Also saw a post on Facebook regarding the BIEI website launch here:
https://www.facebook.com/iPainFoundation/?hc_ref=SEARCH&fref=nf
Have to scroll down a bit to see the post.
However, they have 56K followers.
Maybe we can find more groups like this and help spread the word!

They have been playing hide-n-seek with that 5 milly wall @.0071...lol
-CC
Awesome Doc..thank you!!! Hopefully will get us some traction until the company can step up and get things going too....
Go BIEI .....
-CC
You hired them or the company did?
Should get interesting here over the next few months with BIEI....
-CC
yeah, the basic social sites could be up in 10 minutes!!! LOL
-CC
Hey Doc...tell Hartman that hes needs a Social media presence. Currently they have no Facebook, Google+, or Twitter accounts setup. they have the social icons down at the bottom of the website, but the are "dummy" links which just brings back to the website.
They can use FB ads and target down to their exact demographics.
Cheaper and more effective than traditional advertising if done correctly.
Hope that helps!
-CC
CDEL has a 5 million share wall up @ .0071.....
-CC
Yes, indeed. L2 looks great today and if we could get some volume, we could be back over .01 in a heartbeat....
-CC
Has anyone tried to order from the site yet...I am getting an error about not having a valid payment method for my state.
Even when I tried to change to another state like Colorado, same thing..???
Anyone else seeing this....?
-CC
While it would be nice to have $25 million in sales this year...
the reality is, we are not selling 1 million patches this year, however...we don't need to.
The company needs to stop dilution, and then first cover expenses for the next version of the "medicated" patch.
If they can get that developed and approved quickly, they will be perceived as a legitimate pharmacuetical company.
Then they can continue their work on the cancer treatments.
If they can generate the funding to go full steam ahead with that,
things will get very interesting here.
That is when we may start to see dollars here.
Point is, any longs here will have to very patient.
Just my thoughts....have fun!
-CC
Thanks Tiller..just curious...what did he say about the website delay?
-CC
Any idea how much product they bought or anticipate on moving through?
TIA
-CC
I've stopped trying to figure what these guys do... haha
If we see significant volume, maybe there's an outside chance we pop back over .01 today.... maybe?
-CC
VNDM is back, but this is a very "controlled" takedown...
-CC
Looks promising here... just got a small position this morning...
now let's get this party started!!! haha
-CC
Awesome isn't it? We knew... we should also get some of those peeps over at OWCP board to throw some of their newly found millions in here! LOL
-CC
BIEI has something that most MJ stocks don't.......revenue!!!
-CC
51 Million volume...nice!!
-CC
Holy freakin volume...moving up now!
-CC
Good to see the continued green here, but it looks like dilution still not quite over yet....
-CC
It's a Wordpress site with a Woo commerce plugin... 2 products.
Should take no longer than a few days to get everything setup.
(Just my tech geek opinion)
-CC
Need the site up and sales to start.....
-CC
Take a peek at the BIEI website shell page I found....

This was my take on the latest Uptick interview...(Please feel free to add what I may have missed...)
- Two products to be released via website "hopefully in the next week" (Depending on when interview was done)
- Signed contract with local Pain Center in PA.
- Reviews of the products have been extremely positive and products very effective.
- Detailed discussions with 2 regional Pharmacy chains in Western PA/Ohio Valley.
- One of these discussions "is very far along and very close to signing a contract".
- Will be targeting further regional pharmacy chains in Mid-west.
- Florida advertising - 1/2 page ad in local community newspaper in February.
- Once products are on market, Bill will be turning to traditional bank financing and pay off toxic lenders.
- That banker actually put them in touch with another regional pharmacy in Northwest PA.
- The CEO uses own company's product for his own aches and pains.
- All other products - pills, lip balms, spray gel... will be released this calendar year.
- Looking forward to see what the "Killer Cream" brings!
-CC
Then go buy a pain patch! LOL
Doc...I believe that's a flipper, they don't care.... they bought it at .0038 yesterday and then immediately put it up at .0046.
-CC
Yeah, who knows exactly...at least $300K...
my other guess... a whole lot...haha
My other theory, is that there was no delay in packaging and they just wanted to finish all the dilution first before the website goes live....
Just a theory.... but you know what they say...
-CC
IMO....because according to the last Q, they had something like $37k in cash. They need money to produce the products, line up marketing, and oh yeah let's not forget about the website setup! LOL
In addition to that, the Typenex note has to be paid too.
So once we get past this and the site hopefully comes up and starts making sales, then maybe...just maybe this dilution can stop.
If sales come out strong, then we will see the price jump.
Until then, just another day....
-CC
Couple of things here....
First, these guys are researchers and scientists, not retail experts.
They really don't have the experience with these types of "rollouts"
Gotta give some leeway here...
Secondly, we don't know what the delays were caused by.
Maybe the wording on the packaging wasn't legally okay.
Maybe there was a delay in shipping.
Who knows?
I do agree it could have been communicated better, but at this point
they will need to show something substantial in the next few days.

BIEI's Key Points/Opinions from the 10Q:
- Hartman realizes the bleak financial outlook as far as capital is concerned.
- He isn't trying to hide the fact that dilution will need to be part of this and quite frankly he has been very open about this.
- The Pain patches need to generate revenue for the company immediately.
- They have 10,000 patch-prototypes units ready to market and get reviews for, which was covered in the latest Uptick interview.
- They will have Carry over NOL's of about $1.5 million, which is good when they start to generate revenues.
- The burn rate is down 55% year over year which is good.
- However, the caveat to the above point is because they have slowed down the research on the cancer stuff.
IMPORTANT KEY POINT: (Hate to bring this one up, but need to set expectations for investors)
- Money Drought is delaying the cancer research. As per the 10Q (page 26)
"Our anti-cancer antibody drug has been successful in animal testing versus our competition. We now have ceased experimentation while we humanize the drug for humanized animal testing. We do not expect this drug to be ready for further testing until April 2017. We are currently focused on developing our pain management products through PBPMS."
BIEI can definitely run on the onset of revenue, which of course would be awesome, but for those of us here for the cancer treatment, you will need to be very, very patient.
Hope you all find this helpful!

so just to confirm, your saying these updates on the USPTO site are from today's date?
Other than this patent below, what Field Name/Code are you searching under? I have tried multiple and have not seen anything newer....

Revenue coming..... patience pays
-CC
3 Approved Patents, 1 more just about to be approved, and 15 additional patents pending.
Probably 1-3 weeks on JV
Product(s) Launch 1st Quarter '17
That's the Good Stuff.
Bad Stuff: 100K Burn Rate.... used to be 30K a year ago
-CC
Thanks, already listened to it...good stuff. Looking forward to BIEI being able to generate their own revenues and become self funding on the cancer research.
Thanks Again!
-CC
Uptick... what was the date that you did that interview with Bill?
thanks
-CC
BIEI GOING TO THE MOON !!!!
Sorry Fish...couldn't resist.... LOL
-CC
Yes, plus there is not enough volume to take us to .01 today.
May see a good push though.
To be honest, I got in early on this before the big run, and I am now out for now. I am looking for a bottom to get back in, but will wait till the drop on Monday.
I found out that they don't get the financing if they don't meet that .01 price target today. Which I don't feel comfortable with until they can solidify a plan in which they plan to get all of these acquisitions.
Good Luck!
-CC
While the long term strategy and strength of this company looks good, i think it may dip if it doesn't hit .01 today.
The financing is depending on the stock price otherwise that 300K is a no go.
Would like to see people hold strong for the next quarterly.
