He just signed off, I don't know, but why should he still have a holding. I thought this would happen at the end of last year.
Sell 20k shares and you're at 1.7 NOK, no buyers what so ever
Check this box if no longer subject to Section 16. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue. See Instruction 1(b).
So Nisse just dropped out? I can't blame him, very understandable
8k out
My horizon is pretty long, a short delay on stock dividends do not bother me
I also want to know who they are using for Legal / Financial advice and for them to get someone who knows what the hell they are doing
RD is right. Transparency is key.
What a frickin mess, I forgot how I heard about this company but I am sorry I did.
If you are going to diversify just for the sake of diversification, then that's not investing, that's gambling. It's better to put all your eggs in one basket, then watch that basket carefully. As long as you purchase the stock cheap enough below its intrinsic value.
Yeah, it's unbelievable. They haven't done a single thing right for their shareholders for the past 8 years. Zero achievements, they literally screw up everything they touch.
It seems like they reversed it in order to pay out the dividend without getting taxed.
We'll see this can take a long time, I feel sorry for all the long timers who's been waiting for this carrot that never happens. (I want my shares as well)

Let’s see how long time this will take them.. my guess sometime next year? Spring?
Is Cassandra still trading on first north or did they get kicked out and now trades on a sketchy Banks otc list.
I think Siaf has been way worse, at least Cassandra found people they could sell shares to through a public offering.
No loan announcements, dumping or dividends for Cassandra.
I guess this was the reason why they never responded on any emails regarding the EX-date etc.
It's a joke, I can't really see Merkur let them keep doing their thing.
Yeah that would for sure help, but who knows if they will pay it or move it to the future.
Not that anyone in here cares about TA but here's a chart.

I don't think anything good will come out of this.. More lawsuit material for sure, and I think some of the larger investors may try to sell out soon. It's not a lot of buyers at the moment so we'll see how low this turd goes.
They have been warned already, and some of the large Norwegian institutions got screwed and are not happy.
We'll see. I wouldn't be surprised
I don't know if I will invest again in these clowns, I will at least wait. I don't see a happy ending here near-term
Well at least initially tomorrow in Oslo there will be selling early on if the stock opens again. No idea how many strong holders there are at these already low levels but initially there will be another new all time low there I guess.
Nope, I won't buy today. And yes I have sold out. Watch them screw up the cash dividend too.. freaking mess
WOW, these guys can't get anything right! Anyone who is surprised?
Since we're talking about the collateral loans, did they reduce them because of dumping collateral shares or what happened? Did they pay some off?
I was just curious since he was talking about loans. I’m not trying anything more than updating myself. It’s nice to know where the money will come from since it’s a larger amount to pay.
I think we will see a good revenue stream from the trading division next year.
Okay so in total like a lot, I thought it was about 6 million to Garrett.
Will they get less money from TRW this year since they gave half of it away? I mean if they’re not restructure the ownership again.
How much will they have to pay back in loans in total next year?
ECAB, collaterals, notes, Garrett?
Without regards to companies' fundamentals and their price, this formula is complete non-sense. It's not the great stocks that would make you a lot of money, it's what you pay for it.
It's all about time management, how much he would like to spend on the stock market. He could buy index and just use MA200 or try to pick the right stocks and actually learn something from it. He will for sure learn something from investing in Siaf as well.
I probably spend about 10 hours a day on average on weekdays. If I wouldn't perform better than the market I would for sure take a job or start a business.
For every % he performs better than the market will add up a lot in 25 years.
Newbie on the stock market.
I would recommend you to diversify, find 10 stocks that you really believe in long-term, then sort out 3 of them. If you have more than $300k to invest, then find 15 and take away 5, if you have more than a million to invest then you should probably have at least 15 companies in your portfolio. And of course, diversify over different sectors.
I'm not sure if now will be the best time to start going all in since the market had a 9-year bull run already and the wages are up above 3% which can be a bit alarming. If you'd like to start buying now, you should probably start buying monthly over the next 15 months. In that way, you will average down if the market goes down. Buy companies with positive cash flow, companies who will survive a really bad year and/or something unexpected, they should have a good track record, great management, and it's nice if they give out dividends, but it's not the most important thing.
You should follow the trends in all stocks/sectors and if they break below MA200 reduce your risk, and add if they go above it. Remember if you reduce your holdings and are even totally unvested for a while, that that is also a position for you in order to buy cheaper in the future.
It's fun to have some riskier bets as well of course, like Siaf, but keep them below 15% in total of your portfolio. If a risky bet has paid off and doubled, reduce some of your exposure and keep the rest in the stock. Try not to get greedy if you're seeing a parabolic movement in a stock or in the market.
Try to set up goals, like beat the market with 10% or 15% yearly, don't be sad if your portfolio drops 30% and the market drops 40% in a year, that's when you'll be making good money going forward.
Good luck!
Exactly, they still have like 640k until they reach the ceiling, but it could just be market makers selling as well.
Probably retail on the bidside, but who’s selling?
High volume today. Who’s selling, or are we seeing dumping again? If they raise O/S on Monday then we know for sure that the ex-date has already been on OTC.
Yeah, at least we know for sure by the 14th. I am good either way. Solomon always screws everything up.
I have no idea, I think it's up to each of you to decide. I just think it would be a bit weird with different ex-dates on each exchange, but everything is possible.
OTC never send out a PM about the dividend in the first place, it's hard to actually know if Finra has to be involved or not since it's Triway who gives out the shares.
Siaf has to book a loss now, but I don't know more than you do. RD might be right or wrong.
We always have to guess with these fantastic people in the BOD, I sent them a couple of emails myself but no one answered me back. If they keep doing these things in the future I think Merkur will delist them.
I am also a bit surprised that we haven't seen a pm about the cash dividend.
There are 2 options IMO
1. They can't afford it or don't know if they can afford it.
2. They should get sued or worse for stupidity.
I am done, I was done yesterday on otc. I only had about 25k on otc.
Like me then, but I had enough shares on Merkur anyways. Must say that the TRW dividend was pretty cheap.. Thank you Solly, and GL with the IPO.
I would feel really bad for the people who’s buying here on otc if they wouldn’t be entitled to the dividend.
It's never been possible to transfer shares from merkur to otc in the past from avanza or nordnet, only one way street
It's probably fine to send over shares from otc to merkur but not merkur to otc, but who would like to send over shares from otc to merkur at this time
I have asked but they said no. :(
Sorry, but to have 2 different ex-dates would be insane. Not very likely. I think they haven't involved finra nor otc since it's TRW who gives out the shares.
I mean it's a big risk to take if you're not 100% sure that you are entitled to the dividend, why didn't they buy a few days ago instead?
Not that I mind it.. just a bit strange.
Who's buying today? I can't really understand it, I mean if they wanted the TRW dividend then why not last Friday?
Yeah, that's probably it.
