To answer my own question. Chad Curtis was given 25 million shares on January 20, 2023 at a price of 1 cent. These shares are unrestricted. The question now is: How many shares does Chad have left? He seems content to sell them under 10 cents.

Saw someone post this on the RONN twitter page. It was in response to someone mentioning the selling of shares:

"It’s chad l, their Reg A investor. Better hope they have plan or that guy will take it down and they won’t even be able to apply for QB status"

Has anyone seen the filing that might show who Chad is, and how many shares he has to sell?

PRZO $2.31 +.21. This one was IPO'd recently at $4, and went straight down. Finally bouncing.

Well, we are officially RONN today. Yayy! However, only 2K shares traded, and at the .07 bid :-/ Maybe the company will put some news out soon since they are now trading as RONN.

You mean becoming just a share selling operation? Hopefully, the chances are very low. They have not shown that behavior as of yet.
