correct....and for months Bill has been stating that he went to the court and read the documents, that's why he is feeling gloom and doom for the plaintiffs, and now he admits there are "probably thousands" of documents he didn't read.... maybe some of those unread documents contradict some of the ones he read, he even indicated that the infamous merger papers that fraccy said he read( which he didn't because they don't exist) might be in there, he doesn't know, yet with probably thousands of documents that he didn't read and he's ok with posting that this case is a slam dunk for the defendants

If I went to Vegas, I wouldn't waste a day reading court papers to confirm that you have no clue as to what is going on. I already know that from reading your posts. Jay has been pretty spot on with his posts. He says he has been there and read them, and if he has no concerns that's good enough for me

So that's 3 times I've asked you why the court case continues, and you have no answer (other than corruption and incompetence). The court case continues because TMMI has a legitimate case, and since you haven't retracted those brilliant statements, you must be standing by them (you are a man of your word aren't you?). So when you post nonsense about the court case I'm going to bring up your past posts every time to make sure everyone understands just how much you really don't know about how the court system works

you also stated that it was a bad day in court for the plaintiffs when their motion was granted for a hearing, which in and of itself shows you have no idea what your talking about, without even having to mention your other gems like the courts are corrupt and judge incompetent.

and let's not forget that according to you this case had no merits right from the start, and should have been thrown out months ago, yet it continues, and the court keeps granting the plaintiffs motions and keeps denying any motion the defendants request. Hmmmm maybe the courts and lawyers know a lil more about this case than you do. You keep telling people to go to the courts and read the transcripts....maybe you should go back and re-read them

TMMI is a trading symbol representing a specific company, you keep posting TMM...but if you truly believe that TMMI is lying in their press release about working with Raytheon you can go to www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml and file a complaint on line. You might even get a "whistleblowers" reward for reporting them.

Some here suggest that you are doing that so that you are not slandering TMMI. I think it's your attempt to confuse and deceive investors and share holders. So why do you keep posting about TMM instead of TMMI?

TMM is Timmins Gold Corp. so technically fraccy is correct I don't think Tmm is working with Raytheon. It's been pointed out to him many times by Jay that Raytheon isn't working with Tmm but is working with TMMI, so I guess Fraccy is either making that mistake on purpose, to confuse people, or he's just posting on the wrong damn board

so Fraccy, The question is....do you believe TMMI is working with Raytheon, as per TMMI's press release, or not? If you do, then you're just making a stink about the fact that Raytheon didn't announce it, who cares? right...and also according to you the court case has gone on this far because the court system is corrupt and the judge was incompetent as per your previous posts, plaintiffs make a request to amend their complaint, courts grants the hearing, and some how that's good news for the defendants, and of course plaintiffs will become defendants in court in a couple of days...your posts just continue to get more ridiculous

if "your Buddies" is referring to the defendants, you are absolutely correct. They really needed this motion to be denied. Once again the court has given more lead way to the Plaintiffs. The hammer that is about to crush the defendants has been raised a little higher, and aimed a little more accurately

Just the fact that the courts have given the Plaintiffs some lead way, and has denied every request by the defendants, has to tell you the Court sees a case, Unless of course if you live in Fracistan where the Courts are on the take and the judges are incompetent

I agree with you Jayzee, it doesn't make any sense, like most of his/her posts. I don't know anyone other than a few posters on this board that would buy and hold stock for a company you have zero faith in and predict it will go bankrupt soon.

when you post your opinion, you should state that....you can't possibly know what you wrote. They were working with Raytheon for almost a year before they announced it. How do you know they aren't working with NASA and have been for the last 6 months? or google? or Verizon? or anyone else? you just post whatever you think without any base in fact, so you are just posting a bunch of noise. maybe you get that from the company you think is so great....stating they have LOI from unnamed cloudy comp. lol really?

Raytheon is working with TMMI ain't no bull about that....I know it's not a LOI from Raytheon, but they seem to think that TMMI has something that they are interested in, and being that they are a big part of keeping me safe and secure, I sleep well at night
