This company has no sales, no products, is on the Pinks, and is alternative reporting...please tell me this was a joke
I think you’re missing a few things. I don’t see them throwing things against the wall to see what sticks. Lemin is already in some big chains, and from their recent PRs, is a brand that’s growing, so looks like that brand is sticking. It’s a mainstream brand, that will have no resistance in any market and open doors for their hemp/CBD products, smart move.
Did you miss the PR on the rebranding and new can design? You may want to check them out, the new can designs look amazing.
This thing is going to fall hard...take your profits by EOD, no support for this run up. GLTA
The issue is with the OTC website, not an S1 issue. Seriously doubt this would hold up news
I saw that too. First time I’ve seen pre market trades for KGKG. See it with bigger NASDAQ companies all the time. Interesting...
Bingo! Perfectly said Sqeezer
With the time it took them between posting amendments getting shorter and betting this being the last one, I think they’ll get this done before the end of the year.
I don’t think there will be any substantial news for the rest of this year unless the S1 gets registered between now and then. I’ve pretty much written off 2020 and don’t watch this day to day like many others here do. I’m long here and personally feel 2021 is going to be a good time to be in this. As long as we see an increase in revenue on Monday, that’s a positive step forward. The same goes for Q4.
Agree. Once the S1 is registered, we’ll see things start rolling.
You nailed it Jag, well said!
I agree with you Country, great news for the company! I was making a point with Xray that you can’t rely on DNB for accurate numbers.
I truly hope you do not rely on DNB for your DD. DNB is not accurate data, case in point DNB list 3 employees and Global’s website lists 7, not including back office roles if they have any.
Their website shows 7 employees on their contact page and they are a private company, so entertain us all and share with the board how you know their revenue.
Maybe do some research before posting false information.
Well played!
Pura reported $1.6 million in revenue through the first two quarters, but where can you buy their water? Does anyone know of any stores or chains that carry their products?
Thank you knife, 100% correct!
I did do my own DD and found some great information, but what you keep referencing does not affect consumer products Mr Lance, I mean Mr Conman. ;)
You are 100% incorrect and should stop spreading false information.
If what you say is true, please entertain us all and provide a link to the DEA stating hemp seed in products is a crime. You won’t, because you can’t.
Hemp is 100% legal in all 50 states, he has no idea what he’s talking about. Walmart, Amazon, and hundreds of other big retailers sell hemp products and that’s not going to change. That’s what’s attractive about this company, is they are diversified. If for whatever reason, which IMO will not happen, CBD is banned by the FDA, we still have a core product with Kona.
Well said Knife.
2Q revenue outpaced Q1 revenue, I’ll take that. Expenses were high, as expected. Big expenses for the S1 filing.
There are many public companies that operate in the red, especially young companies, heck most young tech companies have zero revenue for years, so I’m not concerned at all.
With financing lined up, sounds like they will be able to cover their burn rate as sales increase, which is important.
It’s not their job to explain public filings to you or other shareholders. You don’t see other public company’s doing this. Do your DD or just continue to complain about it, your choice.
That ask is getting eaten up!!
“Obscene” is an opinion. If the authorized was increased for acquisition and capital infusion purposes, then the increase can be seen as a strategic and good move.
Need to leave opinions out of “stickies” but Rookie got burned by another stock, so came back here to try and get cheap shares
It’s called consolidation, which is needed and expected when a stock runs for multiple days. Experienced traders understand this and can make a nice profit timing it right.
I made no comment on the projections, I was helping others understand the PR.
You’re correct though, it has to be one heck of a second half to hit those projections.
With all that has happened this year, if they beat last years revenue, I’ll take that!
Can anyone read the PR correctly? They are only referring/comparing to revenue in 2020, not 2019. So June was their best sales month in 2020, in 2020!
Sales for Kona were over $100k for June
Sales for Gold Leaf were over 30k for June
You missed the “in 2020” part. They stated June was a record in 2020.
Solid start to the day from a solid company!
There’s going to be a lot of consolation and companies folding from the corona virus, but KG will come out on top and continue to lead in this market.
KG showed it’s resiliency yesterday closing green after being down 14% off panic selling. Had its biggest volume day in months. Looking forward to seeing that momentum carry over into today!
Go $KGKG$
She’s trying to run, so let it folks!!!
Go $KGKG$
Agree! Let’s hope this happens.
I think Gold Leaf is going to be a bright spot for them. RC tweeted today they started rolling out Lemin to more the 200 Circle K’s. A few hundred bucks at each location, do the math and it adds up quickly.
It was very smart they diversified and have their own distribution company selling other products along with theirs. Think a lot of shareholders forgot about Gold Leaf, might be just what we need.
Naturally, Notification of Late Filing posted
I was curious myself after you brought that up! Any time
With $688k in total salaries, according to the fins, and they have 10 employees listed on Otc, that’s an average of $68k per employee. Obviously some are paid higher and some lower, but that seems reasonable IMHO.
Hahahahahaha, sorry, still laughing from your “crap results” comment, hahahahahaha, oh man, so good
900% increase in revenue from the previous year is crap results?
Hahahahaha, thanks for the laugh, that was funny!
Hahaha, so true! That’s how their PRs read to me too.
I used to flip this earlier in the year, but you can’t even do that anyone.
