What Lightbridge, aka Thorium Power Inc., aka Novastar Resources, has,
is a recently patent protected nuclear reactor fuel design that took 30 years to bring to fruition.
Investors in LTBR don't have to count on global warming.
Business from existing reactors should be enough to keep them a float for a while. As long as their fuel continues to perform as expected.
Follow the $$$$$. Lenders don't give a shit about global warming, plants cost money to operate. The more money lenders can make, the more likely that plants stay running. So far, it looks like almost every existing nuclear plant can make more money using this fuel.
I've been a shareholder through all three name changes, and my grandfather worked at the Shippingport plant. Always beware, nuclear is fickle one.
