" Off the Reservation" as some have quickly pointed. My bad. Either way it's not appropriate. It's easy to copy and paste from other boards to make one seem intelligent or in the know. Easy doesn't cut it in Penny Land.
I have fractured my Femur. And it's not fun. But what does Les injuries have to do with completing a JVA? Surely, they have a way to complete without Les. Cross Continent signatures are a daily practice. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.
"Out of the reservation" is an understatement.
Hi Beth. I'm do not need to be prescient. I think they made these statements clear. But I'm open to listening. Fire away. And go hard. Please know I do not have the time to research and approve or disapprove every element to any reply. Just wanting to get your thoughts. Perhaps HR can chime in. He seems to be the expert.
"After several months and significant legal expense, the arduous endeavor of legally consolidating and structuring each of these mining claims into an unencumbered package was completed in late December, 2013. In addition, securing and paying for all current access rights, road rights, environmental and taxation fees for each of the individual claims was completed in January for Calendar Year 2014. Each of these activities had to be reviewed, authorized without challenge, formally notarized and approved by various Chilean Governmental departments."
"We continue our primary focus on completing the JVA with the strategic partner. These negotiations are extremely proprietary and we are precluded from formal identification as well as the Terms and Conditions. Any Company disclosure would result in the entity vacating the deal. We will report the issues and produce the contract(s) publicly when completed. "
"Please note, that for a two-week period, beginning February 26, 2013, a representative of the Company will be traveling to South America to conduct corporate business. "
"At the same time, Medinah Minerals, Inc. and Medinah Mining Chile actively continue to work on maximizing the value of other Company owned properties through amalgamation, production, sale, and joint venture agreements. As these opportunities are consummated, we will announce when legally appropriate. Please rest assured that we are doing everything within our means to provide for, and enhance, the near- and longer-term viability, growth and profitability of the Company to the benefit of its shareholders. "
"UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we be a party to any speculation, conjecture or rumor. We will only share factual representations as to the Company’s activities, as released and publicized, in print, on the Medinah Minerals, Inc. website"
None of us are in the room but I thought the February 21, 2014 update was pretty clear.
I do disagree with most of your comments. But History is on your side. We'll see. In the meantime there is money to be made with this stock. And lots of it. See the forest through the trees.
Not preaching to the choir here but cash dividends require cash. I do not expect a large up front payment on the soon to be completed JVA. I do expect very large payments based on certain performance clauses. A cash divi is on the horizon but not in the near future. I'll take a an announced deal and play that hand. Bigger stakes and bigger profits.
With all the ups, downs, false starts and updates, what a great opportunity. Going to be a fun and profitable Next Week.
" Not A Major" I'm curious how you come to that conclusion. Just asking. Not attacking.
the con part has been more right than the "kabooms"
If you look at it from a trading standpoint the cons and kaboom's don't matter. And it doesn't matter if you bought at the ultimate lows or highs. It's a money maker if you play your cards right. Again, I'll add this very important point. If the ADL is all that it is cracked up to be and there actually is a mid major mining company ready to close a JVA then as a smart investor you will wait to invest until the JVA is publicly announced. If you can get in at the bottom right after an announcement you will have enough leverage to play the game until drill results are final.
"Smart shareholders know it's a con, and play the charts."
Correct on the "play the charts" part but stating it's a con is akin to saying "we are there" or "Kaboom". Both are conjecture and have no basis. This is an interesting play. There is enough information to speculate on a long term play with fantastic upside and enough speculation they will never get a deal done based on past failures. Perhaps the best course of action is to invest when they close a deal. Play the technicals until the drill results are made public. But it's easy for me to say since I have benefited greatly by playing the game. I strongly believe there is money to made here. IMO better than any other penny play that I am aware of. Good luck to all.
Yep...got back my original very large investment four fold and increased my holdings. Life is good in Medinah land. JVA or not.
What really matters is are you making money trading this stock. Take a long position you're comfortable with and flip the rest like a silver dollar. It's a money maker and/or a share position builder. No complaints here.
There are No or there Never Was would be the correct wording. But you are wrong. Either way.
Medinah has been a profitable investment for me. It bailed me out of a couple of tough financial situations. I am very high on this stock. If you take the time to do ample DD it's a no brainer. Ample DD does not include posts and innuendo on this board. Or any public forum for that matter.
ONE other in sixteen years. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! And it's Sid from Vancouver putting together some kind of oil and gas business. In his garage I'll guess. I'll stick with Medinah. You are right. You never know. And I don't need to hold my breath. Thanks.
If you looking for sources, links or tangible information you can sink your teeth into, then back door rumors are not for you.
Nice game Sooner's!
Wow. Thanks again for the information. Very informative. There have been rumors on other boards the potential partner is currently working on claims in close proximity. Is it possible by working and perhaps drilling on claims in close proximity they have enough information to move forward with drilling on the ADL.
Thank you for the intelligent responses. Being an absolute novice in regards to mining I am confused as to why anyone, especially a reputable mid tier mining company, would spend a dime on the ADL without having significantly more information. Am I missing something? Would mining at the LDM give them adequate information? The reported copper assays are very good.
Also. Would you please respond to this comment posted by Hurricane Rick?
As explained by the company, "(The Perez) report is truly a “Summary” report compiled after an exhaustive review of all of the information gathered to date which was then overlain with recent satellite imagery reports that successfully coalesced all of the prior information into the model utilized by nearly all of the major mining suitors involved in negotiations i.e. that of the existence of two “Classic Sillitoe type” porphyry systems. Sr. Sepulveda Perez was retained by 2 of the top 5 major mining firms in the world to perform this research and file this summary report.)"
Perez, like the other geological professionals (other than Gordon House) that have reported on the Alto de Lipangue property, was contracted by the company for his analysis as a professional 3rd party. This isn't like Joe Schmo walking off the streets hired by the company to rubber stamp the concept of a multi-porphyry deposit on behalf of the company. In fact, he wasn't even hired by Medinah, he was retained by Vale (he had been contracted by Vale previously for analysis on their Tres Valles deposit in Northern Chile) and BHP Billiton to provide analysis on Alto de Lipangue.
Would the C.S. Perez report and satellite imagery analysis give a potential partner enough information to proceed with mapping and targeting? If this were the case and someone decided to commit to a drilling program what type of preferential terms are you referring to?
Thank you for the informational post. A rarity I might add.
Based on your statement the potential partner would conduct and complete mapping and surveying of the drill targets prior to signing a JVA? Would the mapping and surveying give them enough information to commit X amount of monies for drilling? At what cost would mapping and targeting be? I'm trying to get a possible and logical sequence of events along with the capital outlay for a potential partner to consider entering into an agreement.
Undervalued at the current SP of Medinah. Do the math. If the JV closes then you have a real winner.
Beth...Yep.. Not much substance on this thread. It's either idle chit chat or mindless innuendo. HR has taken on the task of representing the longs on this tread. He represents us very well. YES...
RD759.
Thank you for the input but I am vastly confused. Mostly because I know zilch about mining and apparently the same about investing. But I digress..
Confusion? Are the properties comparable? Is it possible a major mining company would sign a JV and do their own Feasibility Study?
Wow. We must be West Coast people. So are you saying the claims on the Alto de Lagne (SP?) are worthless? I'm all ears. Based on what information?
According to some he is the largest owner of mining claims in Chile. Perhaps he is accumulating and coordinating the claims in such a way to attract a major mining company. I have watched those hoarder shows. Interesting entertainment. But hoarding mining claims? A bit far fetched IMO.
I'm a very small shareholder here but am considering adding more. Based on the claims being adjacent to the ADL and LDM properties, shares outstanding, previous SP relationship I believe this stock is a bargain. Outside of the passive management, am I missing something? Ty..
Huh? What does that mean? My understanding of a poison pill is a company taking steps to prevent a hostile takeover. I don't believe a dividend falls into that category. Correct me if I'm missing something. Thx..
Who is nobody? Based upon adequate assays why not give it a shot a 3 cents. Potential large revenue and a 30m market cap is enticing. I'm intrigued. I'll keep my eye on this. Potential upside.
Google search page 3 from 2011. Yesterdays news. Give me something new. Like why hasn't the market taken to the news on the LDM claim? Apparently this claim , in the very near future, will be a revenue producing mine with vast potential. According to their last update the mill has verified assays and will accept ore. I haven't done a whole bunch of research but based on the sticky info and latest updates 3 cents seems like a steal.
Any hope for this stock?
