You are right on that, I understand that, I am talking about the terms of the agreement. Like when loans convert to stock. I am thinking all the terms of the partnership did not get resolved yet so they cant announce until a signature appears and all parties are on the same page.
But what if the disclosure comment was due to terms of the agreement with the partner? To give them time to become investors, do their due diligence, etc Is that possible?

I thought this was a good move, please tell me where I am wrong. Reduce debt, add an investor that would not have waived debt if he didn't think he was going to make some money on the stock and we lower outstanding shares. What did I miss?

Correct Real. I have emailed Paul and he offered to meet for coffee and Galina facebooked me. She is also the one that gave me Pauls email fairly quickly. If they are not legit, I would have expected some smoke and mirrors or at least a delay in response. I plan to meet for coffee when things settle down. Paul has already answered to that email. They are located in an old clients building of mine that specialized in Advertising. Its a real location, no vacant lot here.
I also told them about grant money the government has that you see in your phone bill as the Universal service fund that they might qualify for.

The deal transfers ownership of the SirenGPS emergency management software application, trademark, copyright and related intellectual property to HDSI in exchange for a $6,500,000 (USD) note. The note carries a zero (0%) interest rate and is convertible at the option of the seller into restricted Series B Preferred shares of HDSI at sixteen (16) cents per Series B Preferred Share. This represents a common share price of $0.0008, a 400% premium over the closing price on June 1, 2015 the trading day prior to the day the agreement was executed.

You guys realize this is one area Manpower has not cornered? I called them to ask if they had a nursing division and was surprised they didn't. If MCGI can get this moving they could not only make money but be in line for a acquisition by a Manpower or the like. Baby Boomers getting older, older people needing home health care, more skilled nursing facilities being built.......
