To be honest, I think it will be some time before we see net profitability. I would love to be wrong however due to the nature of the industry, regulators, and other unforeseen obstacles this stock is a accumulate and wait type play IMO.
This is just my own speculation but I think we will touch 13 or 12 again, then trade between 14-18 until more news comes out.
It's still consolidating and building. It would be nice to see Josh talk about buying back some stocks slowly once he has a steady income coming in.
Buy back roughly 10-50 million every quarter at market value until the share structure is down to 1 billion or less.
My condolences Johnny.
Absolutely, I only invest what I can lose. The cabin I have been working on will eventually be a vacation rental and I have great retirement packages. Stocks are my hobby. I am not sure I have the fortitude or time to turn this into a full time job.
I think your friend has the right idea. I am trying to use some of what I have purchased down here for a quick flip but have a base I am growing as well.
Thanks! I been chipping away at it slowly. I bought a lot in the 1.30 range so picking some up down here was a pleasant surprise. Ii it drops more it just means the quicker I can lower my PPS quicker.
With all that said I am really looking forward to the end of the month. We should get a lot of nuggets of gold IMO.
I am with you 100%. I think that regardless of how south we go, all of this is a great buying opportunity.
It's been interesting to watch this stock fluctuate from the 52 week high of 2.20 or so to see this drop back down in the 20's. I been buying both ways, up and down. Currently my average is $1.75. I hope to average down to roughly $1.35 by the time we see the bounce up but we will see. I might have to pick up a few more shifts in the ED to pay for my ROX love.
I hope we can see more info on the Walmart Deal. Also, Gosling's has a 4.5 out of 5 on Amazon.
I picked up some more @ 1.25 today. I should of waited but I think these are all discounts IMO.
I am a bit surprised the SP did not hold at 1.28 or above. I wonder where our bottom is going to be.
I dropped my shares about that time I stated that. It's yet to recover and I think in order for this to move at all it's going to need an act of god.
I hope those who are bag holders and are red can get out safely but I think we will see a continual downward trend.
I was in the middle of transferring money over to purchase 5 million shares. I am already a bag holder but looks like I will just wait and watch my money grow. I was in at an average of .003 with 2+ million shares.
It pays off to be patient.
Also, if Kool Aid Man was smart he would have also realized the property was SOLD in 2013. Seems like objectivity is out the window. His credit is slowly diminishing.
Soldier gets credit for introducing me to this stock. He first introduced me when it was around 60 cents a share. I made a few profitable trades then moved on. I put it on my watch list to observe how it behaved. Then I lost a good amount of money on another trade because I forget to place a stop loss and decided I need to rethink my trading goals, patterns, and decide how much time I have to actively watch the market. I also asked is my trading profitable enough to justify my time. The answer at this time was no. Between my two jobs, graduate school, home ownership, volunteering, and other obligations I am unable to monitor the market like it needs to be compared to my risk tolerance. I decided to be patient and look at things from a long term investment position.
I'm currently down in this stock and okay with that. I'll keep investing a little from each paycheck in ROX. I been looking at ROX's peer group/other liquor companies similar to ROX compared to where it is at now and feel confident with this company.
I recently transitioned to a job where I make more and work less. I hope that allows for me to be a bit more active in the market. Will all that- I appreciate you and soldiers posts. When compared to other boards I have followed they are mature, well thought out, and balanced. Also, the other folks that drop in here from time to time see to be on the same page.
I mean, I didn't want to be that guy but I kinda did. I would be living on grass if we were to go back and use my lots pics from 6 years ago. Things can change, I mean I hope they can at least.
As long as it adds up it's worth it!
*Cough cough* pictures taken in 2012, a bit old don't you think?
Thanks FUN, I am here for the next few years or until a buyout comes along. Either way I think it's going to be a good ride otherwise I wouldn't be squirreling shares away constantly haha
I am going to put in a GTC order for 1.28, only 350 shares but a slow accumulation is what I got going on.
It gives me more opportunities to average down. I just initiated more funds into my account so I can pick up more of these cheap shares.
I thought bottom was in at 1.38 but it appears I was mistaken.
I am curious how the hurricanes will impact ROX. Is FL and TX a large market for the brand?
I agree with you and FUN 100%. The issues presented are moot points.
I was able to pick up some more for $1.39 and plan on picking up some more down if the price stays low this week.
I'm excited about the presentation. They should provide us with some useful nuggets of information.
That is correct. I live in OR where only liquor is required to be sold in state stores. I was just inferring the non liquor brands ROX holds. It seems that the only place I can find their ginger beers is Walmart. I been scouting out different large chains here in my region to see if it's carried anywhere else. No luck, hence why I said it might be worth for them to consider convenience stores.
I am heading off to my cabin but have placed a GTC order @ 1.39, hopefully I'll have a surprise when I get up there.
Hahaha, great point. My partner and I closed on it before we left out of the country. I am just starting to assess what needs to be done up there. I am playing hooky to do small repairs/updates on it. Luckily it doesn't need many, but she is terrified of mice so I am on duty to eliminate the critter problem.
Good advice soldier. I think I'll put in a GTC order and work on my cabin. It seems mice got in where the piping comes into the kitchen. To get under the place is going to be a struggle. I am large and the entry to under the house is tiny haha
Thank you for the well thought out response. All your points seem to point to an aggressive marketing campaign by the company.
Do you know if they are positioning Gosling in convenient store chains? I think it's essential that they take up space in this area. Maybe we will see something in the IR presentation.
I'll keep adding. I have about 7500 shares (A lot for me) at an average price of $1.86. I am going to try to keep buying down here because even if we go sub 1.30 again, which I doubt after seeing today's PPS support, I'll be happy.
Thanks again for your wonderful insight as always.
Not bad volume today too. I had put a little bit more cash into my account so I could purchase more shares down here. It looks like I may have missed the boat haha.
I am going to throw a guess out there for when the next update will be. I say 15 days.
Any other takers?
For a moment there I thought we might see $1.20 FUN! Hopefully we see a nice bounce and recovery. I need to review our volume when compared to our 200 day average.
Hope you all are having a great week. We are burning out here on the west and flooding in the south. I might need to sit down with a little Goosling and Jefferson to ride this one out.
I think that may be a good idea. The price action seems to indicate the bottom is around 1.35 when it drops. However, I could be wrong but if I had any powder left I would put a GTC order in @ 1.38. It's hit that twice and recovered quickly.
It would be sweet, even though I sold all my shares yesterday. IMO it wont happen because the stopped communicating with the FDA which is likely how this whole circus began.
My money is on that this will drop sub pennies again and then talk of RMAT will happen, again.
The CEO has performed poorly up until this point and I do not see it changing anytime soon. The old saying fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
Good luck, I am out now. I may buy back in sub pennies if it goes that low.
I sold all my shares yesterday @ .026 I personally believe we are heading much farther down.
This will be an interesting story to watch. In 14 days we will know what the future holds for US Stem Cell. First, the CEO impacted the price significantly based off a poorly thought out communication and now this. It does not bode well for the company.
Most of those questions have answers IMO. For example, when discussing marrow. That has been regulated for a very long time. It's due to it being used as a medical intervention for those who have leukemia.

Just as a few examples of possible reasons.
It's likely due to their conference they titled, how to deal with the FDA, or whatever it was named. Not the smartest decision in my book. They made themselves a target and now are paying the consequences of yet another example of poor leadership. The laws will be applied to everyone that gets audited. It's likely the constraints are due to man power and other logistics.
Small incremental bump but this is a sinking ship now. They are going to get shut down I'm certain of.
The FDA doesn't need to respond to their questions. US Stem Cell needs to not act defiant because they will get shut down quicker by doing so. The FDA IS the regulatory body and determines WHO and WHO does not get to play.
A lot... shares outstanding, income, tangible assets, and much more.
Thank you for the update. I was looking around for Jefferson brand so I may have overlooked it. I was in Istanbul, Baku, JFK, and LAX during my travels and did not see it. However, I was not looking for those brands.
I am buying what they are selling.
Here is the official job web page:

I think he made it up since I cannot find if through different search engines and aggregates using different methodology.
Nice day of action. I have a bid sitting at 16. Hopefully tomorrow I can get it filled. It's 1.5 million so lets cross our fingers for me folks.
You know what I was thinking while I was traveling, "Why do they not have their products in the Duty Free stores."
I may need to call IR/costumer relations and suggest that.
I got a little at $1.41. I am trying to accumulate and average down a bit.
