Lol people these days with there filping right away and short term positions. I get it though they are trying to build wealth. I started at .03 @ NEWC early last year. I sold some and added a large position in sub Penny's / repeat and my avg is looking really nice still with my 3.3m shares. Will load more if it goes lower or when we are back on track. Going to be a good year for NEWC.

Nice post totally agree! MM's have been loading heavily in the past few weeks. Should be a good day tomorrow and news any day but sideways till end of April.

You should always have some free shares to flip from your core investment. Makes it less boring unless it doesn't move at all.

There's other stocks out there that can make a lot short term. This one is not. I know you probably don't have much money and your not even short on this stock. If you are it's a very low amount that just makes spare change. I also know you sold to soon on owcp. So you came here to try to make up for it. It's OK though thats how you learn. But once you have tons of money you can wait all the time you want on any stock.

It's all speculation right now it's pointless to dig that far back when you will soon find out the truth. I would like to see a PR or Email about it with all the documentation John said he has on it.

I remember reading one of the Emails from John stating that if people got out of hand with this he will release a PR explaining that they have no ties with the company anymore.

Another email from John about the subject..

"Does the company still have ties with Mr. Gotshalk? If so what is his role?"

Mr. Gotshalk has no ties to the Company, he's the former CEO that I acquired the controlling interest in NEWC from when he got into trouble because of his father over another stock that has nothing to do with NEWC about 10 years ago. I was able to acquire the company on favorable terms because of it, one of the terms being a consulting agreement that has expired. This is well documented in several filings. When you take over a company you need to have a good relationship with former management to have a smooth transition. It is very typical for public companies to have consulting agreements with former management. Although on paper he looks bad, it was his father that did the alleged "bad deed", he basically sent a fax at his father's direction that caused him to get in trouble. I'm not defending his actions only adding clarity to you since you're being manipulated by short sellers that know how to read filings, I suggest you do the same. Go back and READ the filings, not just tidbits that a manipulator is feeding you. 

End of April is deadline after that you got a problem but with all the backing they got I doubt it.
