What qualifies as a large shareholder?
Hi She,
Welcome to the board.
Are you affiliated with an organization or are you buying shares independently?
Thanks.
???
The reality of posts like this are what keep me interested in the long run. The day-to-day isn't great, but the potential is there. Whether you already have skin in the game or you're waiting for clearer fruition, the idea of receiving a fraction of this expensive industry is tantalizing.
I feel the same way. Market cap remains the same but I don't think we should scoff at the psychology of investors/traders.
Hardly an exception if it isn't in the official list of requirements.
Can you give me a source on this? I can't find anything other than stating that NYSE Arca is an ECN where market makers do their job.
Alan, I was under the idea that you were just skeptical but here you're either misunderstanding the listing requirements or you're intentionally cherry picking the least achievable option.
Not quite Alan.
There's 3 separate tiers of NASDAQ that can be applied for.
The information you gathered from investopedia is for the highest tier NASDAQ Global Select. The next tier is NASDAQ Global Market...and our best bet is NASDAQ Capital Market.

Companies only need to meet the criteria under at least one of the three standards (Equity Standard,Market Value of Listed Securities Standard, Net Income Standard).
We still don't fulfill any of them but it's not far off.

No space after Printrite allowed eight to find it.
Hey Silver,
Do you anticipate share appreciation to be less (% wise) post split than if revenues were recognized pre-split?
Thanks.
Kinda looks like a paint down, too...like one of our artists used to do.
True. The 3 beta systems of the MetalFAB1 that have been sold *hopefully include* the PR3D suite -- could be just the tip of the iceberg.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
I admit I don't have much experience on the matter and was hoping to hear from the more knowledgeable folks.
Do they manipulate stocks downward because there's more liquidity (ie, ability to cover) at lower prices?
I don't get it either, unless uplisting causes some panic because the company will no longer be traded on a less than reputable exchange.

Looks like Nasdaq Capital Market would be our only choice here.
If I'm not mistaken, we are not eligible in any of the 3 standards. However, we are only 1 requirement short of fulfilling the Equity Standard (5MM in shareholder's equity), and 2 requirements short of fulfilling the Market Value of Listed Securities Standard (4MM in shareholder's equity and 50 million market cap).
Where do we expect to generate enough cash/assets to meet either requirement?
Debt results in a wash, so it looks like they're going to issue shares for cash (not through the S-3 due to not meeting those requirements) to meet the Equity Standard which would be enough to uplist. Which makes me think the share repurchase plan of up to $100,000 is set to keep the share price afloat to meet the requirements while dilution takes place.
I think we're in for a wild ride.
I think we can say with certainty that it will at least help the company. Time will tell for shareholders.
How about regular ol' debt financing?
I had to take off my socks to do the math.
Kinda bummed we didn't hear from the analysts from Oppenheimer or Cowen that were on previous conference calls. I'm sure they'd have something to say about the reverse split, uplisting, etc.
Haha, looks like we know who's dumping.
Or you can join the webcast
Haha, not RFB. I'm just a bit paranoid about what's going to happen.
I was thinking that the buyback COULD be used to lessen the blow. They haven't done anything that suggests shady business tactics. I'm just saying that the potential is there.
I was thinking about that...seems like the 100k buyback could be used to ease investor's tensions(but really it would be a drop in the bucket).
That's what I was thinking as well...however, I did notice on the Sante Fe Business Incubator homepage, they list their total square footage at 30,000.
Are you saying there would be potential backlash for significant contracts being made with a company trading on the OTC markets?
Or is it just general sentiment that OTC is for shill/garbage companies (which based on my experience, has been nearly 100% true).
Hey Silver,
I was wondering if you had any questions you'd like answered for the conference call?
Thanks.
I'd err on the side of conservative optimism going into the conference call. I don't think there's going to be some huge reveal, however, we can uncover some of the gritty details we've been looking for.
I'd like for us to gather questions and one of our more eloquent speakers ask on all of our behalf.
Haha, don't bring up deadlines.
*crosses fingers*
I hope those beta systems include a certain add-on package.
Great find.
I know a lot of people have questions about their business acumen but surely they should be considered prudent spenders.
Hmm, I thought I recalled them saying that they expected to receive those funds from American Makes program in 2016.
Thank you Jackle.
I appreciate posts like this that seem to see through the day to day "noise".
You and Silversmith do this consistently and it's very much appreciated.
Biggest takeaways so far
We're already on the hook but the bait is tasting stale.
Long periods with no news aren't exactly known as a positive sign.
