very risky because it can float in both
directions up or down to the going price
at the time of execution. Consider it a
must sell situation rather than a must have
with the limit order. You have no case against
etrade because you authorized the terms
of the sale. At least that's my take on it.

that the majority of the 5 million cd's
were platinums by Avril Lavigne, and
Velvet Revolver, and a gold by Tony
Hamilton (2,500,000). Based on that
alone I would suggest that the total
number of cd's produced in Q03 should
exceed 10 million if not more. That is
a raw guess but a very consevative one
considering the total amount of CD's
listed in the Tech Support page. Josh
Groban will also go platinum, several
more are heading towards gold. Just
my take on it as I see it. It does look
like an outstanding scenerio for us.
Look at our artist then look at BillBoard
and you can see for yourself how we are
doing.

to gold panning and if you have ever
packed in to a stream rumored to have
evidence of gold flakes, you know what
I am talking about. There is a bit of
adventureism in all of us and thats why
we play the pinks/thats why we pan for gold.
Nothing excites us more than the thought of
striking the "mother load". Scmi may be the
one that will make us rich or richer. We
have very little tolerance for naysayers
and we cling to those post that keep
our dream alive and well. We do need
periodic reality checks, such as posted
by stehvestor. We may not like them or
the posters but they verbalize what many
of us have on our minds. Stehvestor is not
bashing the stock he is only asking why
"the emperor has no clothes". Lastly we
should never underestimate our competition.

Knightslk........Doji? Does that mean
a roll of the dice? Our stock is being
manipulated on a daily basis by, Day Traders!
Look at the streaming charts and you will see
buy and sell with 1 click difference. Day
traders love the sheer volume of trades
where they go weave in and out and go
unnoticed. That's the only reason we trade
almost 200M shares a day every day. Once
we start to stabilize and our pps rises we
will see day traders look for other prey.
Until then we could very well go up .01-.02
and we could also flat line. I've seen qbid
stock go from .0085 to .0279 in less than 3 hours.
Also dropped just as quick to .0156, on the same day.
So your Doji symbols maybe great for some stocks
but not as long as ours is infected with the Day
Trader virus. You can take that to the bank!!!

Interestinginfo2........great post. When I saw
the 97 recording artist listed under cd of
choice in scmi tech support page, I also came
to the conclusion that other major labels were
being encrypted by scmi. Also to be noted,
Avril Lavigne has several platinums, along
with Velvet Revolver and Anthony Hamilton
has a Gold CD (500,000), a few other are
approaching the gold and platinum status.
Forwhatever reason, we are not in the
information loop and our PRs are weak at
best. So far we have only had 1 in Aug and
that was just fluff. Reading between the lines
there appears to be positive growth that
will surface in due time. I just wish the pps
would be more stable and not going "South"
as it has been for the past 2 months. Thanks

Don't bail out now, you've been around
too long to let go at this point. I do
think that we are on the cutting edge of
making it or losing it. Although there
are encouraging signs, we are still
plagued with falling pps. At times even
I get a bit discouraged.

Merlyn..........Just about there now. As was
mentioned by many of the longs, there are far
too many unanswered questions that plague us
on a daily basis. Everytime one has enough guts
to question management's actions or lack thereof
they are blasted by a few yard dogs that have
assumed territorial custody of this board. The
numbers just don't seem to add up and I've asked
Peter on repeated occassions where are we going
and why our pps is so low when we are in the
production stage of growth. It was higher when
we were in the research and development phase.
I have yet to receive a response from Peter, I
know that I asked some tough questions but at
least I deserve a response. I think I would sell
out today if I were not taking such a beating. It's
been a long roller coaster ride mostly downward.
So has the emotional drain for all these years.

they can get i-tunes/ipod encryption
before we do then we could be in a

Sunncomm (SCMI) a leader in digital encrypting

encrypt CDs for BMG, EMI,Kooch. They are
on this board and are presently trading for
only .0750. The other company that encrypts
CD's and DVD is Macrovision (MVSN) and they
are trading in the $20 dollar price range.
Encrypting CD's/DVD's and Video games protects
the artist and distributors from pirating
CD's on the internet. We have just encrypted
5 million CD's and we are going to increase
that by 5 fold the last quarter of the year.
scmi has been in the developing stages for the
past 5 years now they are in the production
phase and they are growing fast.

Some of you may have forgotten about the
tech stocks from 5 years ago. P/E you've
got to be kidding, do you remember Amazon
it was in the red for 5 full years and at
one time it was over 100 dollars a share.
In a perfect world were common sense dictates
one's investment strategy, the P/E is one
of the most important ratios to consider.
Above that would be the earning potential
and this is the only reason that Amazon traded
at ridiculously high levels. A famous stock
brokers quote "The seller beleives that the
stock has peaked and will go down, the buyer
beleives that the stock has bottomed out
and will go up" This is the basis for the
pps. If either of the two is more enthusiastic
in their beliefs the price will go down or up
accordingly. What is value? Whatever is desired
by people that want what they don't have.

I hope your right. I lost 5K to Ed.
primarily because he continued to change
the rules after I had bought the stock.
Not only that it was initially shown as
having a high of 5 dollars. Wrong it was
5 dollars under a different name and business.
He did the same by changing the symbol from
gfyf to gfyi. Now the new high is 1250.000 and
the new low is .05. Wrong again and very
deceptive. By doing so he is not revealing
the actual low of .ooo1. I would've never
bought had I known he was giving himself a 25K
month salary and a 70K aquisition bonus for every
Frulatti that he bought. Do the math, 300K a year
salary and 3 Frulatti at 70K commission=210
that means he has paid himself 510K for managing
3 juice bars. That's incredible, thats theivery!!!!!

Okay....SCMI holders.Listen up......
60 minutes just had a segment dealing
with "Pirates of the Internet" hosted
by Leslie Stahl. The entire segment
dealt with media piracy. Unfortunately
there was no reference to OUR sunncom
encrypting technology. It was as if the
DVD and CD industry were at the mercy
of an unregulated internet distributors.
They singled out Groskter and interviewed
it's CEO. He claimed that they get up to
10 million downloads per month and the
courts are not stopping him. This would
have been a good plug for Sunncomm. Here
is my proposal, I will write to 60 minutes
and inform them that the entertainment
industry has a viable ally with SCMI Tech.

Frankie.........Look at Kahala Corp. They
are the parent comp. to a string of francises
like Frulatti, Taco Time, Rollez, etc. and they
were trading at the .09 cent range. I don't know
the o/s but I'll bet its nowhere as much as
gfyi 6 Billion o/s. For this stock to ever make
money we would have to have a new CEO, one that
would put the time in the company and not
give himself a coorporate level salary ($300K). Secondly
reduce the number of O/S by at least 50%, even then
3 Billion o/s is still very very high for a company
specializing in weak soda shop francises. The only
way this stock will ever amount to anything is if
it changes hands. Ed is out for Ed........period
he will milk this for all its worth then move
on a create another company and do the same thing
you can take that to the bank............

Would anyone like to predict
what scmi will do tomorrow. I have
a gut feeling that a pr is in the
making. Our stock took a beating
last Friday, sure hope for a
"reversal of fortune". I know pps
is a temporary position and not
always reflective on the growth
and potential of the company. It
does however make for a very bumpy
