I'm hoping to see 7B O/S and losses of less than 150K for the previous 2 quarters. It would show honesty and integrity on the CEO's part. I believe the worse it looks, the better for the company. There is too much doubt in what has transpired in the last 12 months.
At .0004, there isn't much room to go down. It won't go to no-bid, and it's doubtful they would reverse split. Any positive action moving forward from an honest, open financial report will move the pps up, IMO.
It wouldn't surprise me if just seeing an accurate report, alone, would increase pps.

Personally, I see no reason why they would go back 3 years in financials. Once the reverse merger happened in Feb, 2014, share holdings had completely changed. Documentation of share holders of $UTRM by Element Trading is documented. To look for the financial information prior to the reverse merger can lead to greater misinformation. Feb 2014 is when all financials for the current UTRM would provide the most accurate information.
