Thanks to the (maligned) insiders equity raise capital (.25 .333), CRGS is able to continue operations.
Ask of 21 cents keeps a discussion at bay of why those insiders were "allowed" to participate in the equity raises at .25 and .333333.
Dino
But Trucker lol, it is more fun/fashionable/cool while being in a state "beyond depressing" in front of a computer, to call DK "a liar", less than a man and of course post the products are "imaginable", while owning the decision to originally buy and hold CRGS shares.
Let's see if we lose anymore board followers as this plays out.
Life is good,
Dino
Two more have moved on since last check. Down to 88 I-Hub CRGS board followers.
Average trade price of CRGS today $ 0.200569.
Closing price .2180
Only the seller knows why they sold. I missed grabbing 10,000 shares at .17 by seconds (bid .16 ask 24,000 shares at .17) They were not up there for long. I settled for buying 8,463 shares at .205. Any shares purchased below the equity raise pricing are interesting buys to me.
Dino
Check your math. CRGS up 1/2 of a penny. Correct me if I am wrong.
Respectfully, from the post it sounds like you have an inside source on the negotiations with "the potential partner". Thanks for the info.
<< "holds all The cards in negotiations. Time, resources, conditions for further review, real world testing" >>
I have to remind myself "the devil is in the details" of any possible deal. IMO the longer negotiations, the probability of a deal increases. But I must remember "the devil is in the details"
Dino
Reminder alert: no shares of CRGS have traded as of 1:43 pm today.
Anyone know who the pump manufacturer is that CRGS is negotiating with?
Dino
Ah, the yet to be unveiled "pump manufacturer"
Explanation of Responses:
(1)
The reported transactions involve an amendment solely to extend the term of an outstanding warrant, which may be deemed to be a cancellation of the outstanding warrant and the grant of a replacement warrant. The outstanding warrant had an issue date of October 15, 2010, and has been fully exercisable since its issuance.

Someone dumped CRGS this afternoon. I admire that conviction, I've done the same years ago, dumped 90 percent of my holding when I was a disgruntled shareholder. Can always buy back later.
Dino
tripleg, Right until you are wrong, I suppose. Can I have an update on your post: "the latest word on the street" concerning pump negotiations. I have no faith in your word on the street connections.
Differing opinions is what makes a horse race:
Your friend always,
Dino
Odd bid-ask today eom...
CRGS board followers down 1 to 89 followers.
Interesting post Oakie. An "I told you so" may be coming from you down the road.
Dino
ETN and PH both missed revenue estimates. Another topic worth discussing in the right venue, which of the 4 or 5 possibilities would be the best for CRGS? Every company wants more revenue.

Parker-Hannifin (PH) Q1 Earnings Top, Revenues Miss Estimates
Zacks Equity Research
Zacks•November 1, 2018
Parker-Hannifin Corporation PH reported mixed results for first-quarter fiscal 2019 (ended September 2018).
Earnings/ Revenues
Quarterly adjusted earnings came in at $2.84 per share, up 26.8% year over year. The bottom line also outpaced the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.51.
Revenues in the fiscal first quarter were $3,479.3 million, up 3.4% year over year. The revenue figure improved 6% year over year, organically, during the quarter. However, the top line fell short of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3,534 million.
Possible CRGS pump suitor.

Eaton Earnings inline, Revenue misses In Q3
Investing.com•October 30, 2018
Investing.com - Eaton (NYSE:ETN) reported third quarter earnings that matched analyst's expectations on Tuesday and revenue that fell short of forecasts.
The firm reported earnings per share of $1.43 on revenue of $5.41B. Analysts polled by Investing.com anticipated EPS of $1.43 on revenue of $5.49B. That compared to EPS of $1.25 on revenue of $5.21B in the same period a year earlier. The company had reported EPS of $1.39 on revenue of $5.49B in the previous quarter.
For the year, Eaton shares are down 10.1%, under-performing the S&P 500 which is down 1.58% year to date.
Possible CRGS pump suitor.
Dino
Oakie I appreciate your discussion of CURA's business prospects.
"I find it strange I'm the only one who wants to remind of and discuss Jim Donnelly's presentation at the annual meeting. It's very substantial in that it was actually said, as opposed to baseless speculation on what the company management might be thinking".
I did not miss it at all sulax. Here it is:
If talking about the current negotiations, which by the way we were.
There is more than one pump manufacturer, so IMO any deal is NOT better than no deal.

Any deal is better than no deal. You don't need to do the math to figure that out...
I hope CRGS does not have any poker faces sitting at the negotiating table making statements like "At this point any deal is a good deal".
Your definition of good stated here "to be desired or approved of." contradicts "At this point any deal is a good deal"
Ah " a good deal"
Even if it were to be a great deal, it will not be good enough for a faction of posters on this board.
Definition faction: a small, organized, dissenting group within a larger one.
Pretty simple math. Buying CRGS at 25 cents and selling today at 37 cents today versus buying AMZN at 1,925 (as was suggested/posted here in a archived post) and selling today at 1,585 was a far better trade. Spinning my post does not change the facts. Discuss amongst yourselves.
Your friend always.
Dino
No matter what deal Dick strikes, it will not be good enough for a faction of posters on this board. You can take that to the bank.
Definition faction: a small, organized, dissenting group within a larger one.
Dino
Now that is hilarious. Why the question marks tripleg.
Word on the street is talks are going absolutely no where ??
You sure can compare and someone did exactly that (check the archives). Adding to CRSG in the twenty's at the time of that post is factually better than starting a position in fb/amazon at the time of that post. Spin my post if you will Ten4, discuss amongst yourselves.
Dino
Par for the course is the never ending crumbling Tough thing to take responsibility for stock decisions??? Glad I made a decision to buy CRSG at .25 instead of buying facebook or amazon at 1,925.00. XXXg tell me how that kicking amazon party went.
Worth repeating Par for the course is the never ending crumbling here
Dino
XXXg In a sea of red Torvec was green today. One heck of an Amazon/Facebook party still going on.
Dino
No such thing as a pleasant diversion here lol... Posts distorted and mailboxes stuffed. When and if the big party day arrives, we can all count our money sitting at separate tables as far as I am concerned.
Your friend always,
Dino
Nice problem to have. CurAegis Technologies. A discussion of which division could be the most profitable for shareholders.
Dino
Oakie thank you for your thoughts/posts on Cura.
Dino
Two in a row no less. I won't parse excited versus more excited.
I am excited and I like our side of the bet as to what direction this eventually turns on this volume.
Dino
Stock volume starting to portray a penny stock that is in a quiet period while in negotiations to secure a contract for one of their products with a major.
I agree Jay. Perhaps his/her limit order was for x amount of shares at 49 cents or higher. The way the stock traded today, the trader could have made a better trade imo.
