summary, opinion and simpleton break down rant.

So, I'm thinking out loud here..at this point in the game we are back at the PTAB waiting on papers to be shuffled. The main goal is to escape the ptab with all claims restored. Im 95% sure that when "settlement" is talked about on this level its simply an agreement on what will be "let go" claim wise or...possible reimbursement of legal fees. this is not related to the monetary damages and licensing that will come in the near future. This is simply getting back what is rightfully worlds IP in the form of Proving bunghole is the Real party of interest and time baring them from the whole equation. This restores ALL claims, HOWEVER this time around it is bungholes job to prove to the judges that they filed the IPR based on them being worried about their game destiny (interesting hold that thought).. kinda hard with 0 evidence to prove your not a related party when one side has contract evidence and the other doesn't!

Now....Worlds has requested that certain parts be kept private due to "bunghole" slipping new evidence and bs settlement chatter/(dangle the carrot), into their brief trying to be cute and sneaky. Of course this now violating the courts order of no new evidence and our attorneys did NOT find it cute. Hopefully the judges wont be amused either...

When they all the sudden freeze trading and the only folks able to get out are the big cheating players on the street. You will be left hi and dry! A settlement would be considered for bungie only. This would be to strictly to drop the ptab situation. So even settling for peanuts with them is a massive win for shareholders. People are losing sight of the end goal here. That is to get all claims restored and move on to the actual district court case against ATVI......
Bungie has just been a large mosquito buzzing around our head and drawn a very large amount of blood from our case. Getting all claims restored is the main goal.. and I'm pretty sure they are crossing their fingers now that worlds will let them slide for minimal $$ getting any amount from them will only be a bonus at this point.
