share structure still not posted, ken said yesterday in an email he was going to post it, YESTERDAY! wtf?
bid creeeepin' up slowly etrd now at .028
as would 50k shares on at .03 wipe them out
interesting, the bid is building now 4 @ .025
somebody wants some shares pretty bad
i do not think i personally would go as far as to say it was all shorting going on... i would say one of their preferred share holders was either getting out for a loss or whatever the case... but one thing i do know, this thing moves on very light volume and they are being very tight giving up shares even at the ask. i had a bit of trouble yesterday getting back in.
shoulda averaged down while they were cheap imo...
well, i wish everyone a great evening and best of luck tomorrow! im off to eat! ;)
that took forever to get filled, AT THE ASK!
just doubled my position by selling earlier today @ .04 :D
if this thing breaks .01, just say hello to .005
the amazing shrinking account lol
unreal, this is truly unbelieveable...
oh, and ken says im hostile so he isn't going to talk to me, i dont understand that one, i only asked simple questions..
.03 looks like its gonna get taken out pretty soon imo
we have a new mm to the party bringin it down SBSH
faster - please keep the profanity to a minimum ;)
yes faster, and here is an email that i forwarded BACK to ken when i asked about them...
Matt, there are 587 preferred shares out. They were not affected by the R/S because they are preferred shares. Preferred shares get preferred treatment over common. They are restricted shares and the shareholders have to follow Rule 144 to sell them. They have a cost basis in them that is far greater than the basis on the market today and thus have no incentive to sell anything at this time. When the price goes up sufficiently they will probably sell some, within the limits of Rule 144, and will probably reinvest it. None of the preferred holders (besides myself) are affiliates. We will post the current outstanding, authorized (which is the same) and float on the different dissemination medias. Please do not send me any more emails if you intend to post the responses on the IHUB board. That is a hostile and negative environment and we want to be positive and moving forward.
Best regards,
Ken
amazing, the O/S has nearly tripled since the r/s
this bleeding will not stop all the while we have.. "No we had some conversions"
this thing is going sub.. imo
just got an email from ken:
No we had some conversions so it is closer to 10. I will post it today

ALMOST 16 MILLION VIEWERS SEE MIXED MARTIAL ARTS SEGMENT FEATURING IFL
COACHES PAT MILETICH AND RENZO GRACIE ON "60 MINUTES"
Show finishes in the top-five for the week for the first time in 2006
NEW YORK, December 14, 2006- Two of the International Fight League's
(OTC.BB: IFLI) legendary coaches, Renzo Gracie, world Jiu-Jitsu
champion and coach of the IFL's New York-based Pitbulls team, and Pat
Miletich, coach of the IFL's Moline, Illinois-based Silverbacks team,
were prominently featured in Scott Pelley's report on the growth of
Mixed Martial Arts on "60 Minutes" on Sunday, December 10, on CBS. The
show earned a top-five ratings finish for the week. The show also
finished first in its time period in households, viewers and adults
25-54.
Among the key Nielsen Media Research figures released were:
• For the first time this season, "60 Minutes" finished as one of the
five most-watched programs for the week" on Sunday.
• The program "finished the week at number three in households
(10.5/17) and number four in viewers (15.83m)."
• "60 Minutes" had been in the top 10 four times this season, but in
the top five just once.
The "60 Minutes" page on Yahoo.com received more votes and message
posts for the MMA piece than any other "60 Minutes" sports story
listed, including pieces on Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tiger Woods, Michael
Jordan and the New York Yankees.
Pelley trained with both Gracie and Miletich, and the "60 Minutes"
cameras were on site when their teams met at The MARK in Moline,
Illinois, on September 23, the same night Gracie took on Miletich in
the main event Superfight. The piece also featured former UFC champion
Matt Hughes, his career and his relationship with Miletich.
I did confirm with james that the budget for NS IS $3million, remember, they want to get some KNOWN hollywood actors in the film!.. however, $800k of that is already IN, and WITHOUT Equity finance!
Taccess- i post a lot of the emails i get from the company, if you just check in my history of posts you will find a lot of information there, usually i have headings of "email ..." or things like that. Hope i can be of some help in any dd.
Taccess - The only film festival this "film season" we are at is Berlin, Ken has told me in an email that even IF WE DO NOT get accepted to the film festival, we WILL BE screening there. which is quite encouraging news. There is a lot of encouraging news from the company, I know it because i keep in contact with the company daily, and Faster knows it too, otherwise he wouldnt have just averaged down putting his marriage in jeopardy. You have to think for just a second, i said it in an earlier post:
If we have 6.5 million shares outstanding x .06(current pps) will give you $390,000USD
WE JUST SECURED $800k for NS which is DOUBLE the market cap of today, SIIR is complete(which cost $2.7million) and james said Never Submit is basically paying for itself!
these are games the mms are playing and the only way to beat them is AT their own game, IMO buying pressure is the only solution!
OMG - faster - you are too funny man, Im glad we can all enjoy a bit of humor in times like these.. what ya say?
hey, look who it is, NITE, back to their BS.. on at best bid and best ask.. .054 x .056
faster - i knew you would come around ;) imo, that was a wise decision, i know sometime(a lot more lately) we question management... but the things that are going on, and the correspondence we both have with the company, leeds me to believe there is something else going on, that the company isn't responsible for.. time will tell, good job at getting your average down that far though! see ya in the green!
my last post for this eventful day, if you need to reach me im on dj_insanity1@hotmail.com
here it is... :
Matt,
I know. This looks really bad. Ken called me today and insists again that we are not selling shares. He says he wishes we were becuase at least we would be getting money for having to deal with this price drop and anger from our investors. But no, we are absolutely not. Unless Ken is bold face lying to me which he has NEVER lied to me in the three years I have known him. He believes the shorters are playing games and hitting the ask or whatever the way they do things is.
Today's PR was fantastic and not fluff. I honestly have no idea what's going on.
We will be putting up the share structure on pinksheets.com soon...
I dont know what to say.. Never Submit is practically paying for itself and SIIR is done... So we dont need to or would we want to kill the PPS at these prices..
James
from james:
Did you see today's PR? Interiors shot in Missouri. $3 million
budget.. We can shoot the ext or fight scenes anywhere...might be
Canada, might be Vegas....
James
6 AT THE BID NOW !!!
this was posted on a forum on the NS myspace group..
from james, is it a possiblity that the $800k came from them?? if so, that company is massive, do some DD..

I just wanted to give a shout out to Team Quest. Everyone I have met from there so far has been fantastic. Obviously everyone knows the reputation of Randy Couture but he is not the only class act from there.
I was up at BodogFIGHT and spent a lot of time with Matt Lindland last week. The guy is one of the most down to earth fighters around. When you break bread with people and hang out with them in a social setting you really get to know them. Matt's not what I would have expected at all and a great guy. I also spent time with Chael Sonnen who is a class act as well. His parents where there to watch him fight and he won the 50K. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
I have also had a few interactions with Josh Haynes on here and he also has me and my movie (Never Submit) in his top friends list. Again, a class act all the way. I have also met a few other Team Quest guys and also feel the same way about them.
Team Quest will be an upcoming audition locations and I can't wait. They are a hard working and down to earth training camp and I wanted to show them some respect. Check out their website:
http://www.tqfc.com
All the best,
James
NITE u Pu$$y, GET OFF THE BID, because we KNOW you aint selling shares at .075!!... well, i know ;)
mine are worth a good night out on the town, at todays prices.. who know what they will be worth when i actually receive them though.. lol who cares, "never look a gift horse in the mouth"
i dont think they really have them, look at how many are now lined up at .07, INCLUDING THEM, lol
the funny thing is, we just were GIVEN $800k which is almost 2X the company market value!
.07 x say 7million shares... = $490k
