Axxa On The Road to Current Status as More News Comes Next Week
Today, September 3, 2020, was a big day for Axxa. PPS might have dipped a little, but not too bad considering almost the whole entire market dipped today. The big news here is how Exxe Group's Attorney Letter regarding Current information was posted to the OTCmarkets.com disclosure section today. This starts the countdown to current status removing the yield sign from their stock profile. This should allow more brokers to trade Axxa and install a new confidence in the legitimacy of Exxe Group, if the DD was not enough, which sometimes it may not be. In almost every situation, the publishing of the attorney letter and the current status that follows usually brings with it a boost in pps. It also gives a boost in shareholders confidence of financials being legit. This is a great thing because Exxe posted some phenominal financials that roughly give Axxa a book value between $0.20 and $0.30 pps. Googling how to come up with book value of a stock is better at explaining the process than I am, so give it a shot it if you are interested in seeing for yourself.
With 446 Million shares Outstanding and no new shares being issued since June 30th according to Boris M., Managing Director of Exxe Group and Communicator on Twitter @Exxegroup. Axxa has a great share structure at the moment for the Assets vs. Liabilities and Revenue recorded. Axxa shows over $200 Million in Assets vs. $78 Million in Liabilities giving Axxa Stockholders an Equity of $122 MIllion, $6 Million more than previous quarter. Revenue for the quarter ending June 30th was $7.6 Million which is over $6 Million more than the same quarter from last year. Gross Profit was $2.7 Million, an increase of $2 Million from same quarter of last year.
Now to the future catalyst. If you follow @Exxegroup on Twitter, you can see that there are talks of another deal being closed soon. This time instead of Miami, it's happening across the world in the beautiful country of Switzerland. Exxegroup tweeted about this on September 2, 2020. They stated this deal is with a 10+ year old company who already posts revenues in the alcoholic beverage market. This is very exciting news, as it just adds more to the growth of Axxa and Exxe Group Inc. Now to the charts. I want to compare a few other stocks that have published attorney letters in respect to current information. Starting with Opti, the attorney letter was published on April 10, 2020. The pps at the time was $0.001. One week later on April 17th, the pps almost doubled to $0,0018 and a couple months after that it made it all the way to $0,18 pps. Next stock to compare is Aabb. The letter was published on June 25, 2020 and the pps was $0.0023 at the close. Nearly ten days later, Aabb reached $0.014 almost a 4x gain and just recently reaching $0.018. The last one I want to compare is Cmgo. This stock reacted almost instantly as the letter was published on August 15, 2019 and the pps was $0.009. The very net day started a short three day climb to $0.014. This might of been a small 50% gain compared to the other two stocks mentioned, but it still is a rather nice gain after an attorney letter was published regarding current information. Now I don't know how long it will take Axxa or how large the gains will be, but the pattern I recognized is a large majority of stocks see gains after releasing their attorney letters and becoming current with no stop or yield sign showing on their OTC profile.
As far as Axxa's current chart goes, it seems the barrier to be broken sits at $0.04 pps. The 5 day chart shows optimism for the short-term outlook. MACD looks to be starting it's curve upward and the MA Cross line looks like it is also starting to round out and curve upward. The 1 month chart shows the MACD nearing the original baseline, suggesting a curve upward with buying pressure approaching. We need that buying pressure and we need people not to panick sell and Axxa will hold and grow from here on out with minimal dip days like today. The 3 month chart is the real encouraging chart. The MACD did not point out and head vertically downward, it actually went somewhat sideways which suggests to me there shoudn't be a tank of any sort happening here. MA Cross is still heading upward as well so I really do not see any type of tank happening to the pps with Axxa.
Overall with the news coming soon of the new Swiss Alcohol deal and the recent publishing of the attorney letter in respect to current information which should soon rid us of that ugly yield sign. Axxa looks like a great play heading into next week. With financials for Exxe Group being as good as they are and growing as much as they did from last quarter and last year, Axxa looks like a great long-term play as well. That book value of $.20 - $.30 pps is very promising and definitely looks within reach over the next year if not sooner. As Always, Good Luck Trading Everyone!
