I haven't heard the name Tracy Rose mentioned in a while.
Can anyone elaborate what happened to him? Sorry if I missed that info...
TIA
I SUPPORT THIS MERGER! OWENS AND JEFF DIGENOVA 100%
I couldn't agree more. Having some like James Owens in our corner gives us hope.
I didn't know you sold your shares, took that lose and bought back in.
I sure hope you not only recover your loss (hopefully it came in handy @ tax time) but you profit in the future.
All the best CAT.
But you've got admit the "road Trip" would be great fun. The look on their faces might be worth the price of admission!
Bring on the vote. Time to flush the toilet and get rid of the crap!
You got to love this guy! I only hope he can uncover everything, and his attorneys give him the green light to go forward with the merger.
Like most of us longs I would really like to meet these individuals that took our money. (if you get my drift!)
Done! Thanks Dooley...
Patchman, I agree with you 100%!
SARCASM FONT ON?
Stockfire, obviously Centaflix jumped the gun and subsequently they removed everything relating to MS.
I am extremely disapointed in ZLUS. Never expected this. Got in too late (.0049)
Another leason learned the hard way!
I may have missed the answer to this...
I was aware that Centaflix took the latest Mineseeker news off their website. I just realized that Mineseeker was also taken of the February 14 Centaflix news.
What are the thoughts why it was removed. The obvious one would be Centaflix jumped the gun... or maybe Mineseeker asked Centaflix to remove it until it's a done deal.
Any comments... (see the February 14 news below.
Feb 14, 2011 Centaflix Fundraisers Programs
"It's just as important to better the world we live in, as it is to profit from it" quoted from our founder James Owens, as two new companies are added to Centafix and Centacom family of charities. Susan G. Komen for the cure will be our target charities for 2011. In April, we will begin to donate $1.00 from each membership to the Centaflix / Centacom Charities, as well as $20.00 Gift Cards for the groups to raise funds and awareness for their causes. "When good plans come together the possibilities are endless" stated James Owens, this has been the excitement of our company as we move forward with our business and fundraising goals for 2011.
Desert Rat it sounds like Clapton's rig with the Soldano Head and Marshall 4 x 12 cabinets.
Still like the old plexi Marshall head. Now that is the sound of rock & roll baby!
I can share many a story with you about Jim Marshall (the owner of Marshall Amps) about Jimi Hendrix and Pete Townshend to name a few...
The 60's was freakin heaven!
Having both a Les Paul and a Fender Black Face Twin I certainly can't argue with you, however my favorite is still a Strat and a Marshall (I worked for Marshall for 10 years!)
By the way I saw Jimi @ Woodstock (yes I'm that old)
Check out the sustain!
Good Golly Miss Molly, you are bailing out because of spell check??? Did you ever think that the person who is not using spell check may not be the same person involved with areas of the company that might require good grammar and spell check?
You better think...
I really like Mr. Owens morals. I would not want to be in our former CEO's shoes. Here is an email I just received from Mr. Owens.
In a message dated 2/10/2011 5:34:29 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, jamesowens@centaflix.com writes:
XXXXXXXXXX,
I am sorry to see you and many others in this position and that is one of the reasons I choose to take on this project. I truly believe that we were all destin to meet each other to right this situation. Quasar has the potential of being something good, if good people are in control of it's future. Centaflix and Centacom will do all that we can by bringing "Good Business" back to the company. Our products and services can and will bring value back to the shareholders, and I will do all in power to see that the wrongs are righted. Look forward to seeing you soon and thank you for your support.
Have a blessed day!
James
SF409, can you please share Mr. Owens email address. If you like you can PM it.
TIA
Same as today since tommorrow is Sunday!
B-I-N-G-O
I think he is also telling us who the new head honcho is...
"Quasar shareholders would be very fortunate to have such an individual leading this company into the future."
Hey stocktrotter, how you been? Nice to see some positive action for a change...
We know how hard Jeff has been working in the background.
Hope we can one day all laugh and finally be happy with our investment.
Dom
Hi spencyg,
I remember everything you mentioned back when you sold for a big lose.
I am in the same situation (with the exception I still have every share I bought) as you. Unfortunately, I do not even have the "pocket change" to average down.
I have had quite a few conversations with Jeff D and I have to agree with all of the people on the board who are supporting him.
If you can you may want to consider re-investing in the company. This time things will be different.
There is money to be made (especially if you are getting in at the current pps) and hopefully you will be able to make back what you lost and then some.
I wish you nothing but the best. As one poster said "you deserve it."
Dom
Hi Surf,
I looked in my Scottrade account at a few other places and I show the ask still @ .35
Are you sure the ask for NHSH is .50?
TIA,
Dom
Is that the best you can do? April 2010 post... Many things have changed since then.
The longs are behind Jeff 100%. The former CEO put this company where it is due to gross mismanagement. We all drank the Kool-Aid and the best we can hope for is Jeff. I take that any day of the week over trip zeros.
God Bless you Jeff.
I am down 50% with ZLUS. I definitely got it too late. I had to chase it to get it @ .049. (never again!)
Between ZLUS & QASP I'm ready to get the revolver out and bang zoom to the moon!
Much appreciated. Here's hoping your right.
Unfortunately, I can't average down. So I will wait this one out.
Patience........
Every time I think we are at the bottom we go down more...
I thought I made a good investment here. Bought in @ .049.
I'm losing my azz!
Gentlemen:
This was just posted on the QASP board. Anyone have a comment regarding it...

ETRade knows something some don't.
This message appeared when I looked into trashing some AMR*.
((The stock(s) shown below currently have no bid (no quoted offer to buy) and no market (no buyers available). This completed form authorizes you to declare these securities worthless:))
This was the description for QASP
Those NY Islander Teams of the early 80's were unbelievable! Being a Lon Gislander I remember them like yesterday. Trottier, Bossy, Nystrom, Gillies, Smithy, Chico, Morrow, Potvin, Tonelli, Bourne, Merrick, Lane, Langevin. Not bad from memory.
With the way Al Arbour put that team together many Ranger fans were in awe! That is until Edmonton became a dynasty...
Being a life long Jet fan (my man Joe-Willie) I have to say that I am extremely disappointed by their first half performance.
Agreed that the Steelers have an unbelievable defense(thanks to Dick Lebow) but I can tackle better than the Jets have in the first half.
What are the odds that the Jets can come back in the 2nd half.
I'm a realist, Green Bay - Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl.
The way Pittsburgh "D" is playing, it looks like Pittsburgh will win another Super Bowl!
Hey Robotrader,
$1.00 in January...
Remember all your previous posts!
FUNNY AS HELL! LOL LOL
Hi All,
Been sitting on the ask for a while now and still can't get filled... Wonder why?
Art, are you certain that the 25% buyback restriction applies to the pinks?
Being from NY I certainly participated in many a snow ball fight.
I believe our friend owns 100 milion shares of QASP. How do I know this? Many who know him have confirmed it.
There were many acquisitions "on the table" per Dean. I believe at one time he mentioned 17!
You're right, we did drink the Kool-Aid. However it doesn't necessarily mean that others lead us down a prim rose path. Especially if that was what they were led to believe.
Remember we were lead to believe that MS was a done deal, the 350 MM loan was in the bank and so on and so on.
The former CEO will have to face the music either in this life or the next. I would hate to be that lying, sniffling old fool when he is asked why he ripped off so many people.
Our current CEO has my full support. I'm just not expecting fools gold here... No $1 per share anytime soon!
