But those points are incorrect. I read the previous posts and no one is hyping short interest. They are pointing out that they have real time data showing short interest and someone else brought up information showing short volume and never tried to pass it off as short interest. Saying that short volume is "meaningless" is your opinion but I disagree with that opinion. No one claimed that otcshortreport is some sort of authority nor are they using incorrect terminology. By saying that we shouldn't rely on 3rd party sources, are you saying that we should ignore all sites like Yahoo, Barrons, Investrshub, and all other sources and only get our information from FINRA and the SEC site?
I believe that you're missing the original poster's point when he talks about short interest because what he is saying is that shorts could find themselves in a short squeeze which could propel the stock higher. I'm not sure if you're rooting for DCAC to go higher.
I don't mean to be argumentative, but I wish you would present some facts to back all your claims.
