someone must have desperately needed that $19.80 (less commission of course). lol. maybe it was E's lunch money.
Sunny,
198,000 .0001 2:57 7/27/05
another peculiar coincidence. but he might be back.
everyone take it easy this weekend.
At the rate we're flying, it looks like shorty'll cover by Christmas.
Christmas 2048, that is. I'll be able to buy my grandson a new hover-scooter. I'm very excited.
JK. I hate the way this damn stock has treated us, but I've got nothing left but patience, and a deep burning desire to see evil-doers ROAST. BTW, how does one go about getting their stock certs. delivered? Just call up Mr. Broker? I may not have made any money on this puppy, but I made wallpaper enough to last the rest of my days.
Yup, that's why its strange.
Only place I've ever seen Voiplabs Holdings and Telatinos mentioned together. I doubt they made the assumption on their own. Must have got it from someone. Maybe just more mind games though.
I do like seeing EVEN run for the hills. And right after Bloc mentioned this Steven Choti fella. Makes you wonder. Are the walls closing in?
Strangely written "Business Description" for VPBH
I wonder where it came from?
"Business Description:
VoIPLabs Holdings, Inc. is an FCC licensed international and long distance communications provider with two related businesses. Telatinos operates international telecommunications routes and sells telecom capacity through wholesalers and retail distributors. IPExtreme, its wholly-owned subsidiary, sells VoIP (Voice over InternetProtocol) to SOHO and residential consumers."

Hell, I'm as sad as any long, but to dump now, of all times, is silliness. no downside left (comparatively) and still the potential for plenty of upside, if the company actually ends up fighting for shareholder value in one way or another. we all predicted pre-split that .07 was a bottom... .05 as a bottom .... .03 as a bottom ...now, post split, I feel pretty confident that guess what?... .0001-.0002 is the bottom... and we're there! what's lost is lost, but at least we know our down days are over. lol.
I still believe in you, Zig.
Just want to see action instead of words.
Re: "I believe that currently we're in a standoff -- Tela's money vs. Shorties money."
If that's the case, why not buy up everything being offered at these prices and truly nail his ass. Hell, the entire OS can be had for $900,000 at .0003. No need to ask the SEC to investigate, spend $1,000,000 and PROVE to the SEC what's going on. According to pr, and promotions that still run to this day, we should have the better half of that $20 million in financing left (smirk). Seems like a simple enough solution.
EDIT: Agreed, it seems like an impossible PR for a scam company.
But this company has done some of the ballsiest hyping I've ever seen. How many of their prs involved C&Ps from other companies? How ballsy is it to announce $10s of millions of revs, inducing two enormous rollercoaster rallies, only to spring those very same revs 6 months later, after the publicly held float has ballooned.
This company's had big ones from the git-go. Still, I agree, as of now, its the best and perhaps last piece of evidence in their defense.
Ohh and everything that has and will come out of my mouth is and always has been in my own personal uneducated opinion.
I think you were the last among us to talk to him.
You don't here the whisper? Maybe it's just the wind.
Re: "I agree with all except your first point. Did the PR stop to allow Even to bash, OR did Telatinos switch off the PR because shorts NEED PR to short? That's how they make their money."
Yes they need buying interest to sell short in the first place, say something like, "85 million revenue this year!!! yay!!"
BUT, this company is supposedly combating a PRE-EXISTING short position that was searching for cover. In that scenario, buying pressure only scares and screws the hell out of them, whereas, to cut off communication with shareholders to the extent that Tela did would have been a gift from heaven...
unless of course you're buying as they short or perhaps planning an acquisition....but Taylor's behavior of late, makes me feel like he's sold out and moved on to the next "project"
...VPBH/POPC...and I'm not sure Tela's involved...
And speaking of E, where has that little bugger been of late?
Is he still "offshore?"
Let's hear from Bloc.
She claimed to know E's identity. And she was also the first to suggest back on RB that E dominated the board so well, he was likely a "Taylor handle."
You still watching?
Tough to say.
E showed up right as the PR was being turned off, an odd coincidence. Yet, he often attacked Taylor. Also Taylor called ManinFl to scold him for his bashing on RB. He certainly wouldn't have done that if he were paying E. The more free bashing the better. So perhaps not.
All I know is he was "Captain of the ship" so to speak. IMO, he knew IPXes was a joke and was going to be sprung. He knew that the rally from the revenue announcments was going to be massive. He knew they would never be followed up on. And, he's not an idiot.
So are we the victims of mystery man ML, or are we victims of the man with the plan?
ML didn't run off to Canada leaving us with our c*ck's in our hands.
Never talked to him, but through e-mail he answered a couple of questions for me.
Not much of note. He said Voiplabs, Inc. was to be dissolved. He said he jumped ship and was no longer officer or director, but only a mere "consultant" (not in those words). He told me Global Interactive was an "acquisition and service bureau" which of course makes the PR where they claim it is a "Telco vendor since 1996" an absolute lie. And that's about it. Wouldn't answer much else.
He told me he "NEVER" gives brokerage advice.
Ohh and his last response to me, in reply to a couple questions about speculation that Telatinos and VPBH were to be "married" so to speak and about Berkshire BDC's continued involvement (or lack thereof) in the stock was:
"Im sorry , Id break so many rules answering you.
I will say this – all is not exactly what it seems"
Taylor told me it was going to be dissolved a couple weeks ago, as it had "served its purpose." can't imagine what that would have been, except perhaps to give shareholders a bit of hope to cling to, while they continued to dump, and of course to provide the opportunity to fail to deliver on yet another promise.
"The Company is finalizing the acquisitions of three independent, US-based VoIP, data & communication corporations that will be housed in VoIPlabs Inc. The Company will announce officers and directors of VoIPlabs shortly."
...ahh the old "to be announced shortly"...Hey Telatinos, how's the 2004 audits coming?...ohh, they'll be done shortly...how's the new website coming?...ohh, it'll be done shortly...any officer information?...ohh, it's coming shortly...
...translation...please don't sell your shares yet...we're not done selling ours.
well if that's what happened then I doubt we'll ever see another rally.
Taylor issues himself or his cronies a massive ole block of prefereds, seemingly for free (remember he also said they were unrelated to the "$20 million financing"). Those shares will convert back to, most likely, a massive number of common shares at some point.
He sets up IPxes with the "springing option" and makes sure to mention it publicly.
He sets up the website, cut a pastes some technology together for IPXes, pumps the hell out of the stock with multi-million dollar contracts with coffee makers and Cuba. all IPxes.
His financial buddies sell millions and millions of shares to the public on the revenue hype.
He cuts off the PR, fails to deliver on every public promise.
Springs IPxes, clearly states that "the majority of all revenues" have been take away.
Dumps the company on some Costa Rican gambling pals. And washes his hands.
Then the prefered bloc converts back to commmon shares at .0001 or the like, and its enough to cover the millions of shares sold at prices %3000 higher.
Maybe not these exact details, as I'm not well versed in how these things work, but something of the sort.
Occam's razor keeps whispering in my ear...
"Taylor....Taylor....Taylor"
hell, that site should be our official website. 1000 times prettier. at least someone is still interested in promoting this company. Management, itself, sure as hell ain't.
i don't think so
didn't you ask Taylor where those "368 million common shares" that were retired came from, and he said they had been newly issued a few days prior to their conversion to Prefered. So, in essence, it wasn't an attack on shorty, just a huge bloc of prefereds being issued to "insiders."
part of me fears that that huge bloc was the preparation to naked short the hell out of this during all the IPXes pumping and then use those prefered shares to cover in a year or two when they convert back to common (at what terms, I wonder?) and the stock has been long since dead. would that be feasible?
Great post. Thank you. eom
Telatinos automated phone menu...
anyone else heard it? Usually when I call the contact # they gave on the last PR:
011 502 226 30536
I get a sexy recording of, "Welcome to Telatinos. We're sorry. There is no one available at this extenstion" followed by a beep, I suppose so you can leave a message.
But twice now I've gotten an actual automated menu.
Welcome to Telatinos.
Press 1 for English
Press 2 for Spanish
[I press 1 and get a plethora of options]
Press 1 for Sales
2 for customer service
3 for corporate offices
4 investor relations
5 technical support
6 accounting
7 all other inquiries
0 operator
[I decided to go for customer service]
Press 1 for North America

3 central america
4 south america
5 caribbean

[I press 2, get a busy signal and hang up]
Now everytime I call back to I get the ole "No one is available at this extension." Has anyone else been in this menu? I'm eager to check out the other pathways, and see if there is anyone real answering phones.
Don't tip-toe, sweetie pie.
And don't dissemble. If you've got a connection, out with it.
Otherwise you're playing the same old Spinks' game.
save me the trouble. who? eom
Nor am I....
There you go again, E. Vague insinuations. Let's here a statment.
No I think that was the rest of us who got called the mushrooms.
Good luck with E.
Varsity Z signing out.
Bloc, is this true:
Just wondering since last night, EVEN claimed,
"Let me be clear:
I am not Mark L.
I do not know Mark L.
I am not short TLND."

AGREED
Now Quid Pro Quo
If Taylor told YOU personally the Holly Floss story
and YOU are Mark Lefcowitz
--------------------------------------------------------------------
How kind of you to feed me some non-answers.
You're just looking out for the little guys, right? Starting crusades for justice whenever a worthy enough fraud grabs your attention.
You know, I think this post is a bit more revealing of your true character. I see why you couldn't post it over here. That's what I get for forgetting what you really are. again.

Zami: What a creepy guy you are. [*now there's the pot calling the kettle black] There is a quid pro quo agreement on the table on IHUB. Serf has a few questions to answer.
You don't just barge in and ask me more. IF, you had asked Serf to answer my one question to him, then I would have considered answering yours out of turn.
Get with the game, ass. You don't just pile on. You show equal time and equal inquiry into Serf and I will answer.
E

I already know Serf, bud. I don't know you.
You're always good for a laugh though.
Sleep tight.
btw, seven in a row on the SHO
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
that's 11 days with AT LEAST 1/2% the OS failed to deliver. With nearly 1 billion shares churned over those same 11 days as we PLUMMET, it certainly is peculiar they can't find enough real shares to deliver. Why would the price go down every day when every day AT LEAST 14,500,000 shares still DON'T EXIST and need to be bought.
I wonder.
I see you over there on RB.
This is why I just can't believe your intentions are benevolent .
If only you could answer the question, it would be a whole new ballgame.
How do you get paid?
Now how hard was that?
"Let me be clear:
I am not Mark L.
I do not know Mark L.
I am not short TLND."
Statements instead of questions. I like that. Now, I know its pushing it, but you're doing very good, so why don't you answer the BIG question....while you're in the mood.
If you're not Mark L...
And you're not short TLND....
then who are you? If you are truly interested in exposing scams and not perpetrating your own, then why the extreme secrecy about who you are or work for? Of all the scams out there. Why this one? Why the countless posts and hours?
I think many simply cannot believe you don't have a financial interest in being here. Given the volume of posts and your knowledge of the subjects involved, it seems obvious this is what you do for a living.
How do you get paid?
I admire you though.
At least you're making money.
And stop using the word dissemble!!
For godsakes. Flip the page on the word-a-day calendar. I admit, I had to look it up the first time. But you've used it a THOUSAND times since. Is that your 'smart' word?
so ironic, when you just happen to be the godfrickingdamn QUEEN of dissembling!
Serf asked you some damn good questions.
How many have you answered?

OK, here goes -- I will start the discussion:
It begins with learning a little bit about who Even is, not in a personal (good guy/bad guy) capacity, but in terms of his possible relationship to the company or its alleged opponents. I have already been through this grueling process, and it has been summarily decided that I am a shill. Now it's it's E's turn. He was EXTREMELY quick to defend Mark Lefkowitz. I always thought that was odd....in fact, the whole situation is odd, for at least four reasons:
1. Why were we threatened with libel and slander suits for publicly mentioning Mark's name in connection with illegal shorting activities? Why bother if it's not true?
2. What about the public claim that Mark shorted the S8s issued by Millagro? That was never refuted either. From what I have read, the cancelled S8s were the birth of this allegedly enormous short position. Such an inflammatory claim...yet no one has ever said this isn't true.
3. If Mark and/or Compass is not involved in this "deal," why hasn't Mark objected to the public mention of his name in connection with the short position on TLND? Compass appears to be a fairly well-known financing organization...with very deep pockets. They operate several private and publicly traded funds. If I were Mark, I would have filed cease and desist orders against the half-dozen or so posters who repeatedly mentioned his name both here and on RB. It's very bad for business, IMO.
4. According to SHO, there IS a short position on this stock. Since it is not possible for the average investor to legally short a penny stock, this short position has been created through orders filed directly with the MMs--the ONLY peeps allowed to sell naked shares. Someone with connections in high places is shorting the stock, IMO. And as yet, I've heard no denials coming
E, you're a riot.
Now its time to be one big happy family, right? Lets give you everything we got, right? You're here to help us, right?
How many times did I offer to share information, if only you would contact me. I gave you my #, my e-mail, my name. How many times?
Never got a letter. Never got a call.
You're here to help those that got swindled? Believe me when I say, I've lost more than most here. If insiders sold us short, I'd be first on line to donate all the info I have in the name of taking them down. If insiders intentionally defrauded us honest investors with the issuance of false press and fake cyberspace rumors, I'd be first on line to help take them down.
If you could make the tiniest, slightest, eensy weensiest effort to simply show us that you are a real person, you are not and do not work for Mark or Compass Capital, or, for that matter, anyone short...If you would make only the slightest effort to prove you are on the side of good and not evil, I'd be first on line to help you in your fight.
The fact that you won't do this, the simplest of things, speaks volumes.
EDITED: pasuquin, got a link? eom
never mind.
agreed. not much left to lose. as sad as that may be.
replace "drugs" with "Telatinos":
Drug Ballad
'Cause every time I go to try an' leave
Something keeps pullin' on my sleeve
I don't wanna, but I gotta stay
These drugs really got ahold of me
'Cause every time I try to tell them "no"
They won't let me ever let 'em go
I'm a sucka all I gotta say
These drugs really got ahold of me
Oh yeah, and who pays your checks, bub?
I don't get that about you.
Who gives a crap about the messengers? Go after the queen bee.
agreed. if this is a bluff, then I'm certainly tuff enuff as Bloc so catchingly put it. but every day that passes without real news from the company is another confirmation that we've been had. bad. eventually it will be time to throw in the towel and start asking some serious questions
if and when that time comes, first on my list will be:
EVEN, who pays your checks, bub?
lol. I've lost enough here that I'm not exactly gonna walk away whistling dixie.
If this is truly dead in the water and the company remains mum, I think I'll be around quite a bit trying to get to the bottom of what really happened these past 6 months.
Not to mention where the money went.
