A friend of mine that knows him is convinced that Richard has been bought out, that is the only way that he can explain Richard's behavior.

Seriously this cannot open his mouth with spinning a lie. Last week he was trying to tell me that Turrini was responcable for not paying a $8k bill for the company about two years ago. When i pointed out to him that Turriniwas not the CEO then, so then he said right it was George Schilling that did that. This guy already knew that it was GC but because he wanted Turrini to look bad he spun it on turrini not thinking that i would catch it. It just so sick what this guy is doing.

lg1813, good post, while Turrini and Valente was out trying to get a deal together for the company Richard, Kathy, and Drago was out fabricating lies to get rid of Turrini and Valente. He is withholding other information tha could help the company. for example Turrini sent them a deal that he and Valente put together, from what I understand it’s a very important deal, but guess what Richard is sitting on it and will not returne Turrini's call to get it out. Richard I know that you are reading the board so this is what we the shareholders want you to do.
1.Release a copy of the letter that you and the Daics had clamed to have sent to Cristian Turrini and Alessendro Valente.
2.We demand to have a conference call with the shareholders, Kathy Daic, Richard Pattin, Cristian Turrini, and Mario the one you and the Diacs calls the smoking gun.
3.You are withholding information from the shareholders and Cristian turrini the CEO of the company. You ser are breaking the law, you should release those information immediately.
4. For the good of the company you should resign.

I'm gonna tip my hat off to Final4 a good friend of mine. The man has class and character, something that you Richard don't even know the meaning of. You thought that you could bring the man over into your little corrupt world of kathy and Drago. See Richard, Final4 knows right from wrong, what you are doing is wrong and he even tried to pull you away from it but I think what he learned was that he can't change the nature of a man. Final4 knew in his gut that you and the diacs were trying to screw Turrini. With the Daic he could understand that but you Richard that is what blows his mind, you was the one that was supposed to protect the shareholders from the Diacs like Turrini was doing, but instead you went out and form a team with them. you were one of the last person in the world that he expected to be that corrupt. Now you wonder why you cant hear from him. He wants to stay as far away from you guys as possible.

Folks if you notice my posting, over the last month I have not said one thing about Richard on this board and that is because we started up back a conversation after that disappointment I had in him. I really thought that he was getting it this time but apparently I was wrong. I had a very disturbing conversation with him on Sunday night, a conversation that had me not sleeping all night long. We were talking on the phone and suddenly Richard said to me that Drago and Mario are to best friends now, so I said what are you talking about, then he said as a mater of fact Mario and Drago does way back
. Folks that was so bizarre to me because I already knew that Mario did not know Drago. Now that was Sunday night, so yesterday I called Turrini and like a miracle the first words out of by moth after we greeted was was what Richard had told me the night before and just like that Mario happened to be there having lunch with Turrini. Folks Mario was really upset and getting tired of all the bs and wanted to talk to richard, so Turrini called Richard and text messaged him and up until now not a reply from Richard. If we don't stop them from doing what they are doing this company will be beyond repair.

Now a few months ago there was supposedly letters sent out from Richard and Kathy Daic for the firing of Turrini and Alessendro valenti. They clamed that they had the big smoking gun on turrini( I call it the big smoking lie) that he turrini took the Baxter patent from clyw, and Turrini and baxter went to start another company and there they met an investor by the name of Mario. Mario not knowing that gave turrini and baxter $300k to help this new company. It gets better from here. Daic clames that he went to maime and met with Mario, Richard told Mike that Drago speaks with Mario 3 times per week, and that they were waiting on a secret document from Mario that was going to finally berry Turrini. Folks they made it up, it was one big lie to deceived the shareholders and get rid of Turrini, now what were they planning on doing? that is the big question. Folks it was just yesterday I was speaking with turrini on the phone with Mario sitting there having lunch with turrini and turrini had us on his speaker phone and mario telling me that he had never met drago in his life. Mario said that drago and kathy went to Florida once to his office and met with his wife briefly and that was it. FOLKS DON’T YOU THINK WE NEED A CONFRENCE CALL WITH THE SHAREHOLDERS ? AFTER ALL THAT IS WHAT THEY USED TO SO CALL FIRED THE MAN, A GREAT LIE. AND FOLKS TURRINI STILL HAS NOT SEEN THAT LETTER.

Now I don’t want to go back over the things on what Turrini did to get this company really going on the right track, and every step of the way Kathy Daic and Richard voted against each and everyone of them.(You all should check back on dhwco's earlier posts he explained them very well) Now Kathy, Drago, and Richard went even father, they planed on a scheme to get rid of Turrini. With Richard as the messenger they began to spread some lies to a few of the investors about Turrini, lies that would make anyone vomit. There is a simple solution I'm working on now. I'm will post Turrini's email on the board for those who wants to get more information. After that then we the shareholders demand a conference call with turrini, Mario, and Richard. Turrini wants to do this. Richard needs to answer a lot of question to the shareholders.

And guess what folks?, right as I speak Turrini has a private investor that is willing and ready to fund the company, but guess what again? Richard is in hiding. The company has no money, the office is closed up, Turrini has been trying to get in touch with this guy Richard since yesterday and he will not return Turrini's call. I spoke to Richard last night about calling Turrini and another mater which I will tell you people about later. He told me that he would call turrini right away and up until Richard still has not returned Turrini call.

Yes i know where Cristian Turrini is. What i'm about to say later is something that i was trying very hard not to bring it on a message board. I was waiting to see if Richard would come clean. I honestly was willing give this guy one more chance, but as Mike said Richard fell over on to the dark side of Drago and Kathy Daic. some of you already know the story, but i want every body to know the truth and the whole story. For the good of this company Richard needs to stept down.

Yep, back then too it seems like there were a whole lot of LG calling Nokia trying to sabotage the company from been succeeding. Now I wonder what is the motive. No doubt this same LG must be having some conversations with T-MOBILE.

About two years ago when Cristian made the announcement on the Baxter patents someone right after that sent an email to Baxter. This person was hoping to sabotage the company by not having Baxter sell the patent to Calypso.

I agree, its like Carlos and Dotson all over again. Right now there is zero trust in the Daics. These people has not shown any goodwill towards the shareholders since we bought out Carlos, and just like Carlos was they came here to rape the shareholders to only satisfy there own selfish greed.

Heard that the T-Mobile hearing or whatever they call it is scheduled 20 days from Friday. Drago and Jimmy Williamson will sign the patent back to Calypso before these 20 days or up. Lets see if they are really going to do what they promise.

DiVitas is doing well off our patent. I remember once upon a time they paid a visit to Calypso's office and they new that they were infringing.

The plan was to fire the CEO on some bs charges that had not one piece of evidence, and then rape the company and the shareholders. Folks, Kathy and Drago are no different from Bernie madoff , these two people should be in jail for seriously trying to damage the company and its shareholders. Wait until the truth finally comes out.

Kathy Daic needs to be investigated by the SEC and remove from the board. Now why is she plotting the removal of the CEO? could it be because of her husband self interest? all these things need to be investigated. Is this a Sheryl Dotson -Carlos Mendoza all over again?

I just had a very sad conversation with with a large and important investor of clyw. He told me that Richard Pattin has betrayed his trust and that he wants Richard Pattin down. I have to say this to you Richard, after talking to this person you are a lot worse that I thought.

Talkoption, you killing me man, you need to get your facts from both sides of the coin. When DAIC, ROSS SEARS AND THE TOBAGO ATTORNEYS GETS THEIR CUT OUT OF THE T-MOBILE SUIT. When you look at the totality of everything it's gonna make the Acacia deal looks like one of the greatest opportunity that never happened. Also didn't you know that after we bought out Carlos's shares Turrini was sitting in the driver's seat against Acacia where he could have gone and renegotiate the deal? didn't you know that Turrrini had a chance to sign up the freaking best patent litigation attorney in the country and for some mysterious reason it never happened? you have any idea who Ross Sears is? you need the check the facts and stop listening to Richard, he is only a yes man to Kathy and Drago.

We know what they did and a lot of people are waiting to file a class action law suit. Considering what they did to Turrini i would not be surprise if he didn't file suit aganist them too.

This past weekend there was a slight opening for Richard to step forward and make it right, and for a moment there I thought that he would seize the moment with the facts at hand, and stand firm with Turrini to stop the Daics from their evilness against Turrini and the company. Well Richard boy, I guess I was wrong, you're in too deep my friend.
