BBIG ha so many rumors here, typically if the SEC had an issue with something, they would issue a trading suspension letter to stop trading instead of Nasdaq issuing a halt, which so far no letter has been released or at least not uploaded to the SEC site. The only truth I found is the last several T12 halts have been buyouts or mergers, but that's not specific to BBIG but rather the code itself. So who knows, anything is possible at this point, so should be interesting!
