..Dynasty Limousine Inc. Provides Certified Post Forward Split Share Statistics
Press Release: Dynasty Limousine Inc. – Fri, Jun 1, 2012 8:05 AM EDT....
......
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynasty Limousine Inc. (DNYS), a full service Luxury Transportation and Limousine firm covering the southeast United States, has received certified share statistics following the recent 3:1 forward stock split. The information was received from the company's transfer agent, Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, and a copy of the certification has been posted on the OTC Markets Website. A copy of the document may be accessed via the following link: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DNYS/financials.
Dynasty Limousine recently executed a 3 for 1 forward stock split in order to create a more orderly trading market in its securities. Certified post-split share counts as of May 30, 2012 are as follows; Authorized shares 100,000,000, Shares issued and outstanding 14,539,275, Shares in public float 2,946,272. Pierce Fleming, Dynasty Limousine's CFO and VP, commented on the current share structure. "We are committed to non-dilution and the certified statistics from our transfer agent confirm that only 30k shares have been issued in the past 19 months. This represents an increase of .00206% in over a year and a half since the company started trading. We are proud of this and feel that we are part of only a small fraction of OTC issuers who are protecting shareholders in this manner."
Mr. Fleming also commented on the public float numbers. "DNYS has a very small float of 2.9M; however the effective float is likely much lower as many of the original investors still hold shares from when Dynasty was a private company. The float had been estimated at 2.2M post-split, however every share sold when the company was private was restricted. These investors have held since 2008 and 2009, so as they come into the market the float will change. Dynasty does not control the public float, only the amount of shares that are issued and outstanding. The company has no convertible debt and no outside financing arrangements calling for any share issuance whatsoever."
Dynasty Limousine recently posted record annual revenues, and subsequently has posted a record first quarter for this year. "Based on the current share structure and the closing price as of May 31, 2012, DNYS has a market capitalization of $741,503," stated Mr. Fleming. "With 2011 revenues of $718,494, first quarter revenues of $204,662, and a record April in which the company generated over $89,000, DNYS is trading at a P/E well below market averages. We will continue to grow the business and several additional revenue streams are being explored to add long term shareholder value."
I think you are right! Lots of activity over the past couple days on OTC websites about DNYS
Great post Common! Need to keep this in front of ppl so they know about this gem
Yea .10 is still really really cheap imop. It has been holding strong in this range for several days so maybe the next leg up is right around the corner?
I think you are right. Its about that time! Second quarter financials are due soon too and should be a good one based on earlier pr.
Happy 4TH Everyone! GOD BLESS AMERICA
Yes really any sort of volume would take this to the moon. Even 20k in trades would probably triple it from here
Did I see that right on the ihub profile that there is 26k shares short? Who the hell would do that? They can get pummeled hard. This is not one to short in my opinon.
ask just moved to .12. Something is up and its not just the share price lol

Dynasty Limousine Inc. Begins Negotiations With Coach Builders to Open a New Limousine Sales Operation in North Florida
JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - Jun 15, 2011) - Dynasty Limousine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNYS), a full service Luxury Transportation and Limousine firm covering the southeast United States, began negotiations this week with several Limousine Coach Builders. Dynasty intends to expand its operations to include a new Limousine sales facility, and a dedicated Limousine service facility in North Florida.
The Company is looking to acquire a new property which will allow for the rental, sales, and service operations to be conducted from one central location. Pierce Fleming, vice president and chief financial officer, said, "We are pleased at the response from the coach builders we have contacted. We usually travel well outside our own market to buy these vehicles, so I know personally that there will be demand. Servicing Limousines is also a time consuming and difficult task for most operators, and we intend to make Dynasty's service facility one of the best in the country."
Dynasty will offer the same high level of service to other operators and retail customers that we offer our charter clients every day. We are even considering unique services such as "Loaner Limos" for service clients to use and generate income while their vehicles are in for repair. We will have all the latest state of the art equipment and technicians, and new Limousines offered for sale will be of the highest quality available.
The Company expects the property acquisition as well as the sales and service division to be operating in the next few quarters.
Dynasty Limousine Inc. Receives DTC Eligibility on Its Common Stock; DNYS Shares Can Now Be Traded Electronically Through Most Brokers
JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - May 5, 2011) - Dynasty Limousine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNYS), a full service Luxury Transportation and Limousine firm covering the Southeast United States, has received DTC Eligibility as of May 4th, 2011. This action will allow trading of the Company's Securities through most brokers electronically, which had not been previously available since trading began in July of 2010.
Pierce Fleming, Vice President and CFO of Dynasty Limousine, stated, "Volume on DNYS stock has been light due the need for DTC eligibility. Prior to this action, trades were executed manually only though a select number of brokerage houses. Now that DTC will be clearing our stock electronically, those prospective shareholders who want to purchase stock will be able to with ease. Obtaining DTC clearance also reinforces our long term goals of transparency and increased National Exposure."
Dynasty Limousine Inc. Receives Transportation Contract With the U.S. Air Force
JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - May 6, 2011) - Dynasty Limousine Inc. This is the second Military contract received by Dynasty Limousine. In 2010, Dynasty was awarded a contract with the Department of The Navy which authorized future clearance through several other Military and Government entities. Several additional contracts have been presented, and the Company will bid on all jobs that it can successfully perform according the terms presented.

Dynasty Limousine Inc. Completes Acquisition of Southeast Limousines Inc.
JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - August 12, 2010) - Dynasty Limousine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNYS), a full service Luxury Transportation and Limousine firm covering the southeast United States, has completed the purchase and acquisition of a competitor located in Georgia. Dynasty purchased Southeast Limousine Inc., their vehicles, client base, and current book of business in an all cash transaction. This purchase will facilitate a greater presence for the Company in the Georgia market, and will offer the possibility of opening a third location in the area to service these clients more efficiently.
This is the first acquisition for Dynasty Limousine. There are currently other organizations that are available at attractive pricing, and it is the Company's goal to expand and take advantage of these opportunities as they become available. Dynasty's market share has increased during the recent economic downturn as the number of competitors has dropped by over 30% nationwide. The Company has increased revenues by 70% from 2006 to 2009, with Q1 and Q2 results from 2010 to be announced in the coming weeks.
I think its time for a dd blitz. I'm gonna look up some items that some may not have seen from awhile back and post them.
Lets GO DNYS! Have a great week all!
Is everyone already on vacation??? probably slow until Tuesday I guess.
I tried but no luck. Oh well im happy with my holdings in DNYS
Look for the Gap buyers before the bell
POST OF THE MONTH!!!! WELL SAID
.11 UP
Well they made 718k revenues last year, so with a modest P/E of 10 that would equate to .50+ from what I see.
