution happens, this would compete with the big guys. I would choose Apple Rush over a Coke or Pepsi any day. We also know that famous people and beverage industry leaders are involved that are not tied to any other OTC company: http://aprubrands.com/board-of-advisors/
Tony doesn't have money to burn, so this could have been his only option for a large media campaign. If you have any questions, feel free to call him and ask. He'll talk to you and he'll give it to you straight. The only people that are "unbelievable" are those that are here and don't own a single share.
My thoughts exactly... Tony may have been well-intentioned, but this deal puts downward pressure on the price so it has the opposite effect.
Well... and I think I'm under the "Tony's water carrier" designation, but Microcaps is a paid promoter. Read the Disclaimer and it will make you a little sick.

This just pisses me off:
"What will happen to the shares that we hold during the Campaign?
We will sell the shares we hold while we tell investors to purchase."
"What we were paid to advertise the Profiled Issuers.
The details of our compensation and the period of the Campaign is set forth below.
Name of Issuer & Ticker Symbol - Apple Rush Company, Inc. (APRU)
Amount & Form of Compensation - $1,500,000.00 in Restricted Common Stock
Who Paid for the Campaign & Position with Company if any - Apple Rush Company, Inc. (APRU)
Period of Campaign - 06/22/2021 - 06/22/2022 "
Just curious as to why do you believe that it will go up? I hope it does too, but I don't think it will go very far without a catalyst.
We went to $.06 based on the Busch family involvement, and then dipped but retained value because distribution was in major stores in several states.
Right now the only good news that we have is UMIG opening stores, but it's fairly static from what we can tell. The Products seem to be great though, and I do think Tony is a straight shooter, so I think it's still possible, but we are getting to the point where this big distribution doesn't seem to be happening any time soon. (Publix was mentioned, but it's been crickets lately). Orlando Watson has been quiet about this too, but he did seem to agree to something and it sounded big.
Yeah just through the Contact Us section on the website.
It was different the last time I signed on (maybe a few months ago), so I know it's been within the last 6 months or so. They also acquired another distributor last year, so this would really be a home run if they could put their attention on it.
I just emailed them to see if they can tell me where the products are being sold and if they have any plans for expanding that list. I'll update with what they come back with.
They recently updated it and now only show products by county. I only checked Martin county so not sure if the others show the same.
No, it's always been David.
Yeah, which is kind of strange because they have the most to gain if this becomes a national product. I remember that they were going to use the UMIG model for Southern Eagle, but it's been crickets. If it's on the site, they must still carry it.
It's really tough to say where this is going. It's been a while since a big move happened.
I just checked and we're still on Southern Eagle's site, so that's good.

Do you consider "Total Wine" to be a major retailer? They sell CBD drinks, yet CBD is not FDA approved either. Tony would not be doing this if it was not going to sell.

https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/what-you-need-know-and-what-were-working-find-out-about-products-containing-cannabis-or-cannabis
Exactly... it's not been evaluated by the FDA yet, but that doesn't mean that it's illegal. I would trust ethical companies like APRU to produce quality Delta 8, so it's great to have them early in the market.
Also, none of my supplements that are totally effective are "FDA approved for X condition". Anyone who uses Functional/Naturopathic medicine knows that this means nothing. FDA-approved drugs kill people every single year, so there's that.

This is what they have as of Feb 23rd and yes, looks like Watertown only has one now, so it's probably accurate. It seems like the products are still selling or they wouldn't have this many locations.
Rhonnda is posting on her personal account. I only know this because I'm a stal... I mean I just searched for UMIG on Facebook.
It's been holding for a while and slowly building back up. It's historically low, but we need something to justify a run at this point. We are just a single big distribution deal away from a momentum shift, but that's been the case for the past few years.
New store posted yesterday (more than 24 cans as I have highlighted with arrows for your pleasure).

From what I've seen in the past, it's a few pallets.
We missed this a few days ago.

Nice! That's the second Hinrich's Supervalu store.
Maybe in mixed drinks? We know Orlando Watson is an investor, so it would make sense that it was served there. We also know that it's a high-end restaurant, so maybe no one wants to walk around with the can?
You're right though, no one mentioned it except for Tony. I think being a classy charity event, it probably makes sense not to showcase new products. Based on what he said on his post, I would expect more info on the St. Louis "re-launch" coming soon.
It's pretty awesome to get into this place at all, so I think good things are coming.
Nice! It's great to see it show up in a grocery store.
LOL! Well... you're not wrong.
Honestly though, this thread shows that he really did come through with a Newswire and introduced an excellent CBD drink line, so it's pretty cool to see that.
It sounds like this is just an administrative thing, no?

That's exactly it and why I'm here. I stopped drinking soda years ago and as soon as I was able to buy Apple Rush locally here in Sarasota FL, I got addicted to it. I then ordered it off of Amazon, and then off of the Apple Rush website. The drinks are excellent and he has real industry players supporting and investing in this.
Yeah, probably Anthony. I don't know any Tony that goes by "Thony".
David A Torgerud,
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer
President, Secretary
He has a lot of big backers and big potential. It probably will continue to sink until something happens. Once something happens, it may spark a feeding frenzy as we've seen in the past, so this is a great time to get in.
The last Newswire was very long and happened while most of us were on vacation and not thinking about stocks. I've created a Cliff Notes version because it's honestly pretty exciting.
+ Adding new acquisitions and adding new people!
- Moving forward with this, but hard to do this with the share price so low. Stop selling, you idiots, what are you thinking? (I added that part in)
+Frivolous lawsuit over with and APRU won. More communication moving forward.
+In house production moving forward with new certifications
+Aquisitions of hemp farms in FL and the midwest
+Aquisition of a brewery in the Midwest and in negotiations of a facility in FL
+Going to continue speaking at CBD Expos
+Making money with high-quality Botanaway products
+St. Louis entrepreneurs have invested (probably Orlando Brown) and will be on a morning show
+Japan vending machine deals moving forward
-Paperwork and regulations from PMDA
+Hard rush nearing final development and joint launch
+Distribution partners are currently Southern Eagle Distributing, North Florida Sales, Champagne Beverage, UMIG and Southern Eagle recently acquired Brown Distributing Company in West Palm Beach
+Expanding all product lines in 2022 with a commitment to not taking on convertible debt.
Interesting... Tony specifically told me that they had a stockpile of cans, so that would be strange that he wouldn't use them if there is demand. I know there is a pricing issue with very small batches but it sounded like Element C was more efficient to produce than Apple Rush.
What did he not follow through on if you don't mind sharing?
Yeah that's true, I haven't seen her or anyone really push Element D.
Hopefully, we'll get an update from Tony soon.
Nice! Time to order my solid gold yacht!!
I'm sorry I'm confused then. Tony is the CEO for APRU and him selling products is why we're here. Are you looking for the investment group for Ronnda? Her company appears to be private.
Although it is relevant if she stopped selling Element C/D which I don't know her so I can't confirm. She promoted it last month along with Lowcountry (new distributor) along with UMIG. She also recently promoted the St. Louis deal with Orlando Watson just 6 weeks ago. She's also parted ways with Tony in the past, so as much as I think that she's great, I'm really here for APRU selling and going national with or without her.
Did anyone actually confirm that there is no more Element C or D?
Just yesterday ND Element C's Facebook account posted that it was available in 5 locations.

Ah right... cool thank you for sharing.
Obviously, investors care which is reflected in the current share price.
