Or, they might be the bidder.
You are simply wrong. I am a shareholder and I have no say only because I am not resourceful not because the law prohibits.
Does anyone know how I can send a message to IHub manager?
Your statement has a serious logical flaw. Also, you are plainly wrong that shareholders have no say in the matter.
I still cannot believe that a person or a group that holds the majority of shares will just let go of the potential for the hundreds of millions of dollars. But, maybe there is no such majority holder.
Wow, amazing!
Same here, MineAllMine. I think crime is being committed.
With this RC should be out of BK and revived.
Only two more weeks to be expired. I have the strong feeling that this whole thing was conspired, schemed, and plotted long ago. I am furiously angry.
I am extremely angry, too.
Any of you going to order the brand new Anatabloc?
I don't remember that. Do you have the link?
RC actually applied for the approval of Anatabloc as a food supplement in Netherlands, so, basically in Europe. It was rejected in January 2016 which was about 6 months before the Phase 1 clinical trial result was released. It was rejected because the committee thought anatabine was not safe.
That application was somewhat questionable. RC supplied Hashimoto's thyroiditis research paper as an evidence of safety. In that paper the ratio of negative side-effect was somewhat high (in my opinion, compared to the testimonies of the users, and yes, I trust those testimonies because I was one of the users).
I wonder why RC did not wait till Phase 1 trial was finished. If so, the committee would have no ground to reject because Phase 1 result was 'safe and well tolerated.' Maybe RC was impatient because of short of money? Anyway, they could have reapplied by including the new safety result, but they applied for the bankruptsy instead.
I have the same feeling exactly, both about the availability of Anatabloc and about how things have been developing.
So, they are manufacturing themselves. Wonder why it is a good news.
Why didn't Rock Creek do what HydraPharm is doing now, instead of throwing Chapter 7 to the investors? F!!
By the way, I don't see the price.
Deast, it seems to me that that exactly is what happened. Look at the sudden resurrection of Anatabloc. Some of us had suspected. I am very very angry.
Isn't this a swindle?
I am very angry now.
I feel I've been swindled by these people.
Good question and I would like to question where are the researchers going to obtain the anatabine with the manufacturing company bankrupt.
Thank you all for the replies regarding curcumin. I will try it, unless of course anatabine is resurrected and reincarnated.
Some of you tried Curcumin (or Turmeric) as an Anatabloc alternative. Have you realized anti-inflammatory effect? For what symptoms? Do you take curcumin pills? Any negative side-effect?
I would like to try it for my allergy symptoms. As for Anatabloc which I take only when the allergy symptoms get severe, its effect shows up within one hour of taking. Two pills lasts for about 8 hours. I am almost out of it now and need to find replacements or alternatives.
Doubt it.
I still think the easiest way to do it is by reviving and resurrecting RC, but that's just my wishful thinking.
Where are they gonna get the anatabine or Anatabloc, I wonder.
When watching his presentation I could tell that they failed. Also I thought they sorely needed anatabine. I thought others would have the same thought.
Actually we knew this months ago by Dr. Mullan's presentation. It was posted here and discussed.
But the thing is, it doesn't have anything with the BK court procedure. The court will take its own course no matter what, unless there is some filing, I think.
I don't know about the legal procedure for Chapter 7 case, but without any motion filed by any opposing party I guess the court would simply accept (or grant?) the bankruptsy as was originally filed. So far I think we have not seen any action by any party.
This was potentially a $1 trillion company.
All should belong to RCPI, not to subsidiaries, is my speculation.
Shouldn't creditors put an end to their rights officially? Like, officially filing a document to put an end or cancel or waive their credits(or debts or claims or whatever), or something like that? Or, will they just ride it to the end like some of us will do with our shares?
I would rather take Anatabloc, lowers CRP level, too.
That makes you probably a 6~7% owner of the company, existent or nonexistent.
Thanks, knuts4oe, that must be it. I also found a bit older one:

This one talks about NF-kB.
Was there official report after the phase 1 trial? I vaguely remember, I could be wrong, things like no toxicity problem with anatabine, lowering effect of some inflammatory molecule (probably TNF-alpha??), but failure in establishing the effect on NF-kB level due to experimental mistake. Want to read the report if there is.
Thanks for the replies. Please keep them coming.
I would like to be convinced that it is worthy of effort trying to find an alternative method to produce anatabine so that it is not burried and forgetton with the BK of RC.
I only used ABloc shortterm resulting in excellent relief of allergy symptoms and 8 year old chronic shoulder pain.
I think there are some on this board who has taken Anatabloc for years, and probably out of it by now. Can anyone testify the effect of long term intake?
Are Roskamp and Archer still alive and functioning? Seems their websites are not so well maintained up to date.
Does JW still believe in anatabine?
