nextel/sprint have several GPS partners/solutions offered. I did find it interesting that Comet Tracker and Xora GPS Timetrack are the only ones which have a link to a field use study. Since the competition is so stiff even within a company we are partnered with I trust that Actsoft/HISC is working hard at training the salespeople on the product so we have an upperhand. Still watching this and wondering why this came out this morning I thought this was over with and still PRs about relationship between the two - marked me down as confused. Seems like they would come out with something to clarify the situation

I would think tommorrow will be a pretty heavy day on buying after what happened last Friday. People on the sidelines might need to be concerned that more news will come after the bell on Friday again, so they may want to load up before then. I think that will especially be true for those wanting to flip some shares. If big news hits Friday night Monday will likely be the run that takes it above 2c JMHO though and we are steadily moving up.

I agree that the pps is not far-fetched, but the way that web site works is they set a limit on what a person can put down as a projection based on closing pps of the previous day. I know they do that to keep some clown like me skewing the results by making outlandishly high projections, but the flip side is they also are basically deciding the results of a poll before the poll is taken. My problem with it is not that it exists, but that apple puts it out as a pr. I think that makes HISS look like a pump and dump to newbies who do some dd after reading the pr. In the end I don't think it helps bring new blood on board. I hope I'm wrong.

I respect your opinion and see your point, but to me the pr sounds like a legit projection of the pps until you go to the web site and see it is akin to me saying my Uncle Ray thinks HISC is really gonna fly.

That PR is the reason Bad Apple gets pounded so often on this board and others. OK, go to Stock Targets web page and you will find that any clown who wants to enter their price target can do so. So what! It means nothing that people who hold HISC stock think it will go to .25 or .15 or whatever. I know some investors do DD on it and have a good take on where this company is going, but any joe can put down whatever they want and the only control is they set a limit on how high you can go. It is nonsense. Then the TTS Zurich deal is a paid stock promoter.

The only value that has is to draw some new blood into the stock. Unfortunately anyone who buys on a PR like that will get ticked off once the stock doesn't "go to da moon" based on a PR with worthless info.

OK done ranting about it, but I sure wish Apple Jack would knock it off with the stupid PR's that don't have any value.

Good points, if they are getting cash to fund the growth of the company in a way that will increase the value of the company than I don't have a problem with it. I think some people have the attitude that the pps should be at .05 today, two trading days after CC announcement - a little realistic patience is in order

It seems likely to me that people who bought above .015 would not have sold a day later at a loss. Logic doesn't always work out in this game and emotion and fear takes over, but if those who bought at those levels were thinking logically they should not panic on a slight pull back after an 80% increase in one day. It was natural that there were going to be people taking profits. some people bought in a lot lower than where it is now, so I can't blame them for ringing the register (sorry for stealing Cramer's line). But I would think that the shares up for sale are diminishing and the pps will start to move back up again. I can't see it going lower unless some unforeseen bad news hits and I can't imagine what that might be.

Here is an old farts perspective: I remember when I installed an 8 trac player in my truck and they came out with cassettes and I said 8 tracks will always be around and then I bought a cassette player and when they came out with Cd players I thought, too many cassettes out there for people to make the switch and then I thought this charging people to download songs will never fly, darned if Cd sales aren't on the decline while downloading is flying - Moral of the story, technology is going to change and those who say DVDs are here to stay will be buying some other technology along with the rest of us in a couple of years. Maybe GNF will lead the way in this and maybe they will fall flat on their faces - but if they lead the way those who took the risk, bought in at these levels and waited will be patting themselves on the back for their vision and smiling all the way to the bank. I may end up in the hole at the end of this journey, but it is worth the risk. JMHO

Hello, anyone out there, just thought I would stop by and see if the crappy shares I own in this might actually turn into something some day.

Man, what an unhappy place this is after gaining 80% from last Friday! Honestly a part of the unhappiness is probably overly optimistic expectations for the pps today. All the talk of being at .03 - .04 or higher had the expectations so high that anything less breeds disappointment and opens the door for the bashers to plant seeds of doubt to try to get more panic selling. Step back for a minute, go to your trading account and look at the balance EOD as compared to what it was Friday. I don't know about you but mine is a lot higher. As high as I would like? No, but it never is. But I am thankful for the gains made today and still going to hold for more. GLTA

OT - They got tired of the coaching carousel so they hired John Phillips, who had been a high school coach in Tulsa, and then an assistant to several TU coaches. He is a really great person, but he tanked the program, poor recruiting decisions (If you saw ORU play Memphis you saw Caleb Green and Ken Tutt who would have both come to Tulsa had Phillips asked them to), poor coaching - he was basically forced out a year ago and they hired Doug Wochick (don't think I spelled the last name right) He played point guard at Navy, then was an assistant at Michigan State. Improved this year and hopefully will continue to move back to where they used to be. We have great facilities now, good support in a good conference finally.

I hope UAB doesn't make the same mistake Tulsa made and think that being a stepping stone job is bad. We discovered it means we will have coaches that are going to do their darndest to get to the big dance and prove themselves. You hate to see them always leaving but there is always another horse in the stable waiting to be ridden hard.

Sorry to say I won't be watching in the morning - I have a meeting I can't get out of, but it gonna go without me. Have fun watching it go up.

OT - UAB Grad, I hear Mike Anderson is leaving for Missouri. If you are a basketball fan what is the reaction to that news in the UAB circles. I am a Tulsa fan and he was there with Nolan Richardson and they had several chances to hire Mike back at Tulsa to lead the program, but always went another direction. I wish they would have hired him because I love that uptempo style of play.

Any guesses on tommorrow's opening price? I realize the MMs are going to set the price, but will they set it based on buy orders that will come in pre-market, or will they raise the ask just based upon anticipated volume? Excited to see how it plays out and wondering how it might all shake down in the AM.

Why do you think .025 will be resistance? Just wondering?

I would think that GNF VOD would not be like what you have with PPV which is a few movies to select from at a time. It would be what the Netflix/Tivo concept is, the ability to watch any movie in the library of thousands of titles. Maybe they will set it up where you can pay a monthly fee and watch all you want or have the price so low that PPV won't be competitive (my ppv is about 3 to 4 bucks a movie).

I wouldn't discount the idea until we see what the final plan is.

That will only give the news more time to get out, the anticipation willbuild, the gap will go up, people will be lining up trying the get in and the longs will be watching their trading accounts rise. Monday!!!!

OT - I saw that also when I got home. About peed my pants. I'm in at .01, looking for a big run starting Monday. I wouldn't be surprised if you did make money off of .17 shares.

Thanks to all who kept the faith and encouraged us to stay in. I have to admit when the A/S news hit this week I thought about bailing out. Strangely enough the thing that kept me in was the huge drop in pps. I was down so much at that point I figured what the heck, can't get much worse. God works in mysterious ways sometimes. Can't wait to tell my wife when she gets home.

Only one regret - i didn't buy more!

Also went to my Scottrade account and canceled the sell order I had for half my GZFX shares at twice what I paid for them. I dont' think doubling will be a problem.

Been gone all afternoon, logged onto Stockhouse and saw the news - Got happy - Stockhouse shows news released at 1:15 pm. Is that an error, if it came out that early, before the bell I would have thought the pps would have gone up. Apparently news hit after the close - is that right?

Forgot to mention, I'm not claiming to be an expert and I am sure that I could learn something from you. I've being playing penny stocks for about a year. I've lost big on some and gained on some others and after a year I'm about even over all. I don't feel bad about that because I went into this with knowing I was going to pay some tuition, so to speak, to go to school on this. I starting to learn how the pump and dump game works and how bashing works. If you go back and read my posts on HISC I think you will see I have tried to be objective not bashing or pumping. I've been in Hisc for a year. Most of the penny stocks I bought last year I had for short term gain and played the games everyone else plays. I haven't done that with HISC because I do believe they have a legit product, a plan to move forward as a company, and a real future. Sure the MM's do their thing to try to make some money - but they make it off of short term flippers and people who are trying to make a quick buck. They haven't made a dime off me, at least not on this one.

If I'm a basher I'm one of the worst that has ever existed. I don't deny that MM's play a part in OTCBB stocks. What I disagree with and thought I gave a pretty good example of, was the statement that you made that news doesn't matter.

Also, how can I be both dumb money and a paid basher?

Nothing personal, but that's just dumb and I can demonstrate it by what happened today with MMAM - go check it out. I started watching it because it looked like they might have a deal worked out with an acquisition that would have them in Walmart and CVS. Price went up 40% yesterday on the hype that was building around this deal. Well today NEWS - the deal fell through. WHAT HAPPENED? THE PPS HAS DROPPED ALMOST 60% TODAY BECAUSE OF THAT NEWS. How can you say news does not affect pps!

If news cam out that HISC bailed out of a merger, or that ACTsoft was gone, the pps would drop like a rock.

If news came out that HISC completed merger, had a port deal signed, profit rose 500% last quarter or anything similar the pps goes up.

Why? Because people buy and sell on news and the MMs don't control the news nor how the public responds to it.
