ELMS Trading well recently in part because their competition is mired in SEC investigation. They're well capitalized and will begin producing last mile delivery vehicles in Q4. It's all about orders and execution now. If they're successful it would be a multi bagger given their current $1 billion market cap. Would also seen like attractive acquisition for major auto company.
CCEL up another 11% today. Really on a run since its uplisting on Tuesday.
FONR on the move. What woke this chronic under achiever up?
CCEL to uplist to NASDAQ tomorrow
ELMS Thanks Value. Always appreciate your perspective.
FRD closed at $12.39. I think their PR's were false and misleading and they deserve to be sued. It's one thing to trade some upside gain to mitigate against commodity price declines. It's another thing to make a huge speculative bet and wipe out the opportunity of a lifetime to make huge profits in the steel business. Heads should roll over such gross incompetence.
ELMS Value you're both an ELMS fan and into technical analysis. Seems like it may have bottomed out. What's your take on the technical side?
ELMS Doubled down so average cost now $8.85. Although the market doesn't believe it, they seem well positioned to execute on their business plan and build a valuable company.
FRD I bailed out at 13.60. They're slime bags.
CPSS up 11% on pretty normal volume after Zacks recommendation. Still seems cheap to me.
CCEL CEO gave a virtual pitch today that generated some volume. Presentation is on their website and worth a look. Among other opportunities from recent Duke deal is the opening of an infusion clinic early next year that would generate $24 million in high margin annual revenues--a 70% increase from their current $33 million run rate.
SNFCA I calculate eps of .56
SNFCA in with a convoluted earnings PR that doesn't even mention EPS.
SNFCA Is their filing late? If not, why not?
ELMS Maybe we can engineer a Reddit short attack!
CPSS in with .39 for Q2 so trading at less than a 4 PE going forward. Market not impressed, but I'll keep holding.
ELMS Value--How much will they sell each van for? Multiply price times 1000 for Q4 revenue?
CPSS Earnings tomorrow AH prompting some volume and new high today. Still looks cheap to me.
ELMS on a wild ride today
BBGI Thanks for your perspective Nelson. I lose patience when management doesn't offer enough specificity about why the future is rosy.
BBGI Didn't see much to like in earnings report except general bullishness about their prospects. Considering dumping it for a slight loss. Anyone else have a view on BBGI?
BGFV has a history of tanking after great earnings then bouncing back strong
Thanks value. Very thoughtful commentary. Wonder what else he owns???
ELMS down to new lows again today. Market cap just $200 million. If they can build even a viable business this would be a multi bagger, but they certainly haven't inspired investors so far.
CPSS up on volume to new 52 week high. Anyone see any news? I own it but only a modest position because of its low volume.
So after the new rule takes effect will every OTC listing need to be a regular filer?
BBGI running hard
FRD the $5.5 million derivative gain is described as a "net recognized gain" which I read as after tax and more than half of $10.4 million in "net earnings".
The derivative gain of $5.5 million is over half of the $10.4 million or $1.50 per share in earnings. I got .70 when I backed it out.
Always a comfortable premarket when the VIX is up 25%!
FRD--Ex derivative gains, they earned .70 in Q4. Bump it some for their guidance and it annualizes to $3 with historically high margins, which likely will start declining quickly beginning in 2022 when supply/demand normalizes. Steel stocks trade at low PEs, so does FRD really deserve to trade much higher than $15? I own it but am questioning whether it will spike much tomorrow. It spiked then petered out in after hours (last I saw at least).
FRD Over half of Q4 earnings attributable to financial instrument gains. Guidance is that Q1 "results" will be better and that Q2 "operating results" will further improve. Are they guiding for better sequencial earnings in Q1 or just better operating earnings? Q2 guidance seems clearly limited to operating earnings.
Despite inflation pressures, interest rates declining steeply last few days and micros selling off. Feels like investors are getting more conservative.
CPSS bustin' a move in a down market
BBGI volume and price surging today. Is there news or a pump I missed?
CCEL got favorable albeit somewhat amateurish Seeking Alpha write up. Might account for the price firming a bit recently:

ELMS Added to my position at 10.80 so have a full position at 10.40 average.
ELMS Bought half a position just over 10 with plans to add on weakness. Whoops.
SNFCA Volume 17.5x normal. Batty indeed.
SNFCA really flying now. Maybe a pump or the guys that "big d*cked" their way into FRD???
SNFCA looks like somebody finally decided it was a buy at current depressed valuation. Today's volume already at daily average.
