Where did all the money go?
Another deal down the crapper. Im shocked. Update on XNRG forum.
I agree with you and investors should also do the proper DD on the stock they invest in. A lot of investors would still have there money if the proper DD would of been done on this stock.
Here is the rest of the interview. Its always good for A laugh. http://abc.az/eng/interview/176.html
"Xun Energy Company has suddenly plunged into oil business making it clear that it’s not going to stay in the shadow of large oil producing monsters and that it’s quite able to knock Exxon, the world leader, off its pedestal.
Jerry G. Mikolajczyk, the President of Xun Energy gave an exclusive interview to Fineko Information Agency (abc.az)"
Show me the proof that any of that happened.
So very easy for you to say. When you talk to these people and find out how much money was lost then it makes you sick.
It seems to me that XNRG has there own interpretation of the words COMPLETED and CLOSING. I will ad all this information to the "GOOD NEWS" file witch is getting rather full while my completed file still has lots of room.
Is A NT10-K not required?
More spin posted on XNRG forum.
I agree.
Update on XNRG forum.
Nobody answers. Can not even leave a message.
AMEN.
Any idea what the holdup is?
I think your safe with that prediction.
Im not sure where the next business adventure will be but I think I can guarantee it will not be Madagascar.
This is the new MINECORE. It will just fade away.

Thank you Callen for your post and question in Post #1 above.
We have replicated your post below:
Hello Jerry:
Would you please address the matter of XNRG currently being in default status with the Nevada Secretary of State?
Your honesty and transparency would be appreciated by your shareholders.
Regards
Question #1: Would you please address the matter of XNRG currently being in default status with the Nevada Secretary of State?
Response #1: The Company confirms that it is delinquent in filing its annual return with the State of Nevada. The cost to file the annual return is $8,725 which includes a late fee of $175.00, refer to link: http://nvsos.gov/SOSEnti...wUVooTkk9MyrfQ%253d%253d
The Company made a business decision, in the best interests of the shareholders, to delay filing of the Nevada Annual List of Officers and use the limited amount of funds that it has for the auditors so that the November 30, 2014 and February 28, 2015 quarterly reports can be filed with the SEC. It is the Company's opinion that the Nevada Annual List of Officers is important, but not critical to its operations, as compared to having the quarterly reports filed with the SEC.
It is unfortunate that the Auditor's are delayed in completing their reviews of both the November 30, 2014 and February 28, 2015 quarterly reports due to their manpower restraints and not payment of the quoted fees by the Company. They are working on completing the reviews and we expect to be filing the November 30, 2014 quarterly report soon and thereafter the February 28, 2015 quarterly report. A definitive date cannot be provided without unreasonable effort and expense by the Company.
DISCLAIMER: SUBJECT TO SAFE HARBOR CLAUSE.
We thank you for your interest, support and faith in the Company.
Respectfully,
Xun Energy, Inc.
Jerry G. Mikolajczyk
President PERHAPS THIS WAS NOT THE BEST BUSINESS DECISION?
"May to September is the high season for the Majors and we expect to see some traction over the next few months and possible sales. We also hope to close on the physical commodity trades that we currently have in progress" TIME IS RUNNING OUT FAST.
Investing pretend money in A pretend business. Not sure who the guilty one is in this case. http://calcorporatelaw.com/2013/04/emptores-caveant-buyer-liability-in-securities-offerings/
This should answer all your questions.http://www.pa.gov/Pages/default.aspx#.VdMT6TbD-M8
This brings more questions to mind. With all this "experience and expertise" why did the company not do the proper research on FILKAS? A well known scam in the industry.
I would like to hear from those "active & committed buyers" to set my mind at ease.
According to XNRG forum the company claims to be "FACILITATING" 9 orders. Webster's definition of facilitate is "TO MAKE EASY". My question is how can A company with no successful commodity deals under there belt make an order go easy for anyone?
Does XNRG have the experience to deal in such A bad oil market? http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-08-08/stephen-schork-commodity-crash-canary-coal-mine-global-economy
On the run maybe?
I agreed with everything you said until you got to the part about XNRG.
The future for JET fuel sure don't sound good. http://www.platts.com/jetfuel
A dozen deals in the works sure sounds good but if I remember correctly it was not long ago there was A promise of 30 oil wells with an option of 15 more in PA that did not work out real good.
Any ideas as to why the big drop today?
The RICE 15 is at A 5to1 ratio. Does anyone know the cost to haul and process the Brine water? Is this well worth pumping?
Im having flashbacks of MINECORE all over again.
Its very hard to keep the faith when there is so much fraud with commodity trading. http://www.cftc.gov/consumerprotection/fraudawarenessprevention/index.htm
XNRG seems to be following the same death spiral that MINECORE did.
This one even gives you the gallons they supply. http://www.bp.com/en/global/bp-air/aviation-fuel.html
Lets meet some of the competition that XNRG is up against. http://www.shell.com/global/products-services/solutions-for-businesses/aviation/news-and-library/press-releases/2014/press-release05202014.html
Interesting info on JET FUEL. http://petrofinder.com/dealgate/dealgate_read_new.php?deal_no=220&page=1
Rising jet fuel prices are good for those able to buy low. Perhaps XNRG has missed that. You know "BUY LOW SELL HIGH"
I failed to find in the SEC rule book where hints are an acceptable form of filing.
