I know but I can't handle it!
lol.
Been a wild ride.
Stay tuned, won't matter what the price is by the time the next announcement comes out.
Holding breath for the next 10 days or so... Ugh.
Hopefully it happens before the 20th. I can't handle the tension.
I don't see it honestly.
Apart from the patents VPLM has little to offer.
Wouldn't be much of a partnership lol they would just be buying the patents anyway.
Sure, many of those statements have no evidence to base them upon that I can find. Some other statements directly contradict the plans of the BOD as outlined in the CC many months ago.
Buyout is still option #1.
Yep, and we are about to find out how much these patents are actually worth.
More than 300mill!
Getting exciting.
Milwaukee would be cool.
Never been there.
I dont have as many shares as you guys though so I'll probably megabus it.
LOL.
Jk, but I think that's a great idea honestly.
I already know what stock I'm following next.
Im saying if this goes to $1 plus and we all make good money we should have a VPLM post-investment reception at an exotic location, and talk about our next endeavors.
Sure anything can happen I suppose but at this point there are a couple overwhelmingly most probable outcomes.
None of which will have good outcomes for common shareholders.
C'est fin.
Flippers at .1-.11
double your money in less than a week, they aren't here for the long haul IMO
I agree.
Hard to say for sure what the value is but I think it is more than:
990mill x .22 = not enough.
But there are gonna be many investors sitting sideline in disbelief.
This really may turn in to a "Cinderella" stock story.
I want to buy the movie rights.
A stock goes from .004 to 20-30 cents in a year and a half or so and gets bought out for who knows how much.
In the mean time I will remain patient.
That's easy, a buyout in the next couple weeks will make it trade abundantly higher.
We are close.
Dude. You do what you want but breaking even is a miracle with this stock. After the 25 RS good luck man.
lol... Who in the wild world of eff would even try to grip this dog turd for 5 years?
And the stock will not be trading in 5 years.
Volk will start a new "company".
I put company in ""s because what he has no intention of trying to make money for shareholders by actually running a business.
I'm actually surprised FINRA hasn't gotten involved.
I realize it's pinky but good God man.
Somebody knows something we dont?
No news there.
Ha!
No news there.
Ha!
A company that hasn't diluted it's common stock in nearly 5 business days is supposed to be impressive?
I must lack the common sense to grasp this concept.
Regards to your other message I don't plan on dumping yet cause I'd really be pissed if I could have broke even, and didn't read a PR wave up when I could have.
Hell, let's be honest here. Who actually knows what will happen?
Nobody.
Well shoot that would cause the price to go up if there was any demand for shares what so ever.
Additionally, I see the ask is still 0002, so if you are willing to pay that you can buy as many shares as you can handle dude.
That will instantly be worth .0001 right after you make the buy, and in the not-so-distant future most likely nothing at all.
I held out hope a long time for this one, but I see nothing here to be positive about.
I agree.
It has really gone from "hard to believe" to "absolutely fraudulent"
status for me.
This company will never be remotely successful, not that they ever were. Funny part, is who is they? The company has 1 employee lol and he doesn't give a shit.
He's making 400k a year guaranteed, plus however much of that he may have used to short his own stock (which now that its on pink the world will never know).
I don't really see this turning around at this point, so the turnaround play is dead too.
As shown by the current volume today.
Only high volume on dilution days.
Preach brother, preach.
I'm afraid we aren't going to agree on this.
"If you get the word out there, as the BOD has a responsibility to do so, you gain a different kind of investor."
Sorry to say but this is pennyland, so the only type of investors I see around these parts is the "cowboy" type.
What kind of investor are you referring to?
I am also skeptical we picked up too many high quality investors in the 20s or around 30.
Everybody just looking to make a quick buck.
I'm not trying to be a dick or be argumentative, I only fail to see how a fake PR will aid this stock in the long run and benefit me.
Only PR I'm interested in is the big dog daddy buyout type.
I'm afraid I have to respectfully disagree CEO.
I see no evidence to suggest that the company is not providing shareholder value, it is just not reflected in the current PPS.
Here's the thing. We have both been on this board quite some time.
Would a flood of PRs create long-term value for shareholders?
No.
This would benefit day traders, and those along for the ride.
If the stock were to go into the 20s-30cent range were you planning on dumping?
If not, then a falling PPS is actually benefiting us by providing the opportunity to buy at low levels.
Additionally, the PPS is not falling without help on such low volume. The MM are moving the stock south to keep higher % spreads.
In fact, without PR I see this dropping more. Which will really freak out the small-minded, or those that haven't been following this stock closely.
I am trying to appeal to your sense of reason that if and when this happens to not be fooled.
I don't feel that the company is intentionally being cryptic, just the nature of the beast at this point.
Yea I agree.
And I mean shoot, while you're waiting for long term gains, it pays a decent dividend.
I like the stock.
Oh yea man.
Pure market manipulation.
Low volume. They love just burglin' the spreads down here.
Still in for the long haul.
I might actually buy some more down here.
TIME TO BUY!!
lol.
That's what I will say.
But I don't see it going that low.
I mean look at how many shares one can't include into the float because they are tied up.
Additionally, look at the volumes.
MM playing games here.
I agree.
Now THAT is confidence.
Also, think of the share structure at this point.
AS close to OS.
Float tiny as much of the OS is tied up by insiders who now officially can't sell without repercussions.
All looks good to me.
I doubt that they troll around on the internet much (the BOD that is).
But I agree that IR Rich was aware of the comments and concerns as he surely gets call often, and may look at boards sometimes.
I think this AMs shareholder update was exactly what this stock / company needed.
Piece of mind knowing that the BOD will only make money if it is with us shareholders too.
Keeping the faith.
I agree.
Investors are hasty to dump stock, but this however may create an opportunity.
Just started to do my due dilligence.
WWE also has other avenues revenue can be generated from, they are not exactly 1 dimensional.
TV licensing of shows is huge, but I don't think this deal disappointment means the company is worth 45% less lol.
I'm staying tuned.
Hey I'm gonna try to be positive like you for a second.
If we get some revenues that ironridge thing will be easily resolved.
Its not even that much money. It's the shares they have in reserve that we can't retire until we pay them back.
Yea that's pretty much the hopeful rebuttal I would have came up with as well.
Wish I had some of your well wishes in pill form.
Might make me feel better about all of this.
The only thing I have to come out and state. And I hate to be negative because again we are on the same team here is the whole
"intellectual property being worth who knows how much?!?"
I fecal volume you not, stinky pinky after stinky pinky claims this all day.
"We have an extremely valuable patent that it is difficult to put a price on." Have seen this soooooo many times.
Because why? Because it is perfectly legal for them to claim that they think it is valuable even if nobody on the planet would be willing to pay them anything for it.
Another way to fluff up the PRs I would fear.
I'm worried about X. Somebody needs to bake him a cake.
I'm there with you G.
If no revenues are generated soon by the Barr Lease I am entirely convinced of the following.
Volk and Addams are in on a scam together.
The equity deal was the added sweetener to make it appear as
though Addams wants shares, when really he wants to just scam some cash on the side, and sell shares with Volk, secretly funneling more money out of the operation that the shareholders will ever know.
If no revenues produced within months WGAS will cease to be a company. (But after every last possible share is scalped)
Also if this were to take place a RS could absolutely happen - and most likely would so as to run the scam again.
Why stop a good thing if you're Volk?
His compensation as a CEO is unethical. Should show something.
I am trying to stay positive with you, as I am a shareholder myself, but let's be honest. The PR was lip service designed to make it easier to dump more shares into the float. This has happened before.
If I wanted a bed time story about how I'm going to be rich I should just call Ron.
They need to show real revenues. Period. Which they have never done before.
HOWEVER!!! If they do show revenues I will believe them to be accurate. Because the company did not lie about their laughable financials when that was the case.
Me and you will be dancing in the streets.
All IMO.
If they do go belly up bankrupt RS then fall to oblivion again, I will at the very least have learned a valuable lesson, and I'll get nearly half the money back anyway. Life goes on.
Almost ready to stick a fork in the stock?
Yea.
Look at all those shares sitting on the ask.
It is indeed not looking good.
We will.
Probably best to stay positive.
I think 0.
If there has been, I have never heard of them.
Sure.
And actually on the bright side that may be a low valuation.
On a barrel basis.
10 bucks a barrel is cheap.
I realize the "sludge" is significantly less valuable, but still I am hoping for better.
For once I actually agree with you.
2 very different things.
So you think that the revenues generated will be enough to move the stock price north?
I don't know man. I need to look at the next financials to see how much convertible is left.
I want you to be right ha!
I'm growing more and more skeptical.
I see what you are getting at.
But convertible debt is getting dumped like crazy. That's why we are here.
To retire those notes revenue is required.
To get a loan to help retire notes revenue is required.
A RS might actually help them at some point.
Which they tried to do with the prior RSs but it wasn't enough because convertible
debt was already issued and the company still had no revenue
IE convertible debt was and is their only loan option.
This is pretty much the companies last chance IMO.
If it doesn't work out WGAS won't exist in the not so distant future.
