doesn't Sandy/BKMP need Prefferred shares in his portolio to prevent hostile takeovers?

Anyway-the whole excersie here was to see what sandy would get according to the number of Preferred shares he had once the company was sold.

I know Prefferred Shares are much more valueable than common shares- I just don't know if the same holds true for Restricted Shares-
I'm also pretty sure that when a company closes up shop, it is the Prefferred, Class A & B Shares that get taken care of- not common shares, unless they are common shares with dividends.

I guess it all depends on how Sandy wants to play it.

Maybe all this thinking is just a waste of my time- and anyone else that reads it......overthinking a simple equation.

I think the commons get nothing or next to nothing-and somehow,the restricted come away smelling like Roses-just a feeling.

Sandy has been/is an "ass"et to BKMP-done a great job funding TFN-The ROI for Sandy "specifically" is not a problem and I can imagine is pretty Rosy-
it's the shareholders of BKMP left standing with 13 Billion Shares that are getting the shaft.

Might be one trick left in the bag-I'm waiting to see if it'll help MY ROI,LOL.

yes Sandy "IS" BKMP-have thought about that a few times.

and you are absolutely correct TFN's success does not translate directly to BKMP's success. It certainly helps,however, with share structure as it is and other snafu's Sandy pulled off-we are struggling and will continue to struggle until he comes out with another letter to shareholders explaining what the current situation is for BKMP Shareholders.

I don't need my hand held nor do I think anyone else does-just a crystal clear indication of what is going on with the company-BKMP.

All just my opinion

IMO-ya can't talk of BKMP-without getting TFN being in the mix-simply because of the 20% ownership of BKMP of Blackout Communications(TFN)
