In terms of crypto price tracking, it is about $5 on the Apple App Store, but I would highly recommend Crypto Pro. Great layout, updates every few minutes without the need for a subscription and you can track your portfolio.
Not sure if there is an Android version or not.
(No, I do not know the guy who makes it. I have not been paid for this endorsement. Though I would happily accept shares of RMRK as compensation.)
Yep, RMRK has held its trading range of .0008-.001, nearly identical to Friday. It seems to have, at least for the time being, established a higher floor for the range after trading between .0006-.0008 for over a month.
Right, but he could still screw something up. Not saying he will or won’t, but I wouldn’t rule out the possibility.
I believe Mr. Pirate and Investophile were talking about Jordan Starkman, not any of the Crypto guys.
Starkman still could screw the whole thing up by not getting Rimrock current. Then we're all holding the bag when Furst, Poutre, et al go with another shell.
It is technically correct that RMRK is delinquent.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RMRK/filings
However, this is:
a)Not a new thing, unlike this guy framing it as some sort of breaking news; and,
b)Not a precursor to a trading halt in and of itself. There are many delinquent stocks that trade for years and years without being halted. Something else usually also has to happen for a stock to be halted, like going concern issues, company illegalities, etc.
The chart setup is not even remotely close to a dead cat bounce. It's been range-bound for at least a month. Dead cat bounces occur in persistent downtrends.
Good try, though. Scary words are scary.
Yah, it’s impossble to know what the valuation on these shares is, but it could barely be less than it is now. There’s not much downside at .0007.
Why so conservative? $50 next week.
Wait no that can't be right the end is near. .000001 next week.
One of the two.
ONCI.
RMRK has closed between .0006 and .0008 every day but one since September 19th. That's about as range bound as you can get with a stock. It doesn't really matter if it finishes at .0006 or .0008. It'll matter when it closes above or below that range for a number of days in a row.
Someone just slapped the ask for 5,000 shares. That's $4 worth of stock. Massive slap.
NITE seems to have about a gazillion shares. They might have 50MM sitting on .0009 right now.
The ask is .0007 this morning.
I would not read anything into the overnight bid or ask. They’re often unrealistic.
The same way someone has the insight to say:
“Timbeeeeeeeer!!!”
If someone slaps the ask for about 70MM shares, absolutely.
Don't know if it's a glitch or not, but almost all of the CRCW filings have been removed from the OTC Markets site:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CRCW/filings
They were there as recently as a few hours ago.
I may or may not keep that page open in a browser tab at work and refresh it every so often. :)
Is the tree falling into the pool? I feel as though there is metaphor mixing going on here.
Many of the trades are still less than 1MM shares apiece, and it's still trading in a range. So we wait.
CRCW never followed through on their IPO, so they only have ~850,000 registered/authorized shares to trade. Hence the persistently low volume with the CRCW ticker.
Once RMRK is current, all of their shares are registered and can be traded freely.
The thought is that it costs a lot less to get RMRK current and do a reverse merger with it than it is to restart the IPO process for CRCW.
There's a lot of DD on this on the board. I'd urge you to poke around.
PPS change today of zeeeeeeeeerooooooooooo.
All this news should push the stock down at least a few cents.
The ONCI paradox.
It’s impossible to know what will be a fact two months from now in the stock market.
I think $.10 is a little wishful thinking, but it’s certainly plausible.
In the past 100 trading days, ONCI has been up or flat 62 days. In that time, your PPS would have increased from about .0007 to .0104.
Literally, all you would have had to do to be wildly successful is hold.
I'd also bet that will be the case going forward.
I do find it at least a little funny that they display the CRCW ticker so prominently on their home page.
"Invest in our stock if you can. But you probably can't."
To be continued...
Oh, I get all of that and am most definitely not on the sidelines. Just annoyed that relatively huge-looking swings can occur because of a $35 trade.
I'm not above buying 1 share at .0008 just on principle if that's how someone else is going to play this. :)
Down to .0007 because...
...someone bought 50,000 shares. That's a massive bid sit of $35.
Your broker appreciates your business.
I think the distinct possibility of the RM not happening, and ensuing worthlessness of the stock, is what is keeping the price low. Definitely still a chance the deal blows up. Things can turn south quickly. There's a huge risk here. It really is all or nothing.
Obviously huge upside as well, which is why I've stashed away a few odd million shares.
shhhhhhhh.....
(don't jinx it)
The move that just occurred, to bring the PPS back up to .0009 was again a very small transaction, 110k shares. Seems like someone wants the PPS there for the moment.
This happened a number of times earlier in the day, with a large transaction at .0007 and then a tiny buy to get it back up to .0008. Then the buying frenzy occurred.
Lighting strikes twice?
Edit: NITE just jacked up their shares on the bid to 13MM. They seem to want .0008 to be the new floor for the moment.
No public releases by Croe or Rimrock. Which is not to say someone hasn't caught wind of something.
Then again, the trading on 10/3 was somewhat similar to today's. In terms of range and volume.
By my math, NITE has either sold or posted bid/ask blocks today totaling north of 200,000,000 shares today. That's 10%+ of all outstanding shares in the company. Something is going on with that, whether it's an insider or a whale who bought a lot in the .0001-.0002 range, perhaps from Jordan himself.
Or maybe it's nothing.
There's someone propping up the PPS at .0008. The past three sets of trades have been for about a million shares apiece at .0007, closely followed by about 100,000 shares at .0008.
Which is fine, just maybe not worth that person's brokerage commissions.
I make pretty nice bank at .001, so I'm happy with that.
It is extraordinarily difficult to know where the price is headed after a RM because everything about the company changes at that point. I'd be thrilled with a couple of pennies. I don't think .10 is out of the realm of possibility, but neither is this RM never happening and the share price collapsing back to .0001 w/no bid.
Bid/ask prices are wonky overnight, especially for smaller companies. MMs usually take most of their shares off of the table, so what's left is not indicative of the market. When the ask was .10, the bid was .0001. It's nothing to do with screwing with the market.
I hear ya - this stock is like one handed clapping at the moment.
The spread between bid and ask shares is almost identical to where it was yesterday. NITE has an ask at .0007 for about 2MM shares, but I am assuming they still have 50MM shares as well at .0008. I don't have a Bloomberg machine, unfortunately, so I can't confirm that. Someday.
The only trade today so far was for 635K shares at .0006. Or about $381. The slapping is not too vicious.
I mean, I could go out and buy 1 share at .0007 and move it right back to the open.
I like that 1.00 ask that MICA has out there.
Right there with you. .10???? SELL SELL SELL
