If they file the next 10k, they have to list their board members in their filing.
Am I correct...I see only 6 shares traded? Must be a mirage.
I believe this list to be remarkably out of date, which is why I have very assertively requested the update.
After trying and trying to get a straight answer from Frank regarding the composition of the current BOD for the last 2+ weeks, I got this message from him today:
"Good morning. Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I would really like to help you however I'm no longer speaking with intellicell shareholders. I would suggest that all correspondence be sent via email to info@intellicellbiosciences.com. Thank you and I wish you and all the other shareholders all the best. Frank"
My experience of sending requests to the email above is akin to sending requests to vapor. I've sent my request there twice and nothing has happened. Frank informed me that he is still w Intellicell, but helping in other areas.
That's all the news that's fit to print today.
It's very good to hear about your wife - on every front. This is the very human part of the medical business .
That said, all is not well with Intellicell - however they looked to you. When they publicly look good via their financials and their PR, and their leadership acts more responsibly toward their shareholders, then we can applaud them. Not now.
Meanwhile, however, I'm sure all I'm joined by everyone on this list in sending nothing but positive thoughts your wife's way in re to all of her care!
Looks like we are headed toward no bid again...
They would have to have incredible news to "break out." Really incredible news. Like curing diabetes or ....Andrews/Hill become the CEO...that sort of thing.
Stop! You're second guessing carefully gathered inside information that can't be shared but that guarantees that a chicken in every pot.
Based upon your history of posts, aren't you representing that you know the answer to your question?
I was fascinated at the tentacles of data I learned when I typed in the search criteria- specifically all the previous quotes.
Pretty amazing stuff when you Google Sexaur's name.
Oh...that's fascinating
I'm still waiting for Frank to provide information regarding the current BOD. We had a somewhat terse interchange last evening that was easily resolved when he understood that I did not want his advice, but rather wanted my two simple questions answered and that these were squarely in his purview as IR representative for Intellicell.
Along the way, Frank stated the following:
"The company hasn't updated the website and is currently devoting it's time and resources to urgent priorities. <SNIP>"
Make of that what you will.
Even a broken clock is right...
I don't think our asking for the truth will damage the company. Seeking the truth rarely does. If truth -seeking results in the company dissolving, you can guess what kind of shape it was already in.
I don't know that I'd call $2,000.00 changing hands "volume." Let's talk when it's a steady ½ billion shares per day.
I don't think the completion of the Andrews clinic has one micron of influence re the INDs or why we aren't hearing anything. This is an opinion, but it's not based just on reading tea leaves or runes, or other such conjecture.
Btw, I haven't heard back from Frank L or anyone at Intellicell regarding my BOD questions (specifically regarding Hill and the correct list of current BOD members). Next I will ask via certified letter. If that doesn't work ...
We should never have to rely on info coming from a message board. Because the company isn't putting out data or answering questions, we fill in the gaps with confabulation or or irritation.
My new thought on this is that everything is on the table... If they showed both life and thought.
If they were thoughtful about their shareholders - no.
Even logic would suggest no.
When have they been either in the last 8 months.
Again...how we interpret "fine" differs. This company's PPS has had a near vertical drop over the past year and now it's bouncing back and forth from no-bid status. Add to that...late again w financials.
Not fine.
They need a major shift in direction, behavior, attitude toward their investors and cash flow. Then things will be "fine."
Btw, I'm still long...unhappily so...but long....($35k later)
Quote the insult or the personal attack. I took exception to your description.
I have to disagree. 0.0001 bouncing repeatedly off no bid is not treading water. This company is far from fine in every reasonable person's definition. It needs a transfusion of capital and a transplant of leadership. No organization needing these two actions could be considered "fine."
The company's condition right now is better defined right now as "on life support" or, at least..."we have absolutely no idea."
If Vic isn't the CEO or if ANY substantive change has taken place, aren't they supposed to file an 8-k
(Or some other form)?
I contacted Frank L. today by text with questions to pose re the BOD of SVFC. He directed me to email the company at info@intellicellbiosciences.com and he would make certain that my questions would be answered immediately. He also politely advised that he would no longer be addressing company questions via text. Fair enough.
I asked two questions:
1) Is Raymond Hill on the BOD? I asked because when I posed the question earlier, he stated that I should look to the website for the answer to "who is on the BOD?" The website does not list Mr. Hill. However, in 2014 there were several announcements of his appointment to the BOD and there has been no publication announcing his withdrawal. So, in short, what is Raymond Hill's status with Intellicell???
2) Who are the current members of the BOD?
I await a response.
How do you know with certainty that Dr Andrews is still associated w this company? Have you verified this incontrovertibly?
No one needs to waste time aiming at Dr. Victor. Rather, aim at what the company has been producing- no news, late reports, litigation, bad financing, etc. The only cure for this is for the company to start doing what it has not been doing. That's a big change.
Don't blame anyone for being very skeptical when you haul out sunshine and roses.
If you KNOW something that no one else does, how is it that no one else got blessed with the data?
If it reverses.
Upon what do you base this statement? Your statements on this list, for me, rise to a different level of scrutiny because you often couch them in the context of what seems to be litigation-based (biased) language in which you appear to be some sort of central figure.
It's apparent that nothing terribly positive is happening, but you are foretelling a distinctly negative event. Give up the specific recent data you've learned about that's different from what you've already said that supports your assertion. Thanks.
Are those supposed to be valuable or even good metaphors for this stock, whose CEO is not being responsive to our requests for even simple updates?
Best of luck to your wife! So much positive to say about stem cells & I'm very glad I got them for my very limited condition (as compared to MS).
This is possibly so. Our current concern is whether intellicell's approach works (in part or at all).
Where did they say the study was being done? (Don't mistake my irritation for whining. It is simply the result of circumstances. )
Where is this magical location?
While I'm at it in re: Andrews,
What happened to (or in general... how about???):
Board of Directors? Who are they, where are they and do they have a voice... in anything?
Merrill Hoge?
Other potential license opportunities that were supposed to be opening in the Carribean/Central America?
Chaum (seriously, not the "the koreans stole my secret file" explanation")
Updating the Website?
Hanover? Why did they lead them on?
Frank L? Why did he leave and come back? Is he back?
Is Anna Involved anymore?
What about the CFO...is he still alive?
What happened to Stephanie (the previous and essentially indispensable lab tech that would make the magical lab work so well that she was shipped to places to create the cells for research work (see the gratitude sections in previous published work)?
I can think of other questions, but I'm tired and only these come to mind.
BBW, you don't have to work anymore.
Yes,, they are moments away from being completed. However, the question remains as to whether Andrews (specifically Dr. James) will have anything to do with 1) adipose or 2) Intellicell. I'm not hopeful - but I'm wishful and have millions of reasons why. Either way, remember it was only a "pre-IND" study - not an IND.
Perhaps the best DD we could do is to ask/pester Inventiv. They are supposed to be working with Intellicell on the product. Let's find out.
Is this conjecture or do you know this for certain?
This is what I mean. All Dr Vic has to do is what we all learned is elementary school. Explain yourself. Hell, I don't care if he drew pictures for us w crayons to try to explain what he's done or what he's doing. Until then, he's violating a pretty basic tenet of a give and take relationship. We've been pretty good about giving and he's been superb at taking. Now, it's time for him to give back in some small measure.
I've heard karma is a bitch. Perhaps this is how he end up w so much litigation?
I feel particularly badly for those who bought Xmillion at 0.07!
Trebeg ...are you kidding? The range between 0 and 0.0002 is "tight"...but you can't Go below 0. So your metric is wrong. This reminds me of death spasms.
It won't be long before the words "class action" are used.
A stunning ego and/or a lack of empathy???
Really? All doctors? Kind of like all blondes are identical? Or all right handers?
Get real.
