Mike-
You and I think alike. I know why. My thoughts
are that if with the audited financials in place and
filed that they may have a form 211 immediately ready to
file with a sponsoring broker lined up to go to the OTCC BB.
First step to get this thing out of "pinkyland" In my
opinion that should be a very, very high priority. It
forces compliance, disclosure, and a slightly better
quality investor (not by much-but some) will come onboard.
I not sure if they qualify or not to "piggyback" directly
to the OTCC or not. Cannot remember the rules on that.
Anyway, I think we are setup for a great ride!
Mike
Cruz-
Spot on!
Mike
GM All FCCNer's-
Here are some thoughts that may allay some FUD. FCCN
is a pinksheet company-they do not have to file a 10K
at all. I don't think you will see an FCCNE coming from
the SEC on the "late" filing. They did the filings in the
past to cleanup the shell and to give shareholders comfort
that all the old "s__t was being put to bed. As Man mentioned
in his post # 78039, Peacock has alot on the line here. He has
his personal reputation as well as Javelin's (he is the CEO)
at stake here. As was mentioned, if he "screws the pooch" on
this deal then he and his other deals will surely unass them-
selves from the fallout on this one. Javelin will not gain
much recognition as consultants if this craters.
Also if this deal was not going to make, Aero and Javelin
would have know about it quite awhile ago. Methinks if that
were the case and they did not inform us of this "material
event" then I think they better grab their ass cause the
SEC and lawsuits would surely follow on this. There are plenty
here IMHO that would not take this lying down. That includes
me.
Peacocks P/R referenceing timeframes stated the word "anticipated" closing. That is as firm as the words
"we hope to", "we expect to", etc. The week of September
30th starts Sunday. There was some mention, I believe to Todd
by Andrew in one of their 3rd party relayed conversations that
their would have to be a share swap that would probably overlap a weekend. IMHO this weekend is as likely as any.
So to cut this exercise in verbosity to a minimum, here is my
thoughts on what may be transpiring given the week of September 30th timeframe.
(1) The share tendering is this weekend.
(2) We may or may not see a 10K-not a ncessity for filing-but
would certainly alleviate shareholder concerns. If I had
to quess maybe Monday or Tuesday with PR.
(3) 8K gets filed AH Friday or preopening Monday the 8th.
(4) AERO PR's subsequent to 8K filing with forward outlook
on what company has been doing and what they hope to
accomplish going forward.
All of the above are my thoughts only, others may have a
different take. One thing is for sure-this is not a SLJB,
CKYS, etc. scam. Tremendous credibility for both AERO, Hunsaker, Peacock, and Javelin is at stake here, as well as,
potential lawsuits, etc. The byword here in "pinkyland" is
patience. I know it is nerve racking for those who want to
flip, play MOMO, short, and pay ST cap gains tax on their
departure. I will take the long odds on this one-we will have
a merger, AERO will be successful, and perseverance for the
not faint of heart will have just rewards. Sorry for the rantings here. Think I will go mow some grass (hopefully for
the last time this year) and have a few brewsky's and wait
this thing out.
Whatever your style best of luck to you.
Mike

Hot-
You are correct on that one. Will not be hard to get
sponsoring MM's for uplist.
GLTU
Mike
third-
I know, I am also!
Mike
Well-
Microsoft started as a glorified garage operation LOL
Mike
I don't know. What does a 911 or a 411 mean in
MM jargon?
Mike
Penn-
Your current assessment of things surrounding this company
appears spot on. No argument here.
Mike
Pietro-
Just to keep things updated add 150K to my total now
650K. Thanks!
Mike
Lindy-
It is impressive!
Mike
Dr.-
Right no big deal. Probably stop losses put in earlier in
the day in the .031 and .0315 range. Anyway, we had buying at the end of the day. IMHO a healthy day for us. Will wait to
see what tomorrow brings.
Mike
Doc-
I totally agree with you.
Mike
It is possible. If we do I think it will be followed
by a quick bounce IMO. I think we close today around
.034 or .035. Just a hunch which isn't worth much LOL
Mike
Gap filled .0325
Mike
Dr.
Agree. Very Nice. I don't want to see gappers and momo
they invite flippers which ultimately kills off a pinky.
Want to see this thing acting like a stock ready to uplist.
IMHO I think it will.
Mike
curtbs-
Well finally 11,000 at the ask. Somebody did LOL
Mike
Earthly-
Yes and no sellers either since that last trade.
Mike
booger-
I truly hope we do not have a gap tomorrow. If a stock has a breakaway gap then it may never get filled. In the pinks the
MM's have a tendency to always walk them down to fill the gaps. There is plenty of juice coming up for this stock in the
8K/10K but I personally do not like gappers just slow steady
rising price with minor pullbacks seems to work best for most
stocks. All IMHO
Mike
Took a little flyer here-bought 100K more at .004 around 12:45.
Mike
Money-
They are holding it tight then at .012 JMHO
Mike
Micro-
Apparently alot. I boughtt 150K a few minutes ago and it filled almost instantly.
Mike
Texas-
Hope you are right. Right now the only thing I am interested
in is a re-listing and some long overdue forthcoming info
from the company and not some fluff, vaporware, "news".
Frustration here is at an all time high LOL
Mike
Lake-
Good that is what I received and that is what it was
declared to be by BIGN.
Mike
I received my dividend in ST, big deal 8 months later.
But I called ST and checked my balance of shares in BIGN
at January 1, 2007 and I received the appropriate dividend
at the 19:1 as declared by BIGN at that time. Finally answered
my own question.
Mike
Lake-
Mine are their also in ST. What was the final ratio supposed
to be. Relying on memory which is fatal for me LOL was it 19
or 30:1. Thanks,
Mike
Pietro-
Thanks!
Mike
Pietro-
I somehow slipped out of your IHub shareholder count list.
Put in for 500,000. Thanks again.
Mike
Pietro
I have never reported 'til now. Add me with 500K.
Thanks,
Mike
Pietro-
Very, Very good advice!
Mike
Strange!
Mike
Bell-
I think you mean Monday the 24th, no?
Mike
I like the way this is hanging on with low volume
today. Methinks this is a good sign.
Mike
Allie-
I did not get it either, but sent you a private PM with
my email addy on it. Thanks> Got back into SPZI last week.
Things look like they are starting to heat up here.
Mike
Satori-
Yep! But it is a start!
Mike
IW-
Thanks, very interesting.
Mike
Eats-
You said it all. Your synopsis is 100% correct. After all of
this and the lapse of time, I tend to think that there is a possiblity that the ETLOI is dead. Hope I am wrong. But we did not know about the water at Grimes until much later. As to the name change, yes, ridiculous. Many a penny has touted audited financials and uplistings. CKYS and SLJB to name a few. Where are they now? Under investigation. Where are we now, on the greys after a 10 day halt by the SEC. I am still long here, probably and idiot, because I will not sell any at this level. But all does not look so good in paradise, here.
Best,
Mike
IW-
Good point! That's hard to do. Like I said clarity and
P/R writing capabilities are really lacking.
Mike
Cass-
Good diggin". Generally when an attorney goes before the
court as the attorney of record with court for the plaintiff
or defendant. They cannot withdraw from representation without
the judges permission and usually with presentment of cause.
An attorney usually cannot just say, I no longer represent
you to their client and walk away.
Mike
MB-
I don't think it is as much that (with the SEC around) as
it is that they may be confused themselves as to what they
are doing. LOL. Anyway, as I have said before when an entity
wants to move into the "bigger leagues" they will have to hire
and IR firm. Hopefully one that knows how to write P/R's that
are clear, concise, informative (ha, ha) and "meaty". These
are the things that big companies are made of. When one or more of our longs have to call IR for clarification on what the last P/R meant and we are still scratching our head here,
well, you know what I mean
Best,
Mike
Seems that whoever writes and edits BIGN's P/R's
needs to take a class in clarity 101. LOL
Mike
