did the career thing long enough.

eb...what post of mine are you referring to????? the one you have replied to does nothing but note my admitted inadequacy in coding statistical probability.
i DO understand the potential for astronomical value; that's why i'm still here.
for my mental health, i will continue to lob bombs now and then when WE ARE AT 1.13 or so in the absence of the BOD's actions to move the pps up.
hubidahubidahubita!
i was liberal arts :/
make that 13 1/2%
ok,ok...i'll stop complaining! after all, we're 14% above our 52-week low
how about that BOD delivering shareholder value!
oy
just had a great money-saving thought for PPHM!
why not make bavi's brand name Oncolym or Cotara? the paperwork is already done!
bio...but their personal reputations are on the price targets which are never realized.....their careers are riding on being right....
i guess you can make a fortune being chronically wrong on wall street as long as you're in the club :/
as far as the first look-in not being till next year...
it was stated early-on that the enrollment would look like a hockey stick. 'on track' means they are expecting quite a bit of late enrollment vs. 'end of 2015'. at least they are indicating that, to date, the hockey stick may be what it looks like on a graph.
i imagine that msk and az can help it keep going in the right direction if the pphm folks are all over the site recruiters.
it definitely blows that nobody had the nads to discuss #3. it's certainly a private joke on the retail shareholders. we can only hope the punchline is at the expense of shorts or somebody the BOD is pissed at.
Dew...if you see this... why would all analysts on the call play the game and not ask? what quid pro quo could little old pphm have for them?
it's just the computers talking to each other. means nothing at 9:30:00
and about 5 people a year get prosecuted
seems there are a lot of folks here who think they're smarter than anybody else here.
uhhh...that isn't possible according to what i looked up on the interwebs.
Dew...i welcome your participation. that makes 3 of us old-timers, i guess.
as for the political comments that fly through here, sheesh.. a little black and white, or what?
could md argue that telling him something is like telling the world?
wook... before you know it, he'll be one of our moderators...
Dew...
glad you're contributing in discussion here rather than laughing... it appears that pphm's complicated scientific work has warranted another look, eh?
sure hope the new proposed share total isn't because they know sunrise hit a recruiting wall .... if so, i'll finally walk.
Dew... do you find it odd that the proposal is structured in the way it is?
Do you recall seeing one like this regarding issuance of new shares?
Any thoughts about what they're up to?
who is sean williams posting as??
dew.
please chirp in more often. you've become less skeptical about pphm, so contribute based on your breadth of knowledge in this area.
no need for anyone to refer to old biases going forward...
participate.
very disappointing price action so far. science is being legitimized, yet little interest from anybody other than those with inside info.
az didn't have to cough up much, and pphm won't either. P1 will not break the bank and you know it.
it will be pretty quick, and if results are good, THEN az pays big.
we waited this long...and we'll know about this by about the time we know definitively about sunrise.
Dew..
given the current and clearly reputation-enhancing initiatives with MSK and AZ, with additional potentially meaningful results from other initiatives yet to be updated, it is not a given that significant dilution will necessarily occur prior to a substantial increase in the share price. not too many long-timers here would complain about a degree of dilution at $3 to keep from losing leverage if the invention proves effective.
I understand your 'show me' stance, and i respect it. it seems, however, that pphm's science has finally impacted some folks who control money in addition to some posters here. would you disagree?
if they wait a year, that would indicate a last-minute delay after they said p3 anticipated end date would be 12/16. makes me think we're not 'on schedule'
if only it meant that in this case!
i'm changing my brand name suggestion for bavituximab from Procrastin to Dilutia.
"coming to fruition "
more dilution is coming to fruition in the absence of updates, soon.
wook...
it's still a huge drop from not that long go. pros knew it was coming before any lasting move up, but nobody will be getting prosecuted.
back around a dollar tomorrow? the analysts aren't looking too good.
or maybe enrollment stopped after Opdivo approval, and now they have to fund five years of Opdivo and Bavi. it's always somethin'
several pumpers here look like idiots tonite. what are the chances they'll be right by the ASM?
does anybody here still think inside info doesn't get out? the kind that would have pulled us down to a dollar the other day and back up to high 1.20s so somebody could make 30% in 3 days?
they should all be in jail.
i've been trying to decide whether traders having a field day with stocks like PPHM are just gamblers playing in a fixed house, where they know about the fix and play to it, or whether they actually serve any useful purpose in our markets.
do they add value to the economy on a net basis and create jobs other than for landscapers, poolboys, greenskeepers, and the others who live to serve the 1%? (nothin' personal. bio..)
just being irritated again.
why would patients enter our trial and accept a 50 percent chance of getting the former SOC after Opdivo beat it handily? They would only have a 50 percent chance of living a couple of months longer IF our stuff works as many here think it does. Concerns about finishing enrollment on schedule may be valid.
i'm just an anonymous message board poster, so you can assume I might be making this up. but i'm not.
i was introduced to pphm in about 2000, maybe 2001, by an individual who knew some folks who were very close to the PPHM principals. one of the first things he told me was how much control the extended family had of the shares and the Board.
i do not doubt for one second that there was, and still is, significant truth to that, and i believe it is why the Board has remained as it has, and why wall street isn't anxious to jump in so far...they can't control it.
market, including biotech up, pphm down., shocking.
won't $.70 support be a fun ride!
great. now we need to go back to $1?
PPHM's paid lackeys, ooo, I mean 'analysts', won't be moving up from the low end of the rankings any time soon, I suspect. I'll bet they're not any happier than we are.
i'm just hoping 1.12 doesn't become a 52-week high. with this BOD, it's a distinct possibility.
it was pointed out late last week that short interest was up again..
just in time for the PRs somebody knew were coming. inside info strikes PPHM yet again.
Wook
they're not listening to you. You're just a lowly, pathetic retail shareholder.
